Any Idea What Is Going on Here?

I have a MovieClip object in my library that contains a
rectangle with rounded corners and a graduated fill.
I open the symbol from my library and delete the rounded
rectangle shape.
I draw a new shape (without rounded corners) and select SAVE
from the FILE menu.
I have even tried selecting SAVE AS and giving the clip a new
name in a different location.
I press CTRL-SHIFT ENTER (which I use as default to run the
debugger) and the original shape reappears.
I have tried a dozen things and I still get the same
response. What could be going on? I checked to make sure that CTRL
SHIFT ENTER was mapped correctly and I have deleted ASO files. No
luck.
Any ideas?
Also, does anyone have any idea if there will be an extension
that manages the panels in CS3. I HATE the way the panels work now.
Inevitably I end up with a 30px by 30 px window to debug and panels
everywhere. It's absurd! I want the old panel methods back--or
better yet: Adobe, just work it out. Before you do anything else
with the IDE, please fix the panels and how they work.

Okay, so I may be an idiot. I had somehow check the UPDATE
BEFORE PUBLISHING option in the properties panel of the MovieClip.
So, it was doing just what it was supposed to do. LOL
I still hate the panels, though.

For iMovie to see your projects, they must be in a certain place. If they are on your startup internal hard drive, they must be in the Movies/iMovie Projects/ folder. If they are on an external drive, they must be in the iMovie Projects/ folder at the top level of the drive. Is it possible that your projects have been moves somewhere else?

When I use Preview,Photo Mechanic and Pages, all JPEG or RAW images appear corrupted. I thought my hard drive was failing and replaced it and migrated everything over but the problem still exists. Any idea what is going on?

It felt as if maybe a virus was at work but I ran Sophos and found nothing.
I store images on my Drobo Raid system but when I work from my Macbook Pro I have no issues, just on the tower.

First of all, why did you say yes to Nero Back up before researching what it does with files already on the HDD? When I install Nero, the Back Up is the first thing I disable, it is a nagging pain, there are much better backup programs available. There are several file recovery programs out there to recover deleted files, that is, if that is what happened. Also, if you haven't overwritten the files, so you should be able to find them.

Text pages? from what you say you are getting the auto flow function to add pages either because you have flowing text or because you have a lot of blank lines as you would if you tap return to move blank space around.

Try resetting the device (nothing will be lost): Hold down the Home and Power buttons at the same time and continue to hold them down until the Apple appears (up to 30 seconds). When the Home screen redisplays, see if the issue has resolved itself.

I get unable to process your request when trying to download new episode of a tv show. Any ideas what is going on?

Got my email saying my new episode was avaiable for download.

I was able to go to Purchased page, click on cloud and am downloading episode: that's good. I've had to do this in the past once or twice, too.
Here's what NOT to do: DON'T go to the iTunes page of the TV show you have a season pass for to download the episode from there. I think that's what I did several months ago for an episode of a different show I'd subscribed to. I found when I got to the page for the show there was no indication there that I had purchased the season. None of the "purchase" tabs on the right side of the screen said "Downloaded." Well, I really wanted the episode and didn't want to wait (can't remember if I'd tried my purchased page or not). Once I downloaded the episode ~ which I was charged for, even though I'd purchased a season pass ~ I ended up with two locations in my iTunes TV shows page. So, I have two thumbnails for the same show: one says "Season 4" and the other says "Season 2~4." I asked apple support about fixing it and they sent me a (for me) long, tedius list of instructions to follow which I never did.
Last night, my episode wasn't in my Purchased page (i.e. I couldn't download it from the cloud) so I went to the iTunes store page for the TV show. I have, contradictorily, been able to download from there, too, in the past, when my email link hasn't worked... even though, as advised above, sometimes it doesn't work. Last night, I got the same indication that iTunes had NO idea that I had purchased a season of the show. Under the large pic in the upper left corner of the page it still says "buy season pass" and none of the payment tabs on the right of each episode indicate that I've purchased any. However, I have 18 purchased episodes of the season in my library and I downloaded them by receiving an email from iTunes alerting me that a new episode was ready for download.
Downloading from the cloud is the way to do it, if you can.

"Super Duper" Confusion! Any Ideas What's going on w/ this??

OK, i had a Titanium HD go bad so, using SuperDuper, i managed to create a
sparse disk image of it before swapping in a new HD. I am now attempting to
use Restore/Disk Utility, making the disk image my source and the new HD the
"destination." Seemed simple enough. I am using Target Firewire mode to tie
the TI-book to the MacBook upon which I'm running the Disk Utility app.
I was able to drag disk image and disk into their respective locations for the copy of the disk image to the new HD. Once done, I dragged the new HD icon to trash,
got out of target-firewire mode and restarted the Ti-Book. I got nothing but the spinning gear screen for over a half-hour and thus, it seems i'm not doing something right. As of right now I'm attempting to do it all again after running disk utility repair permissions/disk on both the host and target disks...
Any ideas on why the restored disk will not boot and hangs indefinitely (no sign in screen is ever reached). Clicking on the target-disk icon it does show everything copied over okay but i can't get startup on the Ti-Book....

Not trying to nitpick here, but your post is difficult to figure out. You wrote:

Did you mean, "I was able to drag the disk image and disk into their respective locations from the copy of the disk image to the new HD."?
If so, it sounds like you double clicked the disk image to open it, and then simply dragged and dropped everything from the open disk image window to the new hard drive. If that's what you did, that won't work. You'll end up with what you got, a non bootable drive. OS X drives need to be restored properly to work.
What you need to do is use SuperDuper! to restore the disk image to the new drive. Mount the disk image and then choose it as your source drive in SuperDuper!. Then your new drive of course as the target disk.

However for no apparent reason it will suddenly stop and the error message that I need hdcp something comes on and then I cannot continue watching it. Remove the Sophos product by following the instructions on this page. If you have a different version, the procedure may be different.
Back up all data before making any changes.
