Is there any word on Flash
for 64-bit Internet
Exployer ? Is there any other software ?

Guess it may take some time for the driver since microsoft had not officially release the OS although it's due soon this month i tink and there's not much program that utilize it either. You can try the beta driver Shingo mention though.

Safari crashes as soon as I open any site with flash player plug-in

Safari used to work perfectly well but suddenly started crashing when I open youtube or any site with flash. I've reinstalled the Mac OS X and did the update but it's still crashing. I've tried login in as a different user and is not working either. I repaired permissions and it still crashes. I tried firefox and camino and crashes too. I've tried everything that I've reading in the discussions and nothing seems to work. It's something with the flash player plug-in.
PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!

Need Info On Flash Output From Encore CS6

I have CC 2014 and I normally produce videos for YouTube and DVD for my clients.
I have no idea what Flash is, but I see that I can create a Flash version of a DVD project that plays just like a DVD. Will someone point me in the right direction on how to use this feature? How can it be put on a website? How does a Flash project work in Muse?
Is there a difference between a Flash created from Encore and a Flash project created in Adobe Flash Professional (which I also have)?
It would be nice to put a Flash video on my website. How is this done? What do I need?

Don't know about Muse.
First, it is simple. Second, it has quirks and these can undo how simple it is!

Encore Help | Exporting projects to Flash format
Fundamentally, on the build tab in Encore, you just change the output format to Flash, and the output will change to Flash swf. There are limitations and some advantages regarding things like subtitles, highlight bit depth and such. Read the help file information I linked to. Each version of Encore (CS4, CS5, CS6) added options, primarily regarding modification of the templates and player controls.
Creating this in Flash Pro would take you forever. Basically, Encore creates a swf player that plays the video content in the form of flv files, creates the various screens as still images, and manages their linkages.
Do not stream as your first attempts; in the "Flash Video File" buttons at the bottom of the build screen, use the "Keep With Flash SWF" option.
If you did not install "templates" when you installed the Encore library, don't worry about it yet, but you won't have any templates under Flash options.
FLV/F4V are on their way out, but Encore still happily creates them. It does not matter what your source file is, or the size/type of output file, it all takes about the same about of time to transcode. So pick what you really want. I don't recall now if I successfully tested it, but there is no preset for 1080; but you can customize and use it. (F4V uses H.264).
Everything you need is in the output directory. Open the "index.html" file and it plays in a web browser. You can do it on your local hard drvie, from a usb flash drive, or on the web.
BUT flash security settings can be a bear, and I assume some of the Mac issues for this are due to lack of flash support.

Flash 64-bit Beta stalling?

I tried loading the Flash 64-bit Beta version on my MacBook Core 2 Duo 2.2. It seems to work and doesn't necessarily hang forever. However, there are certain pages (especially one particular local newspaper site) where it just stalls for 10-15 seconds. I see a blank spot on these pages where the Flash content is supposed to be until it finally completes. When it's out of the stall, it seems to work pretty well.
It's gotten to the point where it was too annoying and I uninstalled it and reinstalled the 32-bit version. It seems to be working fine now.
Is this something that might be unique to my setup or perhaps to the websites I visit? Right now I figure I'll pass on the current Beta version and will try it again once they have a more stable version.

I don't think you are unique if one additional data point is a valid basis I was using the 11 betas up until the US Open Tennis. Then while watching the Open on espn3.com the live feed would fail (loose the feed in a way I never saw before). Put back 10 and that stopped happening. That is the only basis I have for my experience with the 11's failing if that is any help.

Since two days im trying to get 32 bit flash plugin to work with firefox 64 bit using chroot enviroment. I followed those instructions on archwiki http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Ins … _in_Arch64 but theres only solution for both firefox and flash 32 bit.
Any ideas how to do this?

- Go to Flash10 x86_64.
- Download file at bottom.
- Decompress it.
- Copy ".so" file over ~/.mozilla/plugins folder.
- Restart firefox...
I suggest evryone just avoid mixing 64bits and 32bits... unless impossible (ie. wine64 doesn't run win32 apps, just win64 ones)
EDIT: Oh, about your "real" question: maybe you were looking for "ndispluginwrapper" (or something alike)
EDIT2: I forgot to mention you should read some literacy about "what is a chroot and what is its purpouse"....

Any Info on 3G Versions?

Does anyone have any info on when the 3G version of the S10-2 is expected to be available for purchase? I really need a 3G netbook and the S10-2 seems to be a pretty good choice. If this is not expected to be available soon, anyone know of any good alternatives?

I bought mine for that same reason and now found out that the BIOS will only allow approved hardware including 3rd party 3G mini-pci cards that really sucks wouldn't even see the one I installed, couldn't even upgrade my WiFi card to N the same one I was using in my S10. Wouldn't allow me to even start up past post on my S10-2 gives a NOT APPROVE HARDWARE REMOVE AND RESTART. We need a BIOS flash hack. I hope in the near future Lenovo will get there act together and unlock the S10-2 BIOS to allow us to run what we want but have a feeling that wont happen soon very disappointed.

I thought I'd additionally post this inquiry on the OSX technologies forum--not finding solutions elsewhere.
I've turned up with a "settings.sxx" file on every network Mac I've turned on today. Following an equally puzzled Panther forum user's link to http://filext.com/detaillist.php?extdetail=SXX, it's supposedly a "SAS Stat Studio Executable Module". Yikes. I went to the SAS site and turned up this article: http://www.sas.com/success/dmdc.html.
What is scary here is that it looks like some sort of tracking software (more than your average cookie) that can read ANY type of file. It also keeps returning after trashing and restart. I have not loaded any new software or subscribed anywhere new online. Does Apple security or anyone else know how this all of a sudden pops up, how to irradicate it, and how to block this kind of "cookie monster" from planting in the first place??

What's the path to these files? I have a bunch of "settings.sol" files on my PowerBook, but they're connected to the Macromedia Flash Player as they're all stored in the preferences folder for that. Perhaps the file extension changes depending on the version of the Flash player...

Hi,
If you want to delete the info record, you can set the deletion indicator with ME15 or if you want that after PO the info record should not get updated in the PO at item level in material data de-select the check box info update.

There are Craigslist apps that are nice, but trying using copy paste. Go to your photos, select the photo. Hold down your finger on it to copy. Then in the body of the post, hold down your finger and select paste.

I have a CanoScan 8800F plus CS5, both 32-bit and 64-bit versions installed. When I scan four slides in a holder, the 32-bit TWAIN driver/plugin gives me four images of one slide each. The 64-bit WIA driver/plugin gives me one image of the slide holder, with the four slides in it. Is this a limitation of the WIA technique in general or the particular WIA driver for my CanoScan?

Can you locate the iTunes Library.itl file on the old drive? Ideally you would have simply copied over the entire iTunes folder structure from <User's Music> on the old computer into <User's Music> on the new one to transfer the library will all playlists, ratings, play counts etc. intact.
