Any good suggestions for Flash?

After my Flash stopped working thanks to the recent upgrade, I decided to get rid of all the 32-bit libraries and the nspluginwrapper packages only to find that it was solved here on the forums...
However, now that I don't have any Flash at all, is it better to go through the process with nspluginwrapper again or should I go for gnash? I noticed that it updated recently and it might have improved..

though gnash has much more active developers i still prefer the results of swfdec-mozilla. i think it's the better solution for firefox. it has also better support for control buttons and even plays youtube fullscreen. swfdec never autoplays any banner or video. that prevents your browser crashing due to broken action scripts or huge memory leaks.
but gnash is improving fast. it has also a konqueror plugin and a streaming server. new packages are in testing. see the announcement thread.
both solutions are not yet perfect but for me good enough to live without any lib32 stuff.

the future will depends on the OOPS only . for all the companies started working on OOPS only they are upgrading to the oops from the general abap...be aware of that ..

Any Good suggestions on docking station for tmt2

I just ordered my hp tm2t and waiting for delievery. In the meantime, I wonder if there is any good docking stations that comes with a stand and even audio speakers. I notice HP has a docking bundel that has everything that I want, but based on wt i read so far, it sucks, so it would be nice if anyone knows of a good alternative docking station. THanks

If you are still looking for an answer, there are tools to help you do exactly what you are trying to do. I had to solve this same issue last week trying to add both Apple Lossless and FLAC to my WMP library on a Win 7 x64. It should work on 32 bit version too. For me, converting to a lossy format such as MP3 or AAC was not desirable as their audio quality is too low for a high end home audio system. I have a second lossy library to use on my iPhone with earbuds.
So far with only a week's experience to draw from this is working well. It is a two part solution:
Add a DirectShow component that supports the media playback you want. For Apple Lossless the open source one I found was DC Bass: http://www.dsp-worx.de/?n=15 I had to also install madFlac 1.10 which you should not need to do if you only have Apple Lossless. If you have any FLAC, you will need to add this: http://madshi.net/madFlac.rar
Install WMP Tag Plus which works as a WMP plug in. It allows WMP to read the file tags to treat your files as music rather than "other media"; also supports reading other tag data (song name, genre, etc) on the files
Step one will let you play your music while step 2 will help you organize the WMP library. I have not tried to update tags from WMP yet, so I am not sure if that works. I use Tag&Rename to update metadata in tags.

I have a problem when starting my Macbook. A message saying /Library/StartupItems/Icon has not been started due to not having the right security settings. So far it is not under HD og system folder, nor can't find via terminal. Any good suggestions?

I have tried to delete it via terminal but no luck, have also run a disk permissions repair but no luck.
I still shows when starting the mac or restarting it.

I've seen both the lynda and macprovideo logic training. Don't get me wrong the Logic training at lynda is ok for the basics. The macprovideo ones are excellent and go much further. So I could learn in depth how all the instruments, like the EXS24 sampler, Ultrabeat drum machine, synths and plugins work and how to use them. There are proper whole tutorials dedicated to mixing and mastering. For me and my studio buddies macprovideo for final cut, logic and now the photoshop titles has saved us countless hours and a lot of hair!

Nokia for god sake give me firmware update for my device (95-3) we also paid for the device u just cant ignore us . if u dont want to support to n95-3 then why did u released the another model (95-3) ? Good suggestions for a wireless router for Powerbook 15" ?

I saw some routers with 108Mbps speed, but I think the airport express in powerbook can only have up to 54Mbps speed, then, isn't it going to be a waste??

In addition, if you are only using the network to reach the Internet, you won't notice much or any speed improvement by paying more money, because home DSL/cable speeds are all much slower than Airport (802.11b) or Airport Extreme (802.11g) is capable of.
The only time that a faster wireless router helps is when you transfer files between two machines on your local network and at least one is wireless, because file transfer inside your local network can be much higher than the outside Internet. But it is still faster to connect them with Ethernet cables.
Home DSL/Cable: Typically well under 5 megabits/sec, lowest price tier is usually only around 768kb-1.5 mb/sec
Wireless Airport 802.11b: 11 mb/sec (usually half that in actual use)
Wireless Airport Extreme 802.11g: 54 mb/sec (usually half that in actual use)
Wired Ethernet network and router: 100 mb/sec
