Any news on next version of iPhone

Hi,
I am intending to purchase an iPhone but one of my main requirements is more space (at least 16GB). Has there been any mention of expected dates for the next version and whether more space is likely? Either based on previous apple release cycles or other information?

Are you trying to buy an iPhone or an iPod? If it is the latter, why don't you buy the $399.00 iPod.
Why would you need to buy a cell phone that had these applications if you were looking for a phone. Even a MAC computer only goes up to 4GB and YES I do know that you have a disk included.
The iPhone is not a pocket computer.

Any announcement, as usual, will be made when the product is considered ready - obviously, that is not yet. But given the history of releases my estimate that a new version could not be too far away but I have been off beam before!!

Next Version of IPhone?

Does anyone know if we will be able to trade in our current IPhone when the new phone is released later this summer? I know there are still problems with the Iphone and they are currently on backorder at Apple Store. I have only had my phone for a couple of months, and would not be a happy camper if the new IPhone is 3D as they are saying, with more options and less problems.

Supplies are low. That probably doesn't have anything to do with repairs if that is what you are talking about.

There is not such thing as a 3D iPhone. #G yes, but it will not happen anytime soon. No date has been announced. Anyway, you cannot expect to get anything better from Apple in exchange. Nothing has been announced yet and even so, technology moves on. If a product does not meet your needs and wants - don;t buy it. Otherwise you will be waiting forever upon the horizon or regretting your purchase.

The Windows version is worse. And it seems two people rather than help only want to scold - I didn't see anything that said you weren't using Windows or that you need to post version number (ie, 3.0bxyz).
You must be very lucky to have never tried to help someone when they posted in the wrong thread.
Sending feedback into the ether unless there is a log, and a sample output or something doesn't seem much sense.
In Safari for Mac there is a bug report method. I was surprised that by all indications from the OP there must not be in the windows version. I was trying to explain the proper method of bug reporting. Not everyone has worked with beta software and aren't aware of the method. Posting and ranting on the forum will not accomplish anything.
Mac users get beat on in Windows Community newsgroup, but here? childish.
Do you realize you made no attempt to respond to the OP, all you did was scold two people trying to help and explain the method for bug reporting. Your post indicates reporting bugs is useless since there is no log for you to see. I personally will continue to try to help users with questions even if in your eyes I'm not one of the "better posters" I will also continue to report bugs even though you say it's useless.

Delete your account and start fresh. You should be able to see the downloads on a fresh install.

Is there any news about a pending release of the 3G version of the iPhone?

I am a new Apple convert. I have 2 current iMac (one for the home-office and one for the office-office) computers. I gave up my pocket PC due to conflicts in synching the machines. In April '08, I was going to buy an iPhone, but heard that Apple is going to release an updated unit in june '08. Consequently, I postponed my purchase. Is there any news about the pending update release?

All we know is a new iPhone will be released in 2008 but there is no date yet. Possibly Steve Jobs will give an update at next week's Keynote at the WWDC.
The June update you've heard about refers to Software update 2.0 which will be available for all iPhones some time this month.

Since DPM is now bundled in as part of the larger System Center then I imagine the bigger question is when the next version of System Center will be released.

To change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. If you don't know the password for your old ID, or if it isn't accepted, and your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

I can't create any new reminders on my iPhone 5S with iOS 8.

I have a 16 GB iPhone 5S with iOS 8.1.3. The problem I have is that I can't create any new reminders, at all. The problem started with my iPhone 4 (which I had before this phone), and I was using iOS 7 when the problem arose (but it didn't start immediately after I switched to iOS 7).
One day when I had the iPhone 4, I noticed that all my reminders had disappeared, and that I couldn't create any mew ones because the New List + button is grayed out. I didn't try to fix it until I got my 5S. I got to the "Scheduled" list and was able to type in a reminder (I thought I was a genius). But then when the time I'd set for the reminder actually came around, nothing happened, and when I checked Reminders, the reminder I'd entered was gone.
I tried using Siri to set a reminder but she said she couldn't.
I've tried Googling it, but it just says to press the + button to make a new list, and then start typing.
I recently got a MacBook Air which I synced up to my phone, and all my old reminders from my iPhone 4 are there, and I can create new reminders. Except they don't show up on my phone (which I think they're supposed to do, right?). They do show up on my computer, though.
I've taken to emailing myself things I need to remember, which is fine, I guess, but sometimes they get buried in my inbox.
Any help would be fantastic!
Also, if you'd like me to clarify anything, I'm happy to do so because I don't know how much sense this makes.

I have exactly the same problem. I discovered it yesterday.
I have a 16 GB iPhone 4 with iOS 7.1.2, just to note that we both are using different devices and different iOS versions. I will add here some screenshots of the problem.

Since updating itunes to version 10 my ipod classic will not sync any new music that I have added to itunes, can anyone help

I recently updated iTunes to version 10.3.1.55. Since then when I try to sync my IPod classic it says on the top of iTunes (where the barbers pole is) "Step 1of1 Determining Tracks to Sync". This stays like that for about 15 minutes before a message pops up saying "Itunes could not copy ""song title name here"" to the Ipod because an unknown error occurred (-50)". This message pos up for every song title that has been added to itunes since the itunes update. Therefore I am unable to sync any new music. This only happens when syncing the ipod as the iphone syncs with no problems.
Does any one have a solution?

Toggle Airplane mode On and Off.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Check for a carrier settings update. Tap Settings > General > About. If an update is available, a prompt will appear.
Remove the SIM Card and verify that it is a valid, carrier-manufactured SIM. Also verify that it is not damaged, worn, or modified. Then reinsert it.
Restore the iPhone.

TS3694 I have tried every suggestion regarding installing Apple Mobile Device on Windows 7. We had no problems until iTunes attempred to upgrade to the latest 10.6.3.25 version. Any new suggestions would be most welcome. Thank you.

We have tried dozens of times to uninstall and cleanout every file. Even tried opening perms on the filerepository. Tried installing with msiec and logged. iTunes will install but AMD will not so we cannot connect the phones and pods. Any new suggestions would be greatly appreciate because we are about to give up and maybe pay somebody to try to install it which is ridiculous. I can supply the install log if anyone is interested. Here's what I did:
First I tried the Winsock reset in the Command prompt. Nothing changed.
Next, I tried the instructions on http://http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4123. The only other program that came up on the 'Winsock Providers' tab on the program was 2 Windows Live applications, which I can do without. So I deleted all Windows Live Applications.
I did the Winsock reset in the Command Prompt again and rebooted my comp.
Unfortunately, nothing has changed. iTunes keeps freezing at various stages of the sync, then shows the candy cane-striped bar with either the words 'Finishing sync' or 'Cancelling sync', before showing the Apple logo.
Sometimes, iTunes gets to the syncing stage - "Copying # of ####" - where it will trudge through the first, second and third tracks before flashing "Copying 4 of ####" for a split second and I catch "Cancelling sync" briefly before the Apple logo appears.
Again, I've repeated the steps I mentioned in my previous post. Does ANYONE know when the new version of iTunes is set to be released?! This one is driving me INSANE, to say the least!!
