Any smartform for Output type FUSI for billing

Hi,
Can any one suggest me smartform for FUSI standard form.
In se71, the form is SD_Export_FUSI.
My requirement is to design layout according to client requirement.
If any suggestion how to proceed will be welcome with suggesting smartform

I don't think we have a similar print program and smartform available, if you want to use it in Smartfrom.. copy SAPscript and migrate to smartform using SF_migrate and copy the print program of SAPscript and make necessary changes.

No. There is no Standard form avialable for Bill of ladingIf you are in US then US govt. has thier own format for this. You have to develop accordingly.

Multiple Output types to existing Billing document type

Dear Gurus
I have a requirement. I need to assign multiple output types to existing Billing document type. But there is only one output type/procedure can be assigned in the Billing document type. My client wants another print output format for the same document type. I can get a new smart form created and assigned to the output type.
But wher would i assign that to the billing doc type? Or is there any other way out?
Can u pl help me out?

Hi,
Create a new output type and assign the new smartform and program and add this new output type in the existing procedure assigned to the billing document type.Maintain the condition record inVV31 for this new output type.So both existing and new output type will be available in the billing doucment to take the print out.

Output type determination in Billing document

Hi,
I have a query reg automatic determination of output type in the billing document. The scenario is, For an invoice, two output types are determined automatically for all invoices. But the third output type is determined based on Shipping point. For Example say, output type IFIB should be determined if Sh.pt is A and IFIT if sh.pt is B. This is controlled thru "Requirement" assigned to the output types in output det procedure.
The problem is, for a particular document IFIB appears though the sh.pt is B, Now i have to find out whether it is determined automatically or manually. I have checked the following
1. The "manually changed" field is not flagged in the "further data" of this output type. I believe, if it is not ticked, then the output type is determined automatically and no manual change was carried out. Am I right?
2. When i checked the "determination analysis", I find that the output type with the message "Output ignored (Requirement not fulfilled)". If the output was determined automatically, then "output xxx found" should appear right? When the analysis says it is ignored, then how come it can appear automatically?
I am confused over this contradictory findings. Plz tell me whether my assumptions stated above are right. Kindly suggest me alternative ways to find out whether it is determined automatically or manually? If it is determined automatically, on what conditions?

Hi Suresh,
In an output determination, it may tell u that the output type is ignored because of un-fulfilled requirement, but it will still automatically appear in Header-> output, but u need to check the actuall processing status, whether is 0,1, or 2. I assume for your case it will be 0 (not processed, meant for manual processing instead), 1 (processed) and 2 (error occurred).
Another thing which is essential is that, in order to let the system successfully fulfill your determination criteria, u need to assign output type with correct access sequence, for example 1 access sequence by sales org/billing type for output, another 1 is by sales org/shipping point. Or u can simply create 1 access sequence with 2 condition tables.
After that u need to create condition record for each output type, u do this in t-code VV31.
By rite, during transaction (issue output), system will be able to search for those condition record and output type will be automatically appear, providing if there is any rquirement routine in your output det. proc (appl = V3) returns TRUE.

Consequences of adding and smartform to output type in nace

Dear experts,
I have one doubt . I want to link one smart form to output type EF ie purchase order. When I am saving it system is asking for customizing requests. I am doing this in development system to check the functionality of one smartform. Because we dont have any IDES System to test. Well I want to what are the consequences of adding an smartform to output type in nace. Whether it wil reflect in quality system without transporting the request. After testing can i remove that smartform which is attached to output type EF. Please confirm.

Smartforms PO - output type external send - for purchase order

Dear
I want to define a specific output type for example ZPOM, with medium 'External Send'. The communication Strategy is SMTP (MAIL).
The configuration of the Processing Routine is the following:
Program: - FM06P
Form Routine: ENTRY_MEU
SMARTFORM: Z_MM_PURCHASEORDER.
When we create this mesage in the PO, no mail is send. There is also no processing log available.
Is it possible to use the same smartform with print program that is used for Medium 'Print Output' for medium 'External Send'?

What you need to do is to create in SPAD Output device for E-mail ( in the Host Spool Access Method define M:E-Mail to Receiver/Owner) and then in the 'Print Output' assign this device.

Multiple output type against a billing type

Hi All,
I have a small requirement, I have created 2 output types and I want to assign it to the same billing document.
As per requirement, I can choose 2 different prints for same document.
But, when I am checking through issue output to through a billing document no., its only showing a single output type.
Please guide me on the missing settings aspect.
I have maintained the condition record also for billing docs through VV31....

Have your created different access sequences for both the out put types? You have to create the the condition records for both. These output types should be there in the procedure which has been assigned to the billing type.In the Condition Record you have to maintain the communication strategy aswell.There will be a check box "Print Immediately. Tick that check box and check If there is any requirement has been assigned to the Access Sequence. Some times the Access Sequences have Requirements associated with it(Unless until some conditions get fulfilled you wont be able to generate the output). Last but not least try to enter the second out put which is not getting picked up and it should tell you why its not getting picked up. Kindly please let me know If you could solve it.

Printing issue in smartform with output type

Hi ,
I am facing issue while I am taking print from zebra printer.
I am trying to take a print from MB90 but its not coming but its giving status 'processed' and same from the spool, in spool its showing status complete but not giving any printout.
if I m attaching my smartform with another output type which already working for another label(smartform), then its giving print.
So, what I want to know..
Its can be a problem with output type config or from basis side.
Please help.

well i have seen setting are correct but having one issue it doesnt trigger automatically I do it manually from MB90 and rest of the things are correct becaoz i have seen while debug its going correct form from driver program, when i am runniing from MB90 manually .

Attach Smartform to Output Type - Shipping notification to SP

Is there any default driver program for same too.

Navdeep, the notification is not an external document.. so you cannot do that.. moreover you are sending it as an IDOC and not through any regular transmission medium, so it ain't possible. Try looking at it from a recievr's point of view

Assigning SMARTFORMS to output types in SPRO

Hi,
I have created a test smartform and smartstyle, generated a function module, and temporarily put some code in a custom "test" program to ensure it is working, and it does (note calling the compiled version of the smartform function module name, by getting it's name from SSF_FUNCTION_MODULE_NAME) and all executes correctly.
Could anyone tell me however how I assign the smartform to execute from standard SAP via output type configuration in SPRO in SD as an example. Do we still need to specify a print program name and form routine to execute in configuration, just like SAPscript works ? I notice there is a field available for a smartform name, but then how would "whatever standard SAP is calling the smartform" know what parameters to pass into my generated function module for the smartform ? Also, does this have anything to do with the field "layout module" which is directly above the smartform field ?
Here's what I have tried: I entered the custom Z test program I created, entered the form routine name of this program which simply calls directly the function module for the smartform. (Now the smartform field in configuration is redundant) The standard SAP SAPscript print option window appears when I execute my SD transaction, and then the output option window appears which comes standard with the smartform function module call. As the smartform field in configuration is redundant going this method, I think I am going completely on the wrong route. Can someone help ?

Yes we already have this, and it works with the following issue:-
1) The default output controller window for print options which normally appears for SAPscript pops up.
2) The default output controller window for print options which normally appears for SMARTFORM output (looks slightly different to window in 1) appears also.
IMPORTANT: If I take out the name of the SMARTFORM in the "Smartform text box" it makes no difference and still works as above. This is because my driver/print program and subroutine is calling the function module to call the smartform, so it already knows which smartform to execute.
It is like the standard SD configuration is thinking my print program is for a SAPscript which is why I get both 1 and 2 above. Note: the SMARTFORM does output.

Smartform for billing documents

Hi,
I want to know the smartform and the printing program to print billing documents in sales and distribution module.
In the customizing there's a sapscript form but not a smartform. Is not recommended to use smartforms?.

hi,
standard print program for invoice is RLB_INVOICE. and the smartform name is LB_BIL_INVOICE
if u want more details then goto NACE-->select V3 (billing). look for more forms

To be more specific, my requirement is determinate a new output type in the billing document if other output type already was printed, so as I can't determinate automaticaly the output type by standard I need to create a program to insert an output type in the billing document if other one was printed; for that I need to know if there is a BAPI to change the billing document to insert this new output type.

Need input for error caused while trggering a output type

I had created a custom program and assigned it to a custom output type. while processing this output type through VF01(billing doc) it is generating an error saying commit_in_posting. can anyone suggest in this regard........

1Check for VF01 is there any control routine written for this output type which blocks it from triggering this output.
2. are there any condition records maintained which are creating problems.
3 check the out put poecedures aslo....
