Self-explanatory.

Each country's iTunes Store is open only to customers who have billing credentials in that country, and are physically in that country at the time they make the purchase.
If you are looking for something that is not available in the iTunes USA Store, conduct a web search and perhaps it will be on sale at another retailer. You can purchase an MP3 from any online store that will sell it to you, and add it to your iTunes library.

No unfortunately the Mac App Store is a new purchase.
In compensation it is very cheap and you can install it on any of your Macs using the same Apple ID.
There is no need to switch yet, they are the same versions. Wait until their is a new version of Pages eg Pages '12 or '13 and then switch because that will be a new charge.

Is it possible to upgrade a computer that qualifies for Mavericks to Mountain Lion via a content code purchase from the Mac App Store?

I inherited a situation where a previous consultant purchased a Mountain Lion installer code from the Apple Store but Mountain Lion was never installed. I obtained a new installer code from Apple based on the valid purchase of the Mountain Lion software last month.
The Mountain Lion installer appears under Purchases in the Mac App Store, but nothing happens when I try to download it. When I try to redeem the purchase by inserting the content code I get a message indicating that the content code has already been redeemed.
I don't mind spending $20 to purchase a fresh content/installer code, but I would like some assurance that the Mountain Lion software can be installed on a computer that qualifies for Mavericks. Not wanting to upgrade to Mavericks is not my idea but is that of my client.
Or to put it another way, does Apple prohibit such an install unless the computer in question does not qualify for a Mavericks upgrade?

It is your decision which OS you want to upgrade to - Apple does not place such restrictions (unless the machine specs do not meet the OS's specs or vice versa). So, if yours does meet Mavericks specs, it can run any OS newer than what it came with.

Was this purchase done on this same Mac? If so and someone else purchased the OS, then the likely answer is: any OS or app obtained at the app store is not transferable - its' license is tied to the original purchaser's Apple ID forever. So, it may have been a valid purchase, but it is tied to the purchaser, not you.
In order to get past that, you will need to wipe the drive booting from either the original install disk (which OS did the Mac come with?) or using recovery if it was Lion. After wiping the drive, reinstall the original system, and then you can purchase and download any OS version you'd like using your own Apple ID.

Any way to turn off errors when updating pages from the template?

I'm using Dreamweaver MX. My site is huge. It's an intranet
spanning dozens of departments. Some of those departments have
subsites that don't fall under the intranet's control, although
they are embedded within our site's folder structure. When I make a
change to the template and update pages, every time I hit one of
those subsites I get tons of errors, from "template not found" to
"unmatched body tag". The errors that pop up each have to be
clicked on before the updating can continue. I get hundreds of
these.
Is there any way to make errors not pop up while updating
pages from the template? Or even to exclude certain folders from
being checked? (Cloaking doesn't do it.)

Errors such as this are definitely caused by errors in your
page itself.

Valid code will not produce these errors. Unfortunately, the
only way to
avoid them is to remove any validation hiccups from your
pages.

I am hearing that there is no way to read on an apple computer books purchased in the iBookstore. Is this true? What you are hearing is correct. There is currently no Mac app for iBooks, so no way to get them on the Mac.
You can use many of the other e-reader apps like Kindle on all of your devices and your Mac.

My iPod was stolen yesterday. Is there any way I can delete my e-mail account from the iPod?

My iPod Touch was stolen last night. Unfortunately, on my iPod was my e-mail account, which was synced to the "Mail" app. I don't want the thief to be able to access my e-mail, so I changed my e-mail password on Gmail.
But is there anything else I can do? I'm scared that even though I changed the password, the Mail app will still be able to access my Gmail account.
The same goes for Twitter, for me.

You can wipe the iPod only if you had already set up ther FindMyiPod feature. and wifi is on and some other conditions are met.

Is there any way to stretch what was recorded as HD from the camera that became SD on FCE back to HD in the project. I have tried all settings and none seem to make any difference. Anamorphic doesn't seem to retain its setting when I set up a new sequenc.

yes, I recorded straight from camera to computer. The camera is a Sony HDRSR12 and it was set to wide screen it ran through a Canopus ADVC300 via firewire to the computer.
I burnt some to DVD and if you set the TV screen on widescreen it looked great. But for those still with SD it will be skinny.
So I am not sure how to get the footage into a widescreen format in a sequence as the anamorphic setting doesn't work for this footage.

I accidentally wiped out all the memory from my desktop computer, including all the music from my Window's media player and itunes. All of my favorite music is stored on my iPhone, most of which was not bought from iTunes. iTunes only synced the music I purchased directly from iTunes, but I want to know if there's a way I can get the music I didn't buy from iTunes off my iPhone and back on my computer. Any way to set "enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials" from the WL console?

Someone recently advised me to set "enforce-valid-basic-auth-credentials" to "false" in my laptop config.xml to avoid some annoying login prompts to the application I'm deploying locally. I haven't tried this yet because I wanted to know if there was a page in the WebLogic admin console that can set this flag.
If not, how exactly does this get set in the config.xml? Where does it go, and exactly what would the element look like?
