Am wondering if a charger for the white 13 inch macbook exists with the magsafe on one end and usb connector on the other so possible to use an of the battery power packs that are available on the market (e.g. Nw Trent power packs)?
Or can the MacBook be charged /supported directly thru its usb ports?

Make sure both the charger and connector are certified and that they are in good working order. Test them with another iPhone if possible. If the charger is working, then the problem might be the lighting connector port. Check and see if it is dirty. If not then there might be a hardware problem. Take the phone in to an Apple Store or authorized service provider for evaluation and possible replacement. Take the cable and charger as well.

Installation Files from OLS are corrupt. Any other download options?

Hello, I've had both Premiere and Photoshop Elements since 2008. A few nights ago my XP box died and so I am slowly reinstalling my apps. I went to the OLS and downloaded the install files, but the Premiere install blows up with a corrupt cab file error. I tried Tech Support today for around 20 minutes and no one answered. I tried the Chat option and they referred me to the Tech number. Is there a way to get the files somewhere else in order to install the app? It runs for ten minutes before giving the corrupt file message. Thanks for any help.
If this forum is moderated by Adobe people, I can furnish serial numbers and AD numbers to verify, thank you. Incidentally, the install process for the photoshop app installed fine, although it was much smaller. (451 MB). The Premiere 7z file is 3 GB in size.

What versions of PSE and PrE are you talking about. I believe that the PrE 7 is still available as a two file download. This will be the trail version, but you should just need to input your S/N and convert to the full-paid version. I do not know about PSE.
Now, if you have earlier versions than PrE 7, there might well be a problem.
Also, this is a user-to-user forum. Adobe just offers us space. There is little, to no, Adobe presence here. With the exception of two "survey" posts on PrE 8, no one from Adobe monitors this forum. The tireless MOD here, Steve Grisetti is not an Adobe employee, though I think that he does get to dine in the Official Adobe Cafeteria, when he travels to San Jose.
Please do not post any S/N's, case #'s, or any other personal data here. This is an open forum, and almost anyone can read it, plus there are 'bots that crawl it daily, just looking for personal data.

I am trying to locate my iphone - believe it was stolen. find my phone says phone is offline. what does that mean? any other known options for locating it?

What other options are available if your iphone is lost/stolen but it registers as "offline" on find my iphone location services? I imagine if I suspend the services, this eliminates the "find my iphone" features. Feel at a loss here. Anybody have any other information to share on this topic? Thanks.

There are a number. This forum method is cumbersome (though very good, and people are very helpful), and often the elapsed time is too great for the nature or severity and/or urgency of the issues. Then, when you do get an answer, with - refer to such and such link or article, and try it, there are subsequent followups that can occur, again with the wait involved, and another layer of complexity to the problem. I would like at least have direct email with someone, or "someones, ".

It is now 04/06/13, and not resolved, and this is a straightforward one, without complications.

At first it seemed to work, it was a clean install, without my 20 extensions, and 150 Bookmarks folders, and 100 Bookmarks Toolbar bookmarks. But now the new profile is no longer in Profile Manager. I ran the .exe setup file again, again chose a new folder, it appears to have installed in the new folder, but clicking it and opening it in the new folder, it opens with all the extensions, Bookmarks, etc., from the other Default profile. Now, it's 8 days later, and I still don't have it answered. I would willingly pay x amount a year for email, chat, or phone support, even from a third party company. But, Mozilla could use the funds.
There are more things constantly coming up. I am a long term user. I really like FF. It is so customizable. I am a layman, not an IT/computer guy, but hopefully towards the higher end of that scale, though self-taught. I want to keep using it, but as I learn more about it and do more with it, more things come up. Right now, using Google, the results page is behaving as though an auto-paging add-on is working. I want to be able to see the related searches at the bottom of the page, but I can't get to click any because the next page endlessly loads as I get down close to the bottom. I have no auto-page extension or plugin, neither enabled, nor disabled. I may have had one sometime, but not for a while. Yet in about:config, there are a bunch of auto-paging lines. Why are they there if its been removed? And the list goes on.

