Any way to convert this crontab to launchd?

Can launchd do this?
\# Every 2 minutes Sundays from 11 AM - 11 PM
*/2 11-23 * * 0 /Users/james/script.sh
\# Every 2 minutes Monday from 6 PM - 11 PM
*/2 18-23 * * 1 /Users/james/script.sh
I have looked at the StartInterval and StartCalendarInterval keys. I can see how you could set it up to launch a task every 2 minutes, or every Monday at 6 PM, but I can't figure out if it is possible to combine them in some way to say "run this job every 2 minutes during this specific date/time range".
Thanks for any help you can provide.

The short answer is: no, launchd cannot do what you want; keep using cron.
The long answer is launchd cannot provide the functionality you're looking for, at least not in any easy way. You can specify an interval, for example, every two minutes with
<key>StartInterval</key>
<integer>120</integer>
And you can specify a particular day, say Monday, with
<key>StartCalendarInterval</key>
<dict>
<key>Weekday</key>
<integer>1</integer>
but you cannot specify an interval on a particular day. The best you can do is something like
<key>StartCalendarInterval</key>
<array>
<dict>
<key>Weekday</key>
<integer>1</integer>
<key>Hour</key>
<integer>18</integer>
<key>Minute</key>
<integer>00</integer>
</dict>
<dict>
<key>Weekday</key>

<integer>02</integer>
</dict>
Which is probably not what you want to do.
If these jobs are time-sensitive and irrelevant after the time intervals you're interested in, use cron and be done with it. (Appropriate tool and all that.)
If they should run even if the computer was not running, you might set up a log file and consult it to see when it was last run. Since launchd can watch files and paths for changes, you could have cron run the script which produces a log of the last time it was run and have launchd run a script that checks to see if the cron script ran.
