As a professional public speaker I can't walk around with a 50m VGA cable holding onto this giant device, on stage, to control my slides.... I know there are bluetooth presenters that can be connected to my mac without any usbs but I want to use the ipad because it is portable and it saves me luggage space when traveling all over the world... I've seen Pgms that allowed a PC to use Apple Pgms. But that was several years ago. I'm assuming from what you said, those days are gone. Is that right?
The only Pgm that comes near iBooks Author is InDesign - and that's hundreds of dollars Vs FREE! And InDesign is Overkill with a heavy learning curve.
The aggregators are actually Go-Betweens that convert for a fee, and then collect a % of the sales, in addition to what Apple takes.
I'd prefer to use the iBooks Author because it's simple and does nice work. AND the submission is direct to Apple, which avoids the extra aggregator fees and commissions on all future sales.
There's also an additional 30 to 45 days AFTER Apple's 30 - 60 days till payment is sent. They work with my money AND don't send it till it totals $500.
Do you have any experience with any of the other Pgms similar to the iBooks Author?

You may benefit from disabling Show on Lock Screen for Messages and Mail in Settings -> Notification Center -> Mail/Messages.
You can disable Show on Lock Screen for a particular app in Settings > Notification Center > <app name>.

Nothing happens on a hard drive that doesn't involve the computer.

I am generating the report on Billing Cube.. for that cube I have DS 2lis_13_vdhdr, 2lis_13_vditm,
I am executing the report with characteristics Material , Billing Number and Key Figures Billing Value.
For Example : I am seeing the report By Material , in last line it is showing Hash ( # ),
When I am drill down by material by Billing no with Billing value.
Now it is showing the billing value agents the Billing Number and in the same time it is showing hash for the same Billing Number.
Eg:       Material     Billing No     Billing Value
     120          199001     400 USD
     122          199002     500 USD
     125          199003     300 USD
     #          199001     000.00
               199002     000.00
               199003     000.00
Can any one explain the concept of Hash ( # ), and why the Billing No is reputing in Hash..
I have same problem in other Cubes with other Characteristics

you can use the Tables SRRELROLES and IDOCREL
if it is inbound delivery the use the business object BUS2015(outbound use LIKP)
first get the ROLEID using the Delivery number as Objectkey(business obecjt BUS2015/LIK) from the SRRELROLES,
then pass the ROLEID to the table IDOCREL to ROLE_A , get the ROLE_B,
use this ROLE_B supply to ROLEID of SRRELROLES table(business object as IDOC, )
get the objkey which is nothing But IDOC.

I'm having the same problem. I've tried going into the Library and deleting the mail plist file(s), which fixes the problem, but only temporarily. Would appreciate any help here too!
