Any way to download a sites CSS images?

I occassionally have to download clients sites from various
server using HTTP. Typically I use a unix app called wget, however
this app doesn't grab images that are specified in CSS documents. I
usually have to download each image via my web browser, which is a
pain in the butt. Does anyone know of any unix or mac utilities --
or dreamweaver plugins -- that will download an entire site --
including background and rollover images that are specified in css
documents? I usually don't have ftp access to these sites.
