Any way to access iTunes in my Windows 7 partition?

I have my HDD partitioned to OSX and W7. All my music is installed on the OSX partition, is there any way to access my music when using my Windows 7 partition? If not it's cool, just wondering. Thanks in advance guys!

Is there any way of accessing my iPod through Windows without having to reinstall the apple iPod driver every single time?

I have an iPod Touch 4th Gen, and whenever I plug it into one particular computer, it has trouble detecting the camera's files (but it works on all others). I know this tells me that it's either a driver conflict, or something in the BIOS. I don't particularly want to be messing about in the BIOS though if I'm completely honest. Can anyone give any insight as to what my ipod is conflicting with/why it won't open in Windows.
The only time the iPod opens in Windows is if I go into 'Devices and Printers' and troubleshoot the device "Apple iPod" (Apple Mobile Device USB Driver works fine) but I have to do this every single time!
The computer I am using is running Windows 7 64-bit.
I have looked at the list of conflicting drivers which are given by Apple and I own no drivers by any of these manufacturers as far as I know.
(Thought I'd be better underlining that because someone will probably try and send me to that page.)

As far as I know this has never been a feature of iTunes. You always have to identify the CD before ripping. If you selected the wrong CD you can re-identify it for the next time the Cd is inserted but it won't re-label tracks you have already ripped. To re-identify an incorrectly identified CD: "Insert the CD and select it in iTunes, then menu Advanced > Get CD track names. Hm, good suggestion, but I've actually already done this (and I've had a friend go through the steps with me). There is just NOTHING that is showing up under any of the categories in the cloud for downloading. The thing is, I'm just not sure if I enabled cloud-sharing or not on my iphone (although I know I've backed up my data through cloud on my iphone at some point).
