Do you know if Cisco has come out with any new firmware for the Cisco AP541N access points.

It would be up to Toshiba to release an official firmware update for this drive and at the moment they do not have one.
You could of course look at 3rd party sites such as cdfreaks.com.

New Firmware for the mic

I installed the new firmware into my micro, and now when i go into media source it doesnt come up. i cannot see my micro in it, I had to use windows explorer drag and drop. is there any way for me to get my mediasource to recognize my micro? thanks in advance to whomever can help me.

If you installed the MTP software (v2) then Mediasource will not work with the Zen Micro. You can download updated versions of Zen Media Center for the configuration and Outlook syncing options. For transferring, Windows Media Player 0 will now replace Mediasouce.

Any new firmware for RG54GS?

I bought Wireless Gateway RG54GS, but it constantly hangs up. It starts to work very slow and i cant access Configuration Utility on 192.168.1.254(just before it hangs up completely it starts to load pages in conf. Utility, but not full – only half of the menu or half of the right page, where the settings are...). When I restart it with a button on back, it works ok for some time and then it starts to hang again.
Is there maybe a new firmware?
Can router be automatically reset or something.
What can I do?

miros: make sure your computer network connection is set to DHCP.
The RG54GS functions as a DHCP server and sends configuration information to the network connection on your computer. This sets the local IP address of the computer and the local network address. Control Panel -> network. I can't get more detailed without knowing your OS version.
Check the network status. The Tcp/IP setup should be dhcp and the host IP 192.168.1.1 (last 1 could be something different).
If you have a CMD shell the command "ipconfig" should show
C:> ipconfig
host addr 192.168.1.1
sub net mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.1.254
again the .1 on the host addr might be something different.
If it does not show this then the network connection on the computer is not talking to the RG54GS. Again make sure the network config is set to DHCP.
You could also try "ping"
C:> ping 192.168.1.254
to see if the network routing layer is functioning.
IE address
http://192.168.1.254
Zinda: I have not seen an external antenna connection on my box. I might not be looking hard enough. I did not see it listed as a feature either.

New versions are not announced before they're made available.
V21.0.016 is indeed the latest version for the N95-1 right now.

After the bugs introduced with the latest firmware (no company search, SMS and calls recepction,...), does anybody know if Nokia has plans to fix them in a new firmware release?

i think it's hard time nokia shud release something good for thr N97 as they are already losing ppl's interests in thr devices as well as market is no more going to be one sided like before for nokia ..... i have a N97 and am waiting for the V30 to be out ,,but not just anothr bug fix FW ,, i as a user of the phone really really expect something great with this FW,,something that the hardware on 97 can still support i guess....

No one here would know if there is software coming im afraid. Try going to settings, wifi then hit the menu button and advanced. Then un check the auto switch from wifi to data and back all the way out. That fixed the notification issue on my note3

OPPS!... MY bad.... seems your web located me in Latin America.... Im in Puerto Rico... which is U.S. territory and it looks like this model was not sold in Latin America, so it's not in thier list...LOL.... I whish people got their geographics correct... sorry!

Are they getting any closer to releasing a new firmware for the Zen Tou

I mean so I wouldn't have to use stupid Mediasource to transfer music, and could just plug my Z. T. into any computer and transfer music. It seems to me that some bright consumer could write a program to do this, or is it impossible for this to happen for some reason?

I think its pretty bad that a company that made over $375 million in Q2 and reported sales of over 2 million mp3 players is putting such little investement into providing updates for existing (still on sale) products, mainly the Zen Touch and Zen Extras... They seem to think that only Zen micro users deserve Firmware updates despite the fact that a large number of us have bought and continue to buy other existing creative models! Surely with such high profit and demand they must be able to put more resources into updates for their players (mainly Firmware), or at worst give us a serious time frame as when to expect the updates (if i had known how long i would be waiting i might not have bought my Zen Touch in favour of a differnet player). I have always looked upon Creative as a very trustworthy company that deli'very high quality and high spec products. I never for a moment thought that the updates would be so few and far between! Are BT actually taking any new orders for the old ...

I was talking to someone on another forum who said he thinks that Vision will be phased out and people moved over to youview.
I asked him why he thinks that and he said that when he tried to order, the only option he was given was a youview box.
So I thought I would try this myself. I went into MyBT and tried to add TV and he appears to be right. They only offered a youview box, there was no other option, unless I missed it.
Are new sales youview only now?

I think BT are just keen to move people off the Freeview premium channels onto Infinity, so don't encourage it on the web site. Infinity and Youview is meant to be the BT platform of the future.
