Any hints on suspending SSLv3 for KSSL?

We have a T2000 server where performance is severely inadequate if using software SSL.
This began when 2048 bit keys were required in recent years. We implemented KSSL
and it has worked great in production for about one year.
Now poodle CVE-2014-3566 has come up and we'd like to disable SSLv3.
I don't see how that can be done via ksslcfg

You appear to be asking a software question in a HARDWARE forum space.
Does this issue of yours have any relevance to that specific T2000 you mentioned, of is it something applicable to the OS you are using on it?
If it applies to the OS, then what are you using?

Sounds like a case of entering an incorrect passcode over and over. Only fix is to follow the instructions in that article you reference, HT1212, and it may take a couple tries to get it to work right.

Quit iTunes...
Download Cocktail and start the program... click on the 'interface' Icon and tick 'Show Invisible Items' then click the Restart button...
In a finder window click on the Icon that is your Boot Volume in the Side Bar ... select users ... select shared folder ... select the folder named 'SC info' and put it in the trash and empty it ... Do Not touch any other file.
Pathway looks like this HD > users > shared > SC info > SC Info.sidb
Go back to the Cocktail 'interface' window and untick Show Invisible Items and click restart .. quit Cocktail.
Start iTunes after deletinng this folder and it will prompt you to enter your authorization information again ... see now if your problem still exists...

You can use the Audit trace, like STAT, to trace who made the changes. This report may help you, RPUAUD00.

Creating InfoPackage: Data Targets not available for selection. Any hints?

I have 5 ODSes which by design are to feed a 6th ODS. I created 5 update rules, using each of the 5 ODSes, separately as infosources.
The problem is that under the Infosource tree, I see the system generated InfoSouce but while creating the Infopackage, under Data Targets tab, my 5 ODSes are not available. Infact, it gives me no data targets for selection.
Any hints on what I might be missing in the steps?

say you have zods1 to zods6, and zods6 is feed by zods1-zods5,
under infosource tree, you create infopackage from which ods's generated infosource ? i guess zods6,
then yes you wont see any ods in data target, since zods6 has no further update to any data target,
you will see zods6 in generated infosource of zods1,zods2,zods3,zods4,and zods5.
you won't see all zods1-zods5 in one infosource unless they have update rules for all zods1-zods5 with same infosource.
you will need to go one by one infosource for each ods's infosource.

I have made a class that loads a website (pretty ordinary..)
but since all of the site is generated as Childobjects and
class-code, I was trying to make a preloader, but it wont
work.Seems that the class loads first and then generates the whole
site before the first frame is loaded (where my loader is)..

I have the same problem on a MacBook Pro 17" and on a MacAir 13" mid 2011.
On my MacMini, iMessage work's fine.
I'm using same apple ID on all 3 devices.
Before update to 10.8.4, i had no problems.
FaceTime also stopped working after update to 10.8.4.

This procedure is a diagnostic test. It won’t solve your problem. Don’t be disappointed when you find that nothing has changed after you complete it.
Third-party system modifications are a common cause of usability problems. By a “system modification,” I mean software that affects the operation of other software — potentially for the worse. The following procedure will help identify which such modifications you've installed. Don’t be alarmed by the complexity of these instructions — they’re easy to carry out and won’t change anything on your Mac.
These steps are to be taken while booted in “normal” mode, not in safe mode. If you’re now running in safe mode, reboot as usual before continuing.
Below are instructions to enter some UNIX shell commands. The commands are harmless, but they must be entered exactly as given in order to work. If you have doubts about the safety of the procedure suggested here, search this site for other discussions in which it’s been followed without any report of ill effects.
Some of the commands will line-wrap or scroll in your browser, but each one is really just a single line, all of which must be selected. You can accomplish this easily by triple-clicking anywhere in the line. The whole line will highlight, and you can then copy it. The headings “Step 1” and so on are not part of the commands.
Note: If you have more than one user account, Step 2 must be taken as an administrator. Ordinarily that would be the user created automatically when you booted the system for the first time. The other steps should be taken as the user who has the problem, if different. Most personal Macs have only one user, and in that case this paragraph doesn’t apply.
Launch the Terminal application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)

If you bring up Safari browser, and go to www.google.com, does it give you an error?
It is possible that you are not getting DNS. From the OSX terminal can you run the following two commands

Trying to update pixelmator. Anytime I try it tellsme "To update this application, sign in to the account you used to purchase it." ???????? I have entered my account password several times and nothing happens. Any hints?

It used to be that Spotlight had to create an index for the boot volume with the /Applications folder in order for the App Store Update option to work properly. I had a habit of disabling Spotlight for all volumes by adding disk volume names to the Do Not Index list under the Privacy tab in the Spotlight System Preferences panel, so App Store never let me update apps until I turned Spotlight back on. I turned it on until I was able to update the apps, then I'd turn it off again.
I'm currently faced with the same error message (Login with the account you used to buy the free package) but Spotlight is turned on. Apple really goes out of its way to not tell you what account you used to buy something. That's not supposed to be a big deal, I only have a couple accounts. But when I tried them all, App Store refused to let me update using ANY of them.
It's just Xcode. I can just delete the darn thing and buy it again (all 4 GB of it), but this is really annoying!

How to temporarily suspend backups for a host?

We are running production OSB backups for a site with approximately 50 filesystems,
consisting of full, incremental, quarterly archive, and on-demand archive backups.
Our installation consists of
o administration master - obtool version 10.4.0.2.0 (64-bit OEL 5.8)
o media servers - obtool version 10.4.0.2 (64-bit OEL 5.8)
o SL8500 library - managed by ACSLS 8.1 with admin server attach point
Problem:
We recently lost a ZFS storage appliance storage pool due to pool corruption.
All backed-up filesystems were restored to another host pending a rebuild of
the corrupted ZFSSA.
Currently all backups are fail because they cannot communicate with the down
host. We want to suspend all attempts to back up the corrupted host pending
the rebuild. We have tried taking the host out of service via 'chhost -O'
but the scheduler launches backups that hang indefinitely with a session
status of 'awaiting resource availability'.
Is there any way to suspend backups of a host temporarily without having to
remove it from all the schedules it's in? Seems there should be but I've
been unable to find this in the docs.
Appreciate any help.

You can just comment it out of the dataset using a #
Then when you're ready to put it back, just uncomment it again.

LOL.. don't switch off the TC.. this is fairly typical behaviour..
Or try a different usb hub.. but you could well and truly run out of hubs before you fix the problem.
Are you running latest firmware for your TC?
What error message is coming up in the airport utility.. amber led is a fault indicator.. look up what the actual fault is and see if it is for instance overloading the usb. You are using a powered hub??

IOS5 on iPad1, iPad2 and iPhone4S all with iCloud on. Lion 10.7.2 installed on my MacBookPro and iCloud set up/on. Any new iCal entry on either iPad or on the iPhone ends up via iCloud on both iPads and iPhone. BUT NOT ON THE MacBookPro. And iCal entry on the MacBookPro does NOT GET SENT to iCloud.com or to either iPad or the iPhone. This is a huge problem for me because I do all my office scheduling on the iPad or iPhone but rely on the MakeBookPro to print out daily client lists. Suspensions are only temporary. After the suspension period is up then the device will be reactivated. It is up to you to call/sign in and resuspend any devices of interest. Note that there are some limitations to suspending your devices. In some cases you can only suspend so many times within a period before you lose the ability to do so.
