ANY way to get low-latency audio from the *built-in* ports, MBP w/WinXP?

I do music, and sometimes need to run in Windows. Playing a virtual instrument (plug-in) is impossible using my MBP's built-in audio out. The latency is ridiculous (my guess is around 200-300 ms). Imagine playing a note on the keyboard and having the sound come out half a second later. In OSX I can easily get around 6 to 10ms.
I'm using boot camp 2.1 drivers, WinXP SP2. I believe I have the Realtek card in my MBP (those are the drivers I see when i go into the Windows Sound CP). I downloaded ASIO4ALL and tried wrapping the Realtek driver with it, no joy.
I have an external audio interface -- an old Emagic EMI 26. The latency is negligible using this. I would use it full-time, but it lives in a rack for when I do gigs. Sometimes I'm at home and just want to use headphones with my built-in audio jack. I'm hoping there's a solution out there. TIA!

OK, I just reinstalled Windows (XP, SP2 BTW), Bidule and ASIO4ALL. You're correct about me being able to choose the output. Here is what I see when I look at the available audio devices in Bidule:
[]Duplex
----->ASIO:
--------->AIO4ALL v2(duplex)
[]Output
----->MME:
--------->Microsoft Sound Mapper
--------->Realtek HD Audio
----->Windows DirectSound:
--------->Primary Sound Driver
--------->Realtek HD Audio output_1
As you can see, nothing here about WDM or kernel streaming. I set the buffers to 128 samples in Bidule AND ASIO4ALL, and when I choose ASIO4ALL as the output, I get a small info pane that says this:
Bidule runs with :128 samples (2.90249 ms) sized blocks
this driver runs with:
input: 128 samples (2.90249 ms) -> match
output:128 samples (2.90249 ms) -> match
PERFECT SETTINGS!
When I play my midi keyboard, the sound is crystal-clear, but still comes out about 250-400ms after I press the key!!
I don't think Bidule is introducing the additional latency. When I used it with my EMI 26 audio interface, the latency was negligible (haven't reinstalled the EMI driver yet). Only with my MBP's built-in audio does it suffer.
Thanks for the help. I'm still curious about what WDM nd kernel streaming is, and how it relates to the choices I'm seeing in Bidule.
