Any way to erase part of the center in Premiere?

Greets,
I am trying to edit together part of a television show, including the opening and closing sequences. In this particular show, the network has put a square in the middle of the screen where they are showing a promo, and left the remainder of the screen as it should be.
It is easy enough to dub out the audio announcing the promo, but I am wondering if there is a way I could create a black square where the promo is playing? Since its in the middle, I can't use crop.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

You are telling us you read and tried the normal methods?
Boot Camp or Taskbar. Option on restart. "x" on startup. And none of those work.

IF you had icloud backups and Camera Roll turned on in Settings on the wet phone, then you can restore that backup to an iOS device, but not a computer.

Once you get a replacement phone...
Go to Settings>General>Reset and tap Erase All Content and Settings. This will erase your device. Then you will go through the setup screens again as you did when your device was new, and when given the option, select Restore from iCloud Backup.

then import pics to computer

My Ipod touch is set to manually manage music. I have put music from my computer and iTunes account onto it, and music from other people's computer and iTunes accounts on it. Unfortunately I dropped my iPod and the screen cracked. It still plays music and everything just fine, but it has problems with it's battery life so I'd like to just get a completely new iPod nano. From what I can tell it won't let me sync any of the music on my iPod touch that is from other people's computers onto my laptop, and so I wouldn't be able to put it on a new iPod nano. Hopefully that makes sense. I'd just really really like to be able to keep all that music and not lose 2/3 of my iPod touch music library because I want to put it on a newer Ipod.

How do I find out if a child has erased part of the history i Firefox?

I am a concerned parent and I want to know if my child has has been erasing part of the history in firefox. How can you tell if part has been erased? I see it is VERY easy for them to erase portions and even selected sights. This is great for the person trying to hide, but not for a parent wanting to check.

Best is to use means outside Firefox to keep a log of websites that are visited like a router with a password protected logging feature or security software (firewall) that keeps a log.

It's not designed to work like this. When you sync, the iPod stores some information that basically says 'this iPod belongs to computer xyz'. Apple did this to prevent copyright issues (syncing someone else's music).
If you really want to do this, you'll have to at least tie both iTunes installations to the same account. Maybe have them sync with each other.

Is there any way to make copies of the maser image in LR3?
I do a lot of sports and dance photography and I need a way to make multiple copies of an image to drag into different folders in LR3.
Example: One dancer may be on several teams and I need to make copies of the team photos to put in each dancers folder before I upload them to my E Commerce site so each dancer see's their team photo with their individual photos in the same folder online.
I know I can make virtual copies, but you cannot drag them to different folders as copies, it will move the virtual with the master.
If they would just let us hold ALT or any key while dragging to "copy" instead of "move", my problem would be solved.
For now I have to go into Windows, make copies ,then synch the folders again. Pain in the rear to do that.
Anyone have any experience here?

I too need to make "Real Copies" of images and hate doing anything directly from the OS because of the chance that my LR catalog gets out of Sync with the actual images on the computer. So I make the copies inside LR with an export routine and then move the copies inside of LR with the normal drag and drop. Once the export preset is created it can be executed from the Library Grid by right-clicking on the image (or selected images) to make the copies. My settings are as follows in case you are interested:
