Any suggestions on making the documents 'PDFd' from Outlook smaller?

I am using Outlook 2013, and Adobe Acrobat XI Standard.
When I click on a message, and then right click and select "Convert to Adobe PDF", it creates a document that is roughly 500KB.
Comparatively, if I save the email message to a file, it is about 50KB.
If I print the message, to and Adobe PDF document, it comes in at about 160KB.
I see that the aim of these commands appears to be for archiving purposes, to move your emails into a format or location that can better manage records. However, having a 10x increase in the space makes it very unappealing.
Is there a way to adjust these settings, to make the files smaller perhaps?
What options are there, that perhaps I am not aware of?

Thank You for posting on the forums.There are few things that Acrobat does while the e-mail is being converted to PDF depending on the settings chosen.
1) Embeds index for faster search
2)Creates a portfolio of the message
3) Adds security to the file
Follow the steps mentioned below and check if it helps.
1) select the message you want to convert to PDF
2) Click on the Acrobat botton
3)Click on change conversion settings
4) Uncheck the options that are not useful to you
5) proceed with the conversion.

Is there any way to change the document size from scene to scene?

I'm building a portfolio site, but I need the document size to be different from each scene. I'd rather not create a separate swf/html file for each page since that would disrupt the transition between scenes (not to mention all the wok I went through to get the dropdown menus working).
For instance, the "home" scene is structured for 1200x670 px, but the portfolio scene labeled "published" needs to be at 1200x1500px.
Is there any way to change the document size from scene to scene? OR; If, for instance, I made the universal document size 1200x1500 for the entire flash file, is there a script that would restrict the "home" scene to only show the first 670 pixels?

you may be able to do what you want using javascript in your html document and using the externalinterface class to communicate between your actionscript the embedding html javascript.

Any suggestions for keeping the magic trackpad from sliding around?

When I push up with two fingers, the 'pad moves. I usually just put an iPod touch in back of it (iPod has a rubber case, prevents sliding). But a more practile solutions would be best (don't always have iPod around)
I wish the little rubber pieces on the bottom of the trackpad were more grippy...

I always thought those pads were "grippy". What kind of surface do you have it on?
Here's one suggestion though. Get a thin piece of vinyl sheet a little larger than the trackpad. That stuff sticks to most any smooth surface and will definitely grip the trackpad. I know this because I use this stuff. But almost anything equivalent will do.
Note, I use not to keep the trackpad from slipping, but to keep it from scratching my acrylic desktop (also bought from the same place as the vinyl).

Since upgrading to 10.8 I've had alot of issues burning DVD's. I've had the drive replaced and now I can burn from a new user account but not the old one. Is there any way of making the old one work?

Yes, I can read but just can't write DVD's. I get:
This disc can’t be verified and might be unreliable. Try again using a new blank disc (error code 0x80020063).
Originally I thought it was the old Moutain Lion DVD drive issue (but have had the drive recently replaced by Apple), so I tried creating a new account, which worked.
In the old account I have reset SMU, Pram... but no change.

Acrobat (Pro or Standard) does not apply a "default" protection. It appears that someone or some other process has applied protection.

Can't open a doc in the document cloud from Acrobat Pro DC????

I signed up for the document could at the same time I bought Acrobat Pro DC for mac. I can get to the document cloud from a browser and from there open it in Acrobat Pro DC. But ... File/Open in Acrobat Pro DC offers me the choices of opening from the computer or from the Creative cloud -- and not from the document cloud. It does list iCloud and GoogleDrive as available drives -- so I guess I am better off using iCloud or Google Drive instead of the Adobe document cloud. I cannot get from the Creative cloud (for which I have no account) to the document cloud. Seems odd that this is the way Adobe engineers arranged it.

Can you please post a screenshot of the File-Open dialog that you see in Acrobat DC?

No, Apple can't help. Just connect the iPod to your computer and restore via iTunes. If necessary, place the iPod in recovery mode. For that mode see:

I saw our group friens giving some T-codes for spro functions (eg: SNRO, M/06), bbut how to know the transaction from path. i.e. If I go to condition types screen, there I could not see any transaction. is there any way to know the T-code from the screen?

Listed here are the various ways you can find the list of transaction codes and their usage:
Use transaction SE11 - ABAP Dictionary:
Fill in the Database table name and click the Display button.
- TSTC table will contain all the Tcodes and
- TSTCT table will contain all the Tcodes with Texts.
Once you entered the screen, click in Top Menu - Utilities - Table contents - Display
If you want to display all the transaction code (total - 57,048) you have to change the Fields: Maximum number of hits to 99999 (default 500).

Simply goto transaction SM01, although this tcode is to Lock/Unlock any transaction code, you can also view all the tcode available in the R/3 system from here.

There are two ways where you can find the list of transaction codes in SE93.
Method 1:
You must be familiar with the starting characters strings for each of the R/3 application modules.
Assuming you know that most Materials Management transaction codes start with MM.
In the Fields: Transaction code, type in MM* and press the function key F4
The list of transaction code starting with MM will be displayed.
Method 2:
On the Top Menu, click Utilities - Find - Execute and the first 500 transaction will be display.
If want to display all the tcodes, make sure you remembered to change the Fields: Maximum no. of hits right at the bottom of the screen.
I know a particular T Code and can enter and work on it. How do I know what is the menu path for that T Code?
Enter Search_SAP_Menu in the command box and when the pop box appears enter, the Tcode and it will give the nodes and menu path.
This is helpful only in case of SAP Menu not in case of SPRO - ie IMG.....

Give the file a name, and then save it in the Web that contains the Document Library.
Click Save.
Browse to your Document Library, and then click Modify columns and settings.
Click Change general settings.
In the Template URL edit box, type the full path and file name to the file that you saved in step 4.
