Any standard report to list material codes not used in a given period?

Is any way (std report or) to find the list of material which are not used(means they r nt involved in sales,planning ,production or purchase) for a given period?

The list of mateirals that are not consumed in a number of days can be viewed by t.code MC46. I hope this will solve ur problem

You can have 3 queries embedded into a single workbook.
May be you can also provide with all the query elements needed ( Structures, RKF, CKF )...so users can create on their own ( Query Writers ).
You can searh Help.SAP for Buss Content queries, change em accordingly...
First search if the datatargets provide you all information...

Hi,
go to me23n transaction and in the top extreme left click the
Purchase order tab it will show you a drop down list where you will have a option called other purch. order click this and enter the purchase order for which you want to know the exsistence of that purchase order.
if Purchase order is present it will show the order otherwise it will through you an error message.

If for any reason you do not want to use the standard extractors delivered with BI as Michael in mentioning you have the following option:
With SAP query tool, there are some pre-delivered infosets which you can use to easily generate some reports via Infoset query (also known as ad-hoc queries in HR). This tool is designed for users with little or no knowledge of ABAP programing and runs within the ERP without the need of activation the BI.
You can check the definition of the Infosets in transaction sq02, Query Area = Global, you will find the following delivered Infosets:
/SAPQUERY/CM_XX_CG_01 --> Module group (CG) object
/SAPQUERY/CM_XX_E_01 --> Event (E) object
/SAPQUERY/CM_XX_SE_01 --> Event package (SE) object
/SAPQUERY/CM_XX_SM_01 --> Module (SM) object
/SAPQUERY/CM_XX_ST_01 --> Student (ST) object
Within transaction sq01 you will be able to create your own reusable queries.

i am interested in knowing any standard report which tells us how long is my machine ( work center) ideal and how many hours i have used during a period of say one month.
how can we use capacity planning and work scheduling in repetitive manufacturing . pls tell me a the procedure to be followed.

thanks for your reply . but i am not able to get a report on total capacity available in the last month and capacity i have utilized for that month . so that i can derive my work center ideal time during that past month.this gives the time i have kept the machine ideal . Is there any standard report meeting this requirement.

Purchase order field EKPO - AFNAM displayed in any standard report?

Hello gurus,
I can't find any standard report which contains in the layout the field Requisitioner (EKPO-AFNAM) of the Purchase Orders.
Can you please advise if there is any? Do I need to make a query between EKKO and EKPO to get this field displayed together with the PO number?

@Venu, dynamic selections would allow me to have this field in the selection screen but not in the layout of the report (which is exactly where I need it).
@Antony, you're confirming my fears; there is no standard PO report which contains the Requisitioner field in the layout. I know ME5A does include it, but it doesn't include the Purchase Order number as it is Purchase Requisition related.
@All, any other suggestion besides the query? Are we missing something?

Rahul,
The reason I asked is because if you use Master Warranties, then the system does not store the end date in any tables and you would need to create a bespoke ABAP program.
Since you populate the start/end dates, then this data is stored in the tables and can be retrieved.

der is no such standard report to show WBS,settlement, asset no and asset cost/value as perv my knowlwdge. so do one thing select one standard report which is more similar to standard report to show WBS,settlement, asset no and asset cost/value but some of like asset no or asset cost or some other values not reflecting in that std report. den u take the Table name and field name of that particular fields which u wann reflect in the report. use the logic of STD TC of SAp which more similar to which u wanna preapre the New TC. tae help of Abaper. tell ur querry and content of ur report . he will definately do it

i have tried with cjid but not getting desired info.
i have to know the AUC positings after capitalisation of project. auc postings are possible if the project is not closed. Once the project is closed at cj02 level, then the AUC is deactivated, u can see deactivation at as03 with auc no. in this case no one can post any costs in network-wbs-auc
My requirement:
After capitalisation of project, if the project is not closed by project dept and the project engineer is booked some costs and done gr/ml81n in network of the same project, then the costs are going to sit in network, and then we have to do cj88 to move from network-wbs-auc, in this case i would like to see the auc postings in any standard report. is it possible. ?
pl help if any solution available.
