Hi,
You can transfer the purchased content from your iPhone to iTunes as described here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1848
The other music would have to be imported into iTunes again. This article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1209 provides more information.

What is the best/safest way to transfer contacts/data from old phones (5) to new (6 and 6 ). I did "back up to this computer" for both phones. After activation (verizon) do I just plug into iTunes? One of the old phones is still using iOS 7, will that be a problem? (the other has iOS 8.1).

Is there any way to transfer my contacts from my Droid to my new I Phone 5C ?
Is there any way to transfer my contacts from my Droid to my new I Phone 5C?
It depends on how your conctacts are stored.
Assuming your Droid has an associated Gmail account and your contacts are stored in that gmail account, you can set it up on the iPhone through Settings->Mail Contacts & Calendars->Add Account->Other->Add CardDav Account
Enter your Gmail settings there. and the iPhone will download your contacts to the Contacts App. They will remain synced.
If they are not on Gmail, you would need to tell us how they are stored so we can offer a more precise suggestion. -
If meta data LUN is totaly destroied , is there any way to rebuild the data from the video LUN
If meta data LUN is totaly destroied , is there any way to rebuild the data from the video LUN ????
What happened to your metadata? Are you sure the metadata is gone?
In theory, file carving could be attempted on the data LUNs, but you would need a tool that understands how Xsan lays out data across LUNs in a stripe group and hope your fragmentation isn't too bad. I doubt such a tool exists, but if one does it almost certainly is not publicly available. You should probably contact a data recovery service with experience recovering data from Xsan. Do that before you do anything else if this data is really important. -

Is there any way to transfer photos, music from my PC to my new iPad(3)?
Is there any way to transfer photos, music, from my PC to my new iPad(3)?
Another way. You can use a USB flash drive & the camera connection kit.
Plug the USB flash drive into your computer & create a new folder titled DCIM. Then put your movie/photo files into the folder. The files must have a filename with exactly 8 characters long (no spaces) plus the file extension (i.e., my-movie.mov; DSCN0164.jpg).
Now plug the flash drive into the iPad using the camera connection kit. Open the Photos app, the movie/photo files should appear & you can import. (You can not export using the camera connection kit.)

What is the best way to transfer my date from my old iMac to my new iMac?
what is the best way to transfer my date from my old iMac to my new iMac? I don't have a time capsule, so I cannot use time machine.
thanksYour best bet by far is to use Setup Assistant when the new Mac first starts up to transfer directly from the old one.
It's similar to Migration Assistant, but doing it that way will avoid having an extra user account.
Either way, you can connect them via FireWire, Thunderbolt, or your network, but avoid wireless if at all possible. You can connect both to your netwrork via Ethernet, or put a single cable between the two.
See Using Setup Assistant on Mountain Lion or Lion for details. -

Is there any way to delete saved messages from IPhone 4 memory?
Is there any way to delete saved messages from IPhone 4 memory?
Firstly you DO NOT have to do a factory reset / wipe device, it is simply not required to get the space back!!
Mine had 3GB and I just got rid of it all, here is how:
Make a backup in iTunes
open iBackupBot (Google it)
Go to the relevant backup
Click on Multimedia File Manager and click on the other Multimedia files tab
Sort by filename by clicking the Filename tab
Find MediaDomain/Library/SMS/Attachments and highlight all of them, then press delete. You can also click to export to a folder of your choice, if you want to save them that is.
Then go to System Files>MediaDomain>Library>SMS>Attachments
They will be all listed here, highlight them all and press delete
Then just restore that backup using iTunes!
Tadaa! Space recovered, your messages are still there but without the attachments!
P.S You may want to make two backups in case you get any of the above steps wrong, but it is simple to follow the above and not do anything wrong! -
Is there any way to transfer my music from ipad 3 to my new laptop?
Last Fall, I had a HD crash and lost everything on the PC. On my iPad, I still have my music. Is there any way to transfer all my music I have on my iPad and put on my PC? Most of the music was from CDs. I just haven't been able to figure out how to do it in iTunes.

Is there any way to retrive the data from my USB Key
Hello,
I have a usb key I have been using on a Win 7 desktop computer and a Mac Book Air to put in Data on a spread sheet.
I interchange to put in the data between the computer and my MBA without any problem.
I am today not able to open the usb memory key in either-Computer or the MAC Book Air.
Does that mean I have a coruppted USB memory key and the data lost for ever?
I have just put the USB memory key in my computer and it says File System CDFS.
I put it in MAC Book Air and it would not open either!!
Is there any way to access my data. I have no back up...If the USB drive won't mount on either computer, it's probable that the drive has failed, in which case it's unlikely that you can recover any data from it. You can do a web search for something like "flash drive file recovery" and you'll find a number of utilities that purport to do file recovery, but all the utilities I'm familiar with require that the drive at least be mountable. There may be services that could attempt recovery, but they tend to be expensive.
The moral of the story is: never have only a single copy of a critical document, and if you must, never, never have your single copy only on a flash drive (or floppy, for those "old timers" who still use floppies).

Is there any statement to transfer the data from unix server to another
Hi All,
Is there any statement or function module avaliable in sap to transfer the data from one unix server to another unix server apart from FTP(file transfer protocol).?
My requirement : I need to fetch the data from one unix server to another sap server. i have a option of FTP but i need to transfer the unix data to another server internal table.
I need to move the unix data to another sap sevrver internal table
Regards
Rajanot sure what your exact requirement is, but
if both servers are in the same system group, you could potentially just mount the unix directory from the source machine to the target with nfs mount or something.
if not, you could consider remote function call. create a remotable function module on the source machine to read the data into an internal table, and call that function module from the target machine. this requires creating entries in the RFCDES table (i think via SM59?). on the target machine, you would call function y_whatever destination xyz, where xyz is the RFCDES you set up. it works great.
