Somewhere away back when I heard that by knowing the serial number the details of the service record on the given mac could be found. However in those days I only bought new. These days with mac's inability to run applications that require the for real OS 9 ( not classic ) I have to scour the used market. I have some high end audio midi programmes ( for example emagic, cubase VST score ) that do the job and sometimes better then then the OS X versions.

If you had iCloud enabled...
Go to www.icloud.com > iCloud
then login then click Find My iPhone (works for finding your Mac also)
This will only work if the Mac is turned on and Find My Mac was enabled in System Preferences > iCloud
If you did not sign up for iCloud before the Mac was stolen > Reporting a lost or stolen Apple product
A stolen or lost device cannot be located from the serial number.

First of all what does 100% secure means? Secure Oracle, it's just one level of security. You may have the best trusted Oracle database environment, but what happens if the URL that access the application server shows unencrypted passwords? Or this site uses http instead of https?
You may have an oracle secured environment, and leave the site door open and let the operator use an OS authentication to gain access as SYSDBA, nobody is going to say no to this situation.
What would happen with a recyclable backup tape that is sotelen by someone, and used to recreate the database somewhere else?
So 100% securing database must be further clarified and detailed, otherwise it will be just a Maginot Line (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maginot_Line).

I have read in some place that this only can have around two thousand millons documents.

Workflow 2.6.4 is included with Oracle 10g Release 2
1) Could check it doing a custom installation of the database product?
2) Maybe you will need the Oracle 10g R2 Companion CD or Oracle 10g R2 Client to install Workflow Builder 2.6.4 (client side)
