Anybody know of a cheap MTC-syncable Quicktime player?

Question

I've decided to offload my video playback to a second machine, and am looking for something that will play back a Quicktime movie synced to MTC, with the ability to adjust the size of the movie. Pro Tools is close, but the movie only fills about 1/4 of the screen at its largest. A second copy of Logic would be fine, but way too expensive for this little task. Logic Express would work fine if it has the same sizing options as Logic Pro, as would Cubase LE. Anybody have any ideas?

I've been working this way for years, but the picture always looked like s**t on my tube TV. The idea was that, now that I've upgraded to an HDTV, I'd get a much nicer picture by going DVI/HDMI instead of using an analog converter. But you got me thinking, and I plugged my DV converter box into the new TV and, whaddya know, it actually looks great and solves a problem for me. Using it as a TV instead of a monitor, there's a mode called "zoom" that neatly trims off the black bars on the tops (or sides, on a 4:3 image) and puts a great big picture there, just like I'd like it. So, to quote Emily Litella: "never mind..."