Other Charging Options?

Hi, I have just purchased a new blue chromatic nano. I also purchased a car adapter kit to play the ipod nano in my car. However, when I hook up the nano to it I get an error message stating that my ipod does not support charging with this accessory. I have purchased 3 different one's in the last 2 days and get the same message. Is there any car adapter & charger that will work? I hate to only be able to charge on my computer. I travel alot and would like to listen to the ipod in my car without running down the battery. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Are there any other rebooting options for the Toshiba, Satellite A215-S7425 without discs?

I can't find any of the reformatting discs my laptop came with. I was wondering if there are other possible ways to wipe everything off my laptop without performing a manual reboot. I.e. On start-up menu pressing F10 or so?

Do you just want to reformat the hard drive or do you want to install and OS (as in recover the system to it's factory out of box state)? If all you want to do is reformat the hard drive you can use any number of self booting tools that you can download. All formatting does is prepare the hard drive for use by placing magnetic markers on the drive surface to define the sectors in which data is stored in preperation to installing an operating system.
If you want to actually install an OS hold down the 0 (zero) key when powering up the system. If it has a hard drive based recovery system this will invoke it. If it doesn't then you'll either need to find your disks, contact Toshiba and order replacement disks as per this post, purchase a new Windows disk to install Windows, or download a free Linux disk and use that.
Plus there is no way to do this without doing a reboot of the system. It's physically impossible.
If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.

If you wish to maintain the desired conditions like Octrai,delivery charges or any other charges,
First thing you have to do it, Please maintain the required conditions in your Pricing procedure for the vendor/s.
Ensure that your pricing procedure contains the conditions you wish to have in it and calculates the values as desired in the schema.
Also ensure that the Schema is assigned to your vendor masters for which you wish to maintain RFQ maintenance. That is to say in Purchasing data of vendor master assigne the Schema for the vendor indicator.
Then you can go for RFQ creation - i.e use ME41
The Use ME47 for RFQ maintenance.
Once inside ME47 enter the base price and select the line item and press the Item conditions (shift +F6) the dollar & yen button and you will find PB00 condition your price sitting there. Please add the other conditions below the PB00 field as required for your calculation.
save the RFQ once the entries has been made.
You can do it for as many RFQs you wish & then go for the comparison between them for finalising it

E7 only has micro-USB charging available. Pretty much all wall micro-USB chargers and computer USB ports work. Most cigarette plug adapters don't. I have tested several and haven't found any working units. The reason is that the cig plug adapter manufacturers don't seem to follow USB-standard in charging, the E7 requires a handshake to start charging. Just plain current doesn't work.
The only wall outlet charger that I have found not to work is a Jabra earpiece charger.

Since it has been discovered and confirmed by many that there IS a charging issue with the new iPad- That it takes FOREVER to charge, and will not charge while using it while plugged in to charge- is there any other charger that anyone knows of that can be purchased that will allow for proper charging of the new iPad? Is Apple likely to come out with one? Even if they do, in the meantime, I would LOVE to be able to properly charge my new iPad. I figured I would throw this question out there to "tech savvy" people, which I am not one of.

It wasn't your question that was in violation, I was trying to protect my own post so that somebody wouldn't think I was the one speculating.
And yes, the terms do say to not speculate about future Apple decisions or products (rumors, etc.)
But again, I don't think the problem lies in the charger itself, because all chargers really do the same thing: transfer electricity from a power source to the battery. I think it's just a software issue that's causing communication problems between the battery and the system that prevent you from using the device while you're charging it.
Who knows when the next software update will be, but in the meantime you can take it to an Apple Store if there's one near you and ask them about it.

After establishing the Credit Card account (i.e. after you have made purchases), you can remove the credit card information by editing your payment info, choosing "None".

By a reset, I assume you mean pressing and holding both the Select (Center) and Menu buttons together long enough for the Apple logo to appear? Is the hold/lock switch in the On position?
If you cannot get the iPod to reset, your only other option at this point is to just sit and wait for the iPod's battery to full drain. Then charge it back up and restore in iTunes if necessary.
