Any other calendar programs for iPod?

I wanted a stand-alone calendar program, so I downloaded mozilla sunbird. Unfortunately, I am finding that it says 'Microsoft Outlook must be installed in order to synchronize calendars'. Outlook is crap. Is there any fix to get my sunbird calendars on it?

I am looking too. I would rather not use Outlook for anything. Support of Sunbird and Thunderbird would be awesome. I know Apple has ties to Google so Google Calendar and Gmail would be nice too.

Hi Denise, It seems that your machine is not holding up the activation. Kindly try to following steps.

Getting iCal or any other calender program on windows vista

I have a few calenders on my computer but none that are compatible with my iphone 3g. I was wondering if someone could tell me a website where I can either get iCal or any other calender program for my laptop to sync with my iPhone. I have a dell Windows Vista laptop.

iCal is a Mac/OS X compatible program only.
The only calendar app that is compatible with the iPhone for syncing calendar events with XP and Vista is Outlook 2003 or 2007, which is also compatible for syncing contacts. You can access you email accounts, contacts, and calendar events with one application, but Outlook isn't free.

Good luck. I tried to do this to cue sound effects for a theater, and never found anything. iTunes will definitely *not* do this, nor was I able to find any player that would play one song at a time in a single playlist.
In my case, I ended up using AutoHotkey to tie individual tracks to the keys on an external keypad. This was an excellent solution for my problem, but I don't think AHK runs on Macs.
One workaround is to make a folder, and fill it with *shortcuts* to the songs you want (ie, the actual files). You can change the names to start with numbers to get them in the right order. Then if you double-click on one it will play just that song. You'll still have to double-click on each song.
Might be a good time to learn AppleScript It would also be pretty easy to write a Java app to do this.

Can Iphone sync with any other calendar

Hi I was wondering if the new Iphone 3G is able to sync with any other calendars other than outlook. If there is a program or something.

Connect your iPhone to your computer with the USB-dock cable. In iTunes select your iPhone. You will see contact and calendar syncing in one of the tabs.

Any working Email Program for XM5800?

Hi,
I keep getting "Mandatory server policy failed, access refused." when trying to configure Mfe. Now at a point where i am looking at selling my XM5800.
I tried to ask our exchange admins to reduce the security, but this level is already basic and would be too risky for any organization to go below this level. I have an E61 and everything still works fine on that, it is able to access my mails and everything.
Is there any workaround, or any other email program that works for XM5800, Road Sync is Coming Soon and OMA is too Native. Please Suggest....

Nokia Messaging is apparently in Alpha for S60v5 - it just depends if you're prepared to wait. It seems like Nokia are holding back on upgrading Nokia Messaging until they release the touch version, so this may work in your favour. Check this link out:

Can any other email programs use OSX Address Book?

I'm contemplating moving to another email application. Am rapidly heading towards critical mass on things driving me nuts about mail.
Do any other email programs let you use OSX's address book?
OR
Do any other email programs let you sync their address book/contacts with a mobile phone?
I really don't want to have to keep two separate lists of contacts up to date.

I recommend Gyazmail out of the mentioned alternatives that can use the OS X Address Book. I've tried and tried to like Mail, and it definitely has some pluses with the add-ons but it just doesn't cut it in the end. Maybe one day Apple will read people's recommendations for Mail and actually implement them.

I have 4 latest Macs All have iDVD. The question was not where to get iDVD.

I appreciate your input but it realy does not answer the question. iDVD will soon not be able to work with newer versions of Macs as it has been left behind by Apple!

Try logging out of the CC Application and restarting your computer. Also, try running the CC app as an administrator.

Calendar program for my vista that will work on iphone

I'm looking for a calendar program that I can load on my dell vista that will sync to my new iphone.
I'm new to Apple Iphone and need the calendar program to keep up with what and where my husband and I are going from day to day without having to carry a paper calendar.
As I'm not a kid any more (62) need the KISS if possible.

Just found out that Google calendar is perfect.
It will walk you thu and the sync so almost a blink.
You can also do contacts as well.
