Any help in downloading trial version of PS CC?

I have tried downloading the trial version multiple times. When it does show that it is downloading, all I get is 30 bytes and an icon that shows a circle with a slash through it. After that the download window shows that I am up to date and will not let me try again. I have uninstalled the CC Installer several times and run the Adobe cleaner tool. When I go back to the download window it will let me try to install again, but always with the same failure. I tried getting an answer on live chat but he gave me links to the same problematic windows. The phone numbers he gave me don't work either. Right now my "trial" is counting down days, but I have no software. I'm working on a Mac Pro OS 10.8.4.

Hi,
I don't know why the download is failing. But, do know that the 30 day trial doesn't start counting until you first launch the application.
regards,
steve

  • My order is still pending, and I can only download trial versions. Help?

Ordered 4 days ago, and is still showing as pending.
I have not received any serial number for this license.
Can only download trial versions of apps.
    Help!

    Hi JohnxxiiiCollege,
If you have purchased directly from Adobe (online/over the phone), please provide the order number & you can also confirm from your bank if the transaction has been completed or not.
Please mention the product name if purchased from any other sources. Then the serial number issue can be resolved.
As you have mentioned that " Can only download trial versions of apps", I assume it is  the trial of Creative cloud, if that is the case then serial number is not required.
Since you have the trial downlaod available so it might be that the creative cloud subscription is not yet active(if it is creative cloud subscription).
You can privately message me the details also.

I am paying a monthly fee for CC but cannot see any plans in my account. I just succeeded in downloading trial versions. Can you help me find how I can get the full versions that I am paying for? <Removed by Moderator>

bobodoyle I do not find an active Creative Cloud Desktop membership on the account you indicated.  I would recommend contacting our support team directly at Contact Customer Care.  I have also edited your post to remove your e-mail address as this is a public forum.

  • Problem Downloading Trial Version of Lightroom 4 from Adobe Site

    Problem dow
I am having problem downolading a trial version of Lightroom 4 from the Adobe site. It appears that I can download trial versions of any other digital photography-related product but not of Lightroom 4. About 2 weeks ago I downloaded the trial version of Adobe Elements and I have been getting familiar with it. I have to make a decision on the best product for my needs.
I went to Vistek shop in Ottawa yesterday and one of the specialist told me that maybe Lightroom would better meet my needs. Prior to purchasing, I am trying to test both product to understand the fundamental differences. For some reason, when I go to the download site ( https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=photoshop_lightroom) and click on the download button, nothing happens. Given that I am a System's Engineer by trade, I thought that perhaps I cannot install 2 trial copies of adobe products on a single workstation so I tried downloading Lightroom 4 from 3 different PC/laptops but got the same results...
Can anybody help. This is a bit frustrating given that the Adobe element trial is coming to an end (about 2 weeks) and I want to proceed with purchasing the RIGHT PRODUCT...

The link, just above, is the latest update to LR 4.2 which may work fine.
About the original trial download page you had issues with, it does take a few seconds for the download button to become active, and once you click it, it takes a few more seconds for either a login pop to come up or the download, itself, to start, so maybe you have a popup blocker enabled or some security that doesn’t allow the download to occur.  You might try a different browser.  The following link is what the download attempts to use, but you need to have signed in to your Adobe account before trying to use it, I think:

  • Just downloaded trial version -- don't see iPhoto library in Aperture and need to import selected photos-not entire library!

I just downloaded trial version -- don't see iPhoto library in Aperture and need to import selected photos to edit, not entire i Photo library! I read manual and it says:
Browsing and Selecting Images in Your iPhoto Library
You use the Aperture iPhoto Browser to review iPhoto images and import specific images into the Aperture library. The iPhoto Browser gives you a handy way of looking for certain images without having to import your entire iPhoto library.
So, where do I review the iPhoto images...there is nothing in there that says "iPhoto Library"   Everything I see pertains to Aperture Library which of course is empty since I haven't imported (or dragged) any photos in there yet.
Also is tech support available for Aperture?  I have Apple Extended Support and I sure would love it if I had individual help.  I have a deadline --3 days to edit 300 photos and I'm a complete amateur.  iPhoto doesn't  have the capability to erase parts of a face (I need to contour the neck of a mannequin to make it proportionate to the separate head I put on top of it. I'm sure Aperture must have a tool to help me do that!  At least I hope so.

where do I review the iPhoto images
File -> Import -> Show iPhoto Browser

Sounds more like a job for Photoshop to me
if I decide to import entire iPhoto library into Aperture will it delete my iPhoto library?
    No.

  • Download trial version Acrobat Pro 9

    Hi
Tryng to download trial version Acrobat Pro 9 with no success - download manager instantly registers an error with no further information.  How hard can it be? Yes, I've been through the download help link...
    Cheers...

