Any way to block a country

I have been getting tons of SPAM e-mails all originating from India.  The SPAM filter is not picking them up as SPAM and the problem is the sender and domain part keep changing.  The only thing consistent is the .in part of the e-mail.  I set up the filter to block using *@*.in & <*@*.in> but the emails keep coming through so I am not sure using the wildcard (*) works for this.  Does anyone know how I can block the entire .in (India) since I do not get any legitimate e-mails from there.  Thanks for any help you can provide.
Solved!

I belive you can say .in as the filter, but will get some false positives.
Some other email clients allow blocking by "country"

    Device experiences issues, locks up.
I need to do a reset.
How would I do that with a pass code lock in place?
    Wait until the battery dies?
Apple's changes in iOS 7 are smarter.
"Losing your iOS device feels lousy. Thankfully, Find My iPhone can help you get it back. But if it looks like that’s not going to happen, new security features in iOS 7 make it harder for anyone who’s not you to use or sell your device. Now turning off Find My iPhone or erasing your device requires your Apple ID and password. Find My iPhone can also continue to display a custom message, even after your device is erased. And your Apple ID and password are required before anyone can reactivate it. Which means your device is still your device. No matter where it is."

  • Is there any way to block accessing Exchange server

    Hello,
We are using iPhone as a business phone to
    access Exchange server using ActiveSync.
Is there any way to block non-company, in
other words private iPhone, iPhone to access
    Exchange Server?
Some users have 2 iPhones (1 provided by our
company, 1 purchased by himself/herself as
    a his/her private phone).
We would like to block those non-company iPhone.
If there is a way(s), please let me know!!
Thank you very much in advance.

Block/Delete will appear if "Enforce Password on Device" is NOT ticked in ESM at the time when that particular iPhone (or other smartphone) was first joined to EAS.
Wipe/Delete will appear if "Enforce Password on Device" IS TICKED in ESM at the time when that particular iPhone (or other smartphone) was first joined to EAS.
The only difference is, if you first have "Enforce..." ticked and you join phones A,B,C, - they will always have WIPE next to that phone even if X months down the line, you untick "Enfore...".
If at that point (after unticking "Enforce..") you join phones D,E,F, they will have BLOCK next to their phone and always will have until you tick the "Enforce..." again and the user will be prompted to input a code when they next sync.
Again I repeat, the 'Lock code' when inputted into the phone acts as an agreement between the user & exchange that exchange has permission to wipe the phone remotely. Without that agreement ("Enforce..."), you should not have the WIPE function on those particular phones.
    Hope that makes sense.

  • Is there any way to block PR changes when PO exists in project builder

    Dear All,
Could you please advice...is there any way to block PR changes (quantity, price, etc) when PO exists in project builder ?
    Many thanks in advance.
    Nies

    Hi Nies,
If you are not using the material then you can go for Validation, under Operative Structure> Network> Validation.
Attach the validation with OPSA click on Automatic.
In the second scenario if you are using Material Component, as Mr.Muralidharan said OPSG there you can restrict the change by selecting Error Message.
    1. Tcode OPSG in Setting see all the object are selected.
    2. Click on Component tab under change in Purchase Order Exist tab select Error.

  • Is there any way to block someone on Yahoo! IM?

I keep getting spam from people on Yahoo! Instant Messenger. The only solutions I can find on Google involve downloading the official Y!IM client and using that to block the person (add to the ignore list).
Is there any way to block someone within the messages app?

    Hi,
You can in the Yahoo for Mac app (This has been in Beta for literally years)
It seems that the iChat and Messages Beta Yahoo part is a sort of Bolt-On (it is actually a Plug-in) that does Text Chatting only and not much else (it can go Invisible)
It seems it lacks some other functions that the Yahoo for Mac App has such as blocking people.

Is there any way to block **** sites from my iPad?

there are parental control apps you can look into. Such as McGruff. You block safari in restrictions then use the mcgruff app. Or you can look into your router and see what settings you can change there.
Also, depending on your service provider, some give you free access to content control.

  • Is there any way to block a few websites even for an administrator user?

Hi, I would like to block a few specific websites on my imac, and someone told me to go to system preferences, accounts, and parental controls. But it says you can't block websites for an account user (which is what I am). There is an option to block all websites, except what is on the bookmarks bar, but I don't want to do that and not be able to web search. I just want to block a few specific websites. Is there any way to do this? Thanks!

Hello and Welcome to Apple Discussions.
You can do this using OS X's built in Firewall but you'll want to use Flying Buttress (link) to give you a nice front-end to make the changes with.
First find the IP addresses of the sites you wish to block.
Open Macintosh HD > Applications > Utilities > Network Utility > Tracetroute tab.
Enter the address i.e. www.apple.com and traceroute will give you the IP i.e. 17.149.160.10.
Load up Flying Buttress and add a new filter (for example on my Powerbook I always connect via Airport so I choose the Airport tab and click 'Add New Filter').
    Action:"Deny" the Service:"World Wide Web" from Source:"My Computer" to Other...:"Host IP: 17.149.160.10".
Add a new filter for each page you wish to block.
Remember to go through and check all the settings on all the tabs are set to "Deny" unless you are using them to maintain the integrity of your Firewall.
    Hope that helps.

  • Wrt54g - any way to block selected wireless users for a limited time ?

i work with info on the internet. i share my internet connection with my sister (lives in the same building), but sometimes i try to access some page in the middle of the night and she is downloading videos or music and i get a veeeery slow connection. Is there any way to drop her wireless connection for a limited time without having to change the routers password ?
    thanks

    hi..
i think yOu can block other wireless computers by permitting selected wireless computers only to connect to yOur network...
its the MAC filter feature(allow all) on yOur router then enter the MAC address of the wireless computers that yOu want to connect to yOur network....

  • Is there any way to block a number?

I am getting frequent calls from  tele-marketers, including text message and would like to block these calls.  Isa there any way to do this?  I have an Android 2 Global.  Thanks for your help.

SkyHawk44, I know how irritating telemarketing calls can be. I recommend that you add your mobile number to the Do Not Call List by clicking https://www.donotcall.gov/
Additionally, you may also block 10 digit phone numbers to the Call & Messaging Block list online at My Verizon, as well. This feature allows you to block up to five numbers from calling and text messaging your device. For more information, click http://bit.ly/MqEgqB ^LH

  • Stolen unlocked Iphone. Any way to block it?

I´ve bought an unlocked iphone. Before I could register it or connect it to any company it was stolen. Is there any way I can block it or prevent it download applications or updates? I have the invoice with IMEI and Serial Number. Thanks for your help!

Sorry but no. Only a carrier can block a phone, and with an unlocked iPhone, there's no way to block it from every network it could possibly be used on.

  • Is there any way to block or disable usb access to avoid copy files from ipad to other dispositive?

Hi, i just want if there is exist any way to disable, turn off, block usb transfer on ipad3 to avoid copy files from ipad to another dispositive?
    Any idea?

Use an MDM to put the device in supervisory mode.  This mean you can only copy via USB to the device that put the device in supervisory mode.
