My Bose Quitconfort 15 headphones controllers does not work anymore with my iPhone 4s. It's working good on my Macbook pro. My 4s has updated 6.1.2. Any Help?

you are a genius! i have been going mad with this, i have done everything o2, aol, and every 'expert' has suggested.
the strange thing is that it was only one aol account that was affected, the other aol account on my phone was fine???
any ideas on how to get rid of the primary smtp server that was causing the problem?

just ike to add if theres any relevance, my phone is a standard iphone4. BUT..... i think it was fine until everything synced with i cloud, through my Ipad2... i dont think its a ios 5 problem, as i didnt update to that until last weekend when i had run out of answers and tried to restore, whch didnt fix it either.

If the thief enabled activation lock on the device, then there is nothing that can be done. Only the password for the Apple ID that it is locked with can disable activation lock.

I can only get sound through my ipad with the head phones. I haven't had this problem before. I upgraded about a week ago, but this is the first time the sound has been an issue. When I turn up the volume it shows that it is the volume for the headphones but I can't figure out how to adjust the volume for everything. I have rebooted.

Also try this if above doesn't work.
1. Plug and unplug my headphone jack into the iPad four times.
2. On the fourth time leave the headphone jack connected and rotate the plug clockwise, then remove and try your sound.

Where are you looking for the serial number?
If you have the disks, the number commencing 1057 is usually inside the packaging. It’s necessary to pull out the white inner box.
If you purchased this some while ago and the product, the serial number should be in your Adobe account. Click on the red Adobe logo (top left on this web page) sign-in with your Adobe ID (email & password) and choose Manage Account. You should be able to browse your purchase history and registered products.

I don't know if this update involved rewwriting the entire operating system whereby you essentially transferred the software from one system to another, but if so, then you need to uninstall and reinstall the software and reactivate it using your serial number.