Can't really read your graphic. In any case, just download it to a local folder. Then run the program. Don't put it in the run mode that will start the program as you download.

  • Trouble downloading trial version of PSE 10 onto MacMini

I purchased PSE 10 software to install on my mac mini OSX 10.8.1. When I put the disc into my external drive, the software does not begin installing. I was told to try to download trial version from Adobe and later, enter my Key Code to install software this way. I downloaded the Adobe Download Assistant just fine but am getting Error 109 when I try to download the trial version. My network connection is fine and my disk is brand new. Please help.

    Troubleshoot Adobe Download Assistant
And make sure you use the right disc (Disc 3) in the first place. Macs also do not autorun, so you need to launch the installer manually.

  • I have just taken delivery of my LR5 disc. I had already downloaded the trial version. I just tried entering the serial number from my hard copy to authorise my downloaded trial version and it did not recognise the serial number. So, I loaded the hard cop

Question: I have just taken delivery of my LR5 disc. I had already downloaded the trial version. I just tried entering the serial number from my hard copy to authorise my downloaded trial version and it did not recognise the serial number. So, I loaded the hard copy, and the instructions said that it would just overwrite the downloaded version. And again it will not recognise my serial number! I am not wanting to uninstall the trial version as I have already got quite a lot of personal preferences entered etc. Help please. I am on a macbook pro with latest OS

  • Can't download trial version of lightroom

I have been trying since yesterday to download trial version.  I have disable my anti-virus program and enable pop-ups.  When I select download, nothing happens.  Help

I cannot confirm this, but it seems that the trial download link doesn't work right now.  I have seen reports of this in a number of different places.  If you go to the Adobe Labs web site you can download Lightroom 4.1 RC 2.  This is a release candidate that Adobe has made available while they are working on bugs that were in the initial release of Lightroom 4.0.  It seems to be more stable than the original release.  It doesn't require a serial number, and is good until the end of June.  It probably is better than the trial version, which was probably 4.0.

  • Should I uninstall downloaded trial version first?

I have Photoshop CS installed on a G5, and purchased boxed versions of Photoshop CS4 Upgrade and Lightroom 2 Full for a new MacBook Pro.  Prior to the boxed versions arriving, I downloaded trial versions of both on the MacBook Pro.
When the boxed versions arrive, is there any reason to unstall both trial versions first rather than just entering the serial numbers on the trial versions downloaded?  Are there any extra things that will install during a typical install from the boxed versions that were not downloaded for the trial version installation?
    Thanks,
    John

    Thanks for both answers.
I did call Customer Service, and the rep said I could do either, and could not elaborate on any advantages either way, so I had the impression she was not knowledgable in this.
I think I read somewhere on the site that the trial version could be converted to a full version by entering the serial number, which led to my question.
Anyway, I will follow both your suggestions and completely uninstall the trial versions when I receive the media.
    Thanks again,
    John

  • Why is it taking 3 hours to download trial version of photoshop, elements 10?

I am trying to download trial version of Photoshop Elements 10 and it saya it will take 3 hours to download. Why does it take so long? I thought the days of long downloads were like the dinosaurs, a thing of the past.

I am the author of above post, and I want adobe to be aware that I have uninstalled their product and will not be considering any products to be purchased from them. I spent several hrs. last night and all day today watching hour after hour of tutorials on the elements program and was still unable to complete a single project. I phoned support. Their return call was 3 hrs later than they said it would be and then they hung up before I even spoke to a CS rep.or support tech. You want the money, Adobe, but ypou don't want to put a user friendly program on the market, nor do want to make sure that sufficent support is out there for those of us brave enough or stupid enough to actually try to master your products. I WILL NOT, EVER, CONSIDER PURCHASING ONE OF YOUR PRODUCTS AGAIN. Just to get to a forum or tutoria, which are not thurough, takes a miricale and several hours.

  • I have a CC student membership for one year, but I can only download trial versions of for example illustrator and indesign (30 days). How do I solve this problem?

I have a CC student membership for one year, but I can only download trial versions of for example illustrator and indesign (30 days). How do I solve this problem?

If there is no billing issue,
Creative Cloud applications unexpectedly revert to trial mode | CS6, CCM
If you use Photoshop at all, you may need to install the latest update to resolve this issue. See this blog post for more information:
    http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2013/01/photoshop-13-0-413-1-2-updat es-now-available.html
If you do not have Photoshop, then try the solution that others have mentioned previously:
Open the Adobe Application Manager (AAM).
If applicable, let AAM complete any automatic updates and restart itself.
Sign in with your Adobe ID. (Optionally, you can close AAM at this point.)
    Open a CS6 application (e.g. InDesign CC).
If prompted (e.g. you get the trial screen), click "License This Software" and sign in with your Adobe ID.
