Any user exit for automatic storage type allocation in Warehouse Management

Hi All,
Please help me to solve this issue,
Currently our ware house process is like this
Goods coms form the production for the put away process storage type they are enering manuvally.
Now for the improvement purpose they want storage type should come dynamically, with out entering manuvally.
Could any body help to solve this (Dynamic storage type allocation) issue.

If this is the case than why don't you use the Transaction variant

If you have knowledge of Transaction variant then you can use SHD0 tcode and generate the transaction using default type and give that transaction to user instead of ME21N so they will not have the issue.
The exact solution for your problem is as follows
Go to Tcode SHD0 and enter the transaction variant
In T code field enter ME21N and then enter the ZXXXX or the name you want to keep in transaction variant field and hit create button
This will take you to ME21N transaction and here you just enter the data but make sure you enter the A/c which you want to default.
Once you finish system will save this one as a variant
Every time you hit or enter the pop up screen comes here you just hit enter and whichever data you want to default that you have to select in the Popup by checking the Box
W content and output only for your case the field XXXXXXXX should be selected for W content and output only
Make sure you have value 1 in contents field
If not then restart the variant again and on the ME21Nscreen reselect the invoice field
Later exit and save (save in the object which you can transport)
Then from SHD0 transaction select GOTO create variant transaction and here you careate the tcode and use that tcode for ME21N (e.g ZTRAN - For specifix sto)

Please check the configuration for automatic generation of Settlement Rules. Internal Orders > Actual Postings > Settlement > Automatic Generation of Settlement Rules.

Hello Expert,
Is there any user exit for changing V1 update value?
For example, sales order number will populate 2LIS_11_VAHDR-VBELN. If other value need to populate 2LIS_11_VAHDR-VBELN, can we use any user exit to customize the V1 routine?
Please forget the enhancement for 2LIS_11_VAHDR. Just populate the system field VBELN.

Hi,
Use the 'usual' user-exit for transactional data in R/3 EXIT_SAPLRSAP_001 (CMOD). Here your can overwrite VBELN for each extracted record with the value you want.

   Is there any user exit / field exit which gets activated when invoice party value ( in the detail tab of transaction MIRO ) gets filled (either manually or from PO ). The requirement is to display a warning message, once the invoice party is filled, if its a particular supplier.

User exit for MIGO, message type MLGR

Hi Guys,
My Client wants to send mail to the Purchase requisitioner, once the material, he requested, has arrived in the premises (once GR is done).
Standard SAP has Message type MLGR, which sends mail to the Purchase Order Creator.
I want to use user exit in MLGR to change the mail recipient from PO Creator to Pur Req creator.
Can anyone please tell me the user exit for the same?

1. Creating rule
2. Maintain the rules with the default values
3. Then Assign the above rules to the message type MATQM but still not pickup the new values that I wanted to be.

See Note 301077 - User exits for the interface to accounting. I think that EXIT_SAPLV60B_001 is the right option.

I am looking for a user exit to populate the destination storage type and storage bin (Fields-LTAP-nltyp and LTAP-NLPLA). The user uses tcode LT04 to createt transfer orders from transfer requirements.

Transfer order creation Any User-Exit for item ?

Hi all,
Im working with transfer order. What Id like is to apply to the TO item my own fields.
Is there a possibility to overwrite some of the fields of the LTAP segment at transfer order item creation, using any enhancement (User-exit, ) ?
Transaction used to create TO is LT43.
Ive try to use MWMTO001( but it doesnt work, only for specific data (z table)).
Ive also try MWMTO008 ( doesnt work for that )
Fields I want to overwrite are VLTYP(Source storage type), VLPLA(Source Storage Bin), VPTYP, VLQNR.

give MWMTO004(EXIT_SAPLL03A_005) a try. It's a different event/time in document creation, but looks good comparing your fields you want to change.
It's of course not only 'overwriting' VLTYP, VLPLA, ... but implementation of own / additional removal strategy. Might be more complicated, but sounds better for whole process.

Can you provide more details. Auto PGI can be done by setting up Shipping status profile. You can set the shipment status using a Function module based on which Auto PGI can be triggered. Explain when exactly you want to trigger Auto PGI.
