Video output is possible in certain Apps, e.g., Keynote, Photos, Video, youTube, etc.

you can't bypass activation. Your phone needs to be activated for any of the functions to work.

Yes, as long as you can display what you need on the XP
desktop, you should be good to go.
Keep in mind that your best result will likely be obtained by
creating the voiceover as a separate process and not while you are
recording the initial movie.
Also, you may discover that the remote destop won't paint
quite fast enough so Captivate will record "blank screens" here and
there. Where you notice this happening, press the Print Screen key
to force additional screen captures. It's always easier to delete
unwanted slides than it is to re-create them when needed.

AirPlay Mirroring requires a second-generation Apple TV or later, OS X 10.8 or better and is supported on the following Mac models: iMac (Mid 2011 or newer), Mac mini (Mid 2011 or newer), MacBook Air (Mid 2011 or newer), and MacBook Pro (Early 2011 or newer). It also requires the computer to be using wi-fi.

I have the nfl gamerewind app on my iPad. I'd like to use air play to mirror the games from my iPad to my TV screen. Is this possible?

There are 2 kinds of Airplay - one which 'mirrors the display' on AppleTV (in iPAd 4:3 aspect ratio). Mirroring is only available on iPhone4S and later and iPad 2 and later and certain newer Macs. Mirroring is processor intensive as it compresses each display frame and sends the video to AppleTV as well as having to do what an app is doing.
The other kind of Airplay available on some older devices essentially sends a pre-rendered compatible file to AppleTV to play rather than a mirror of the screen.
Note - content providers can and do block certain things from working with Airpolay so check if it's a particular app, game or website you want to airplay.
You might want to check out Airparrot which might be able to mirror your Windows laptop to AppleTV.

Yes, any audio during the "mirroring" funtion will forward to the appletv. This includes all system audio, games, apps, ect. If you slide the mute botton the side of your ipad to mute then you can block app audio and just get Music audio or Pandora if you are using pandora.

The optimizer can reduce space, but some things can't get smaller. Text for example. Play with the settings, examine the results of Audit Space Usage.
Or give up. Even 5 MB is too large for a bulk mailing, by far. Instead put it on your web site and mail a link - done!

Any way of using MyCloud Mirror as a purely local web host?

I bought an 8 TB Mirror for use as a backup device, and am very happy with its performance in that role. I would ideally also like to be able to use it use it as a local testing server for websites that I develop and manage for a number of non-profits. I currently host the test sites under IIS running on my development machine, but I would ideally like to slim this down a bit. I do not, however, want any aspect of the Mirror device to be visible or accessible from anywhere except my local network. I use Dreamweaver as my website editor and the sites that I develop make significant use of PHP and MySQL databases, both of which seem to be supported by the OS on the Mirror, but the reading around that I have done suggests that the only way of getting access to the Mirror's web server functionallity requires that it be set up to allow access from the general internet, which is not acceptable as an option, and that even after doing that, setup as a web server is not particularly easy or convenient. Is my understanding more or less correct, or can someone give me better news?

It's possible to use the MyCloud as a webserver - it does run apache afterall. And that webserver would only globally publish what you wanted, not your entire drive. I don't have a MyCloud, but i do have a MyBookLive on which i run a webserver. I used the extermely easy install from highlevelbits.fr to set up my webserver. You could probably follow his code and modify it as required for this next-gen MyCloud. Or you could search this forum for guides on how to set it up. Anyways, it does require some Linux skills.

I need to build my ipa with old version of Engine because i have some problems about loading images from outside. Since with Air 15 it is default engine, and i cannot quit Air 15 because of the iTunes specs. I cannot add -useLegacyAOT=yes to compiler options on Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 because it seems that it can be added at FB4.7.
So is there any way to add this options when i am using FB4.6
