EREC - SAP to any Job-board ... XML

Hello Everyone,
           I have created posting channels for the Job-boards below in IMG.
E.g. 9991 - Indeed.com   CL_HRRCF_PUBLISHER_EXT   External
       9992 - Dice.com     CL_HRRCF_PUBLISHER_EXT   External
Also, there is already an entry for table T77RCF_PS_SERV - Periodic Services i.e.
CREATE_SP_FOR_EXT_POSTINGS       CL_HRRCF_SPB_POST_REQ_EXT_PUB
Now I will have to schedule the program RCF_PERIODICAL_SERVICES to run every X minutes. ( we can also change service rules in view if we want in T77RCF_PS_RULES).
Question - Now what I have to do with XML , do I need to create Transformation in t-code STRANS/ SE80? OR I need to do SOAP calls OR Web service?
Also, Can we enhanced posting WD4A to give options ( Publish/Withdraw) with any job board?
Please advice.

I just took a brief look, but I think the CL_HRRCF_SPB_POST_REQ_EXT_PUB class is related to searching for external postings, and not so much sending them to 3rd party sites. If you look at the CL_HRRCF_PUBLISH_XI_PUB class, it implements the IF_HRRCF_INTERFACE interface, which gives it the RUN method. This is in turn called every X minutes when the period services run.
Additionally, I believe you need to create your own classes for each job posting channel. These classes need to implement the IF_HRRCF_PUBLISHER interface, which give it several methods which are called at various times. If you look at CL_HRRCF_PUBLISHER_XI method PUBLISH, you see that it basically inserts an entry into the t77rcf_xi_pub table, which is basically a storage area that lets XI know what needs to get published, when it got published, publication dates, etc. Additionally, there are methods that control whether or not that publication channel is selectable as a hot job, whether you can edit it, withdraw it, etc.
In the past, I basically have just copied these classes, and then made them fit my own needs, and assign them in the appropriate steps in the IMG.

I have seen lot of friends here asking how the oracle dba work will be..how to get junior dba position..Guess here all the Guru's are holding a senior or director level position in their organization..It will be greatly helpful for us if we know the job openings...Not sure if i can ask this question in discussion forum..Yet i posted it..Apologies...

Cjq0 lock any job operation with enq: JS - queue lock

Hi to all,
During working on develpment project I faced with strange scheduler trouble.
After some event cjq0 is hang and prevent any jobs to run. Besides it's lock any trying of disabe/enable/create/drop any jobs/windows and etc. But it allows to run jobs using dbms_scheduler.run_job. The same situation with dbms_job package.
First of all I tried to restart job coordinator with using:
alter system set job_queue_processes=0;
!kill -9 <OS process>
alter system set job_queue_processes=10;
But no results. I mean that cjq0 is back and hang again.
It is came back to normal only after full db bounce.
I am confused. There is no any errors in alert log.
Does someone faced with such problem?
P.S. 10.2.0.1Enterpise / RHEL 5 64bit

CUPS: Can't see any jobs

I'm running 10.5.7 with all actual updates. The problem occures on my
client and on the Xserve.
Printing works at all, but I can't see any jobs via

Try to delelte all printers from cups at
http://localhost:631//
restart cups
sometimes it works for me. I also have Samsung printer and some problems appeared about three month ago with CUPS upgrade.

Follow the cache cleaning routine with OnyX here, one of it's aspects is it clears out and rebuilds the font caches.
It will not harm your machine or data, make sure you reboot when finished with OnyX

Deleting old job openings

Because a lot of people are apparently unable to read and understand a calendar, would it make sense to just delete job openings that are more than a few months old.

My current way of handling that board is to wait until the person that created the post notifies me and then I delete it. However, not everyone knows how to notify a moderator. Perhaps I could put a note in the announcements or create a thread and float it to the top of the board with best practices for the board. It probably wouldn't eliminate the fact that people don't always read the announcement, but it may help the person posting the thread to know that we can take it down for them.
Even better - I can add a disclaimer that threads may be deleted after a certain amount of time at the moderator's discretion.

Never start any jobs directly in the sender or receiver?

I had the impression that I read somewhere saying that TDMS jobs (including cancelled jobs seen on sender's or receiver's SM37) can never be (re)started directly in the sender or the receiver.
Could anybody confirm that they can only be (re) started on the control system's CNV_MBT_TDMS?
Also how to manually cancel an activity?

Any activity or job in TDMS process should only be started/restarted from the TDMS process tree. Any this which is executed manually directly in any remote system is not tracked by TDMS and hence the status is not known centrally.
There is no direct means to cancel an activity. For some of the important activities a troubleshooter has been provided to cancel it. For others if required you may need to cancel the background job.

I am not sure whethe it is right place to put this query, but still trying to know the reply on following.
How are the job opening for non IT Diploma holder ( India, Maharashtra), with 7 years of manufacturing process experience. Also have Oracle apps end user experience ( 3 yrs).
If I undergo Oracle 11i functional track training how easy will be the entry in core IT service companies. ( apps implementation). Which are the companies opting for such profiles?
