Any possible way to downgrade ipod software with no "shsh blobs" please?

I have an iPod touch 4th generation with ios 6.1.3. When I first got it, it had ios 5 and I really miss it. I miss it for the nit-picky things, like the old silver status bar, old settings icon (was glossier), old App Store and itunes design, rounded edges on the keyboard etc. I don't have "shsh blobs" so i can't downgrade the traditional way. I can understand why apple doesn't want us to downgrade but do they really need to force me to stick with something I don't prefer and not allow me to go back to the way I like it with ios 5? Why did Apple create shsh blobs? Was it a security thing? All I know is that I want to downgrade to ios 5 for the old look and feel that I prefer, and everything is making it impossible to do so. I don't mean to be a whiner but I feel really nostalgic for ios 5 and I want to go back. Is it possible to downgrade without the .shsh files? Or is there any way to create the shsh files or get them somehow?

All we can say in this Apple forum is that downgrading the iOS is not supported by Apple

I received last week my new 6 nonplus and gave the 4S to my wife so she could get rid of her ancient Samsung Galaxy 1, cause with the 4S I was able to use all of the Incar-Entertainment functionalities in her BMW. Just like Apple stuff used to do.
I decided to upgrade the 4S to iOS 8 so we could use family sharing for Apps, Music, etc.
And now? Brand new iOS 8.0.2 installation on the 4s (in the meantime the 2nd installation) and no InCar-Entertainment anymore (tried all of those workarounds that some guys in various forums have written; BTW: The iphone 6 got also problems, while the 5S of my daughter with ios 7 works like my 4S before). The 4S ***** the battery dry now in no time (23% battery usage in 24h for the homescreen while laying around?) In my flat my wife has to use the 4S near the windows cause four meters inside she looses signal which never happened before (same problem with my 6).
The only thing that most of the users, expiriencing problems with their IPhone and iOS 8, want, is the possibility to switch back to an OS that is working. So why was apple so fast and unsigned ios 7 so people couldn't downgrade anymore? knowing the problems people are having. That is ignorant.
And no, i'm not attempting to discredit Apple's business plan - they do it by themself by releasing bad software.

What happened to the phone. Did it just go black? Did you try to plug it into Itunes and see if it can be seen or throw it on the charger. You can still try the reset procedure listed in http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1430 and see if the phone turns back on.
The only way to get things back is to have backed them up ahead of time.

No app on the iPod is required.
- If you previously turned on FIndMyiPod on the iPod in Settings>iCloud and wifi is on and connected go to iCloud: Find My iPhone, sign in and go to FIndMyiPhone. If the iPod has been restored it will never show up.
- You can also wipe/erase the iPod and have the iPod play a sound via iCloud.
- If not shown, then you will have to use the old fashioned way, like if you lost a wallet or purse.
- Change the passwords for all accounts used on the iPod and report to police
- There is no way to prevent someone from restoring the iPod (it erases it) using it unless you had iOS 7 on the device. With iOS 7, one has to enter the Apple ID and password to restore the device.

My documents on my iCloud storage got automatically deleted, is there any possible way to recover them? They're nearly 1GB and very important to me.

On January 26th, I downloaded iCloud for Windows and logged in using my account which was the same with the one on my Mac. 2 days later, at 3:27 PM January 28th, my 1 GB of documents on my iCloud storage got deleted automatically. I'm saying this because at that time I was sleeping and both my Mac and my Windows PC are turned off, and I'm home alone, besides there was no suspicious login reported to me by Apple.
So is there any possible way to recover these documents? I'm a teacher and they're very important to me. My Time Machine wasn't enabled so using it is useless.

hi i'm pretty much obsessed with garageband. only one problem, i dont have a mac. i spend hours at the apple stores playing with it and making songs with the hook up piano. (yes i am musical so i do know what i'm doing). i was just wondering if there was any possible way that it would work for windows. like any way. i know its kind of a lame question but its worth a shot. and if no then does anyone know any other programs very similar to garageband for windows???

...No. Get a mac. You'll be happier.
But if yo need to stick with PC (did you know that you can boot windoze on the Intel macs?) you should check out:

I have never tried it, but I have read revues that say it is the windoze equivalent of GB.

Is there any possible way of deleting BBM5.0 when one's using OS5.0? I tried to use DM6.0 but BBM is marked as a core component impossible to delete.
I hate BBM in general because it's always on. I don't want install an older version.

with some 5.0.X.X OSes, the BBm is a core application and cannot be removed.
BUT other 5.0.X.X OSes, the BBm has become an addon application and can be removed. (i.e. 5.0.0.436 and on 5.0.0.462)
if you have the first category OS, I suggest you try and install BBm for example using AppWorld. Maybe by upgrading BBm, it will become an addon.

Is there any possible way for me to view texts that I have sent or received?
The reason I ask is because, this past Monday (01/05/2015), I received a text with some very important details that I need, and like an idiot, I deleted the conversation by accident from my phone, losing the entire message history in the process.

sconley35, you will only be able to retrieve text messages for only up to 90 days. After 90 days you will only be able to view time , date and the mobile number to that message was sent in your billing detail summary. You can also access this on your My Verizon.

The problem is:
I have been using site at different times from different accounts, and I have used autologin thing.
But when last time I opened the site, for some reason Mozilla automaticly logged in with my very old account.
For some reason in Security -> Passwords - I see only 1 "Login" detail for this site.
Is there any possible way to see all Logins (login information) I have used on this site to log-in?
May be some file folder is recording them?

I wasmad due to something that had happened, so I decided to turn iMessage off on my phone. I went to turn it back on and it said waiting for activaion. I went onto my email, and of course, there was no email. I am currently stuck sending iMessages from my Apple ID. Is there any possible way that Apple can resend and activation email or....?
