as my skype doesnt work becasue my OlePro32.dll files are corrupted?

I've found this can make a library half that size, with a lot of smart playlists, quite sluggish. That said I'm aware part of my problem is aging hardware. Having the database on the internal drive may improve performance if it is currently on the external.
I'd expect to see an exponential relationship between size and response time which may explain what you see. Cutting down on the number of smart playlists might help. If we're really lucky the long awaited iTunes 11 might have streamlined some of the background processes as well as cleaning up the front end.

So why can I not get iTunes working well?? It now takes at least 10 secs for any operation to be completed!
That is just plain evil. But I am sure I could do something to help.
All the music is on an 2T external drive.

Apple's iOS platform (iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch) has never, and will never support flash.
First on this; Thoughts on Flash. This is from Steve Jobs regarding Apple's views on Flash (2010)
Second; Adobe stops making Flash for mobile devices. This is from Adobe themselves last year stating that they would stop making Flash for mobile devices.
If you can find the App equivalent of the programs you are looking for, then congratulations, however, if you require specific 'programs' requiring flash, then the iPad is certainly not for you, and returning it would be the best choice (granted you are still within the return period).

Running Out of Memory - Any Files, Programs I Can Run or Delete?

Looking to erase some programs and/or files that are not needed to increase my memory.
Is there any recommendations or a sort or clean-up program I can run on my mac?

Memory is RAM - programs are stored on disk which seems to be what you are talking about
You should have a minimum of 10 GB of free disk at all times - how much do you have?
The hints in the Apple link are all good
1 - add an external hard drive - this is cheap, quick and the most effective solution
2 - get rid of unnecessary language support as a quick (and small) improvement - Monolingual - http://monolingual.sourceforge.net/ - is an easy way to do that (be sure not to eliminate English)
3 - use a memory mapping program to show you where you are using memory - grand perspective is good - http://grandperspectiv.sourceforge.net/
Stay away from automatic programs like Spring Cleaning - you are likely to mess up - uch better to control it yourself

Does OSX Include Any Other Programs That Can Record Audio....

...besides Garageband. I will be getting a MacBook in a day or two and I didn't plan on installing GarageBand because it takes up so much space and the only thing I would ever use it for is recording speech. Does OS X include another program that can record speech? If not, what are some good free Apps that would do the job (and not take up too much HD space)?

QuickTime Player Pro will record. It is not free but will not use up any disk space, since it is just a key to enable features on software already installed.

XCode is Apple's official SDE (as in Software Development Environment). It is meant to be used to develop all kinds of full-fledged applications, which are organized as projects. AS it stands now, in order to use the calculator that comes with the Dashboard, you cannot read from a list of numbers in, lets say, word or excel. What is going on? I can't access my iPhoto files from any other programs. It just says "Open iPhoto to see photos from your iPhoto Library in this list", but that doesn't work. What changed?

All of a sudden I can't access my iPhoto files from any other programs (ie Photoshop, facebook etc.). It just gives me this message below. What the **** changed? This wasn't happening yesterday.

1 - close iPhoto.
2 - go to your Pictures folder and open the iPhoto Library package as shown below:
3 - locate a file named AlbumData.xml and move it to the Desktop.
4 - launch iPhoto.
5 - relaunch the other programs and try the media browser again.

Hi,
You can find the programs where the table GLPCA is being used. For this use transaction code SE11 and enter the table name GLPCA and click on the icon where used. A pop up window will be displayed and you can click on Programs only. This will display all the Programs where the table GLPCA is used including any Z programs developed in your system.
