Any possibility to generate the bill first than Delivery & Picking?
Hi SD GURUS & EXPERTS,
We know that standard procedure of SAP SD is Sales Order --> Outbound Delivery -> Picking --> Billing. It means delivery & Picking is carried out before billing, and as we pick the material stock deducted from the inventory.
But in my scenario, Customer has a grace period of 7-15 days to get the delivery. It means Customer deposit the money at office than Billing should be generate (from Office). This bill sent to the ware house and ware house deliver the material against this Bill.
If we carried out standard procedure than there will be difference in Physical as well as System stock.
So, is there any possibility to generate the bill first than Delivery & Picking.

we do not maintain the Customer Master
Not necessary. For this purpose only, SAP has given an Account Group "One Time Customer" which you can make use of this.
With the same customer code, you can change the address as and when your client got a sale order from such customers.
With this customer code, you can create sale order, delivery, billing. In fact, you should be aware, SAP will allow you to generate proforma against a delivery that is not PGId. If at all you dont want to do PGI, you can make use of this option.
Needless to say, the system (billing and then delivery) what you had indicated is definitely not recommended.

When I follow any kind of links or try to open something in another window or new tab, the browser first shows the white page with text "the document has moved", and then moves to advertisement page of some sort. Usually in the small box where the page description is it says "Jump". I don't know how to disable it, it is really irritating.

Any possibility of bypassing the EU volume limit?
I am (now) well aware of the countless posts on the EU volume limit, but what individuals may lack in power make up for it in number through the continuous probing on this matter.
Just to lay out the story, I have lived in Asia for the past 20 years, and during that time I have owned 2 iPods; a 40GB iPod Photo and a 30GB iPod Video. I recently moved to Italy to partake in a year's study abroad as part of my degree program in Australia, and sadly, shortly after arriving here, my iPod video died. So I naturally decided in replacing the iPod Video with a new iPod. I made my order through Amazon Italy, as it was cheaper buying a new one online than buying it from the Apple shop in Rome. The iPod had arrived last Friday (11th) and I finally synced it Sunday night.
To my surprise, after syncing my iPod, I was presented with what I now know as the EU volume limit, which I must say is the most annoying introduction to the iPod. I fail to believe why people should be subject to this ruling by the various policy makers in Europe when it should be a person's own prerogative to the volume they want to use for their audio enjoyment, regardless of whether it is deafening or not.
I hope a solution can be found, because I don'tt properly enjoy most of my music any more without having the bother of background noise being so noticeable. I use my iPod at a higher volume with headphones because I want a sense of isolation; not necessarily to go deaf, but so I can at least enjoy my music without having to hear background noise as well as filtering out disturbances so I can focus on my thoughts better. With the volume limit, it's just not enjoyable any more.

True, I wasn't expecting a new answer, as I pretty much guessed that the chances of that were nil by seeing how other posts of a similar topic had developed.
But I was actually wondering if there might have been any news on this gopod program I've read about? Apparently they've stopped support after gen 3/4? Anyone have any information on this? There website seems to be just a single page with no news or anything.
And you also mentioned amps, are there any that you could possibly recommend?
I was considering on possibly requesting for a reimbursement from Amazon, as this information on the EU volume limit was not disclosed in the product description. For someone like me who wasn't aware of this before purchasing, it certainly was an unwelcoming surprise to find it. That way, I'll see if I can acquire an iPod from a region which doesn't have the limiter implemented.

I want to say about me that I am not expert in processor design but I am curious about OpenSPARC. As an open-source programmer, I consider the open-source processor as a very good thing.
I have seen on the website this image:

And I am wondering if I can generate the image at much higher resolution from the opensparc source code (which I already downloaded ;) . If it's possible, how can I do this?

PaulThe picture you see is simply a photograph of the original UltraSPARC T2 chip. You may be able to generate a layout of your own, but it will probably be different from ours.
Sun released only the Source RTL (Register Transfer Level) code, and synthesis scripts for the processor. To generate a complete layout, you would need to:
1. Synthesize all control blocks for the chip.
2. Manually lay out all custom RAMs, and datapaths.
3. Perform top-level floor-planning
4. Do detailed place and route on control blocks
5. Place & route the top-level chip.
It's a lot of work and involves lots of expensive CAD tools.

Is there any way to have the ringtone louder than the alerts?
I was just wondering if there is anyway to make the ringtone louder than the alerts on the Iphone 5? I find that I often can't hear the ringtone because the volume is down low for the alerts. I don't need my e-mails and texts making loud sounds but the ringtone appears to be really quiet. Any help is greatly appreciated.
I find the only way is to change the notifications to something quiet and choose a louder tone for ringtone.
