The best way is to call applecare (800) APL-CARE (800-275-2273). You can also email them but you need to create a case here https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action. When I did it it took about 10 mins.

For starters my laptop is getting almost 3 years old and the hard drive was filling up. I decided to reformat and move my itunes and subsequent music folders to an external hard drive. I left it on my external and then I left for a 2.5 month deployment with the US Navy. Upon coming back my external no longer had anything saved on it and i cannot locate my music folder from itunes anywhere on my computer. Is there anyway i can retrive the music that i have been legaly purchasing off itunes over the past 3 years. There are still purchase receipts on my itunes account. Anyone have ideas... or am I s.o.l.

you can click on page 16 and get the definition, but when you make it run it gives a not found message. Page 16 is called from page 15 buttons "edit" and "nova tasca".

Thanks for replying. i've tried doing it with one square as a
movie clip symbol and then flipping that square over with the 3d
rotation tool and then over and over. but i'm having to draw other
squares on other layers to make up the rest of the square as it
gets created. is this the right way to do it? what would be the
simplest way? i know you said its just an animation, but how would
you create the animation?

ITunes won't open...Still hoping I can get some advice...

Yesterday evening I posted on this forum that iTunes now will not open. I checked the forum this afternoon and my post was "buried" on page 3 with no responses. If anyone can provide some help, I would be very grateful. Here's what I posted last night:
"First time poster on the iTunes forum. Also the first time I've had any problems with iTunes. Simply put, when I click on the iTunes icon in my dock, it no longer opens to the iTunes page which has the listing of all of my songs, playlists etc. The only thing that happens is the iTunes drop down menu appears at the top of my computer screen (File, Edit, Controls, etc.) My desktop remains blank. About a year ago I moved my iTunes library to an external hard drive and never had any problems with that. I checked the hard drive, and it appears to be functioning (I have iMovie files on it as well and they opened without any problem.) Anyone have an idea of what might have happened and how I could possibly troubleshoot the problem? Thanks in advance."
I tried trashing the iTunes plist, emptied the trash and did a restart. No effect. Should I reinstall iTunes from my iLife 06 disk? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have destroyed the motherboard of a Mid 2009 MacBook Pro. How do I find out the technical specifications so I can give accurate information to someone who buys it for parts?

I recently had an unfortunate incident with a glass of water and a mid 2009-MacBook Pro. 13 inch screen.
According to the techs at the genius bar, the screen, keyboard, chassis and hard drive (160g) were still all good - as were all components other than the Motherboard.
I just completed the complete erasure of the hard drive, but don't have the technical specifications at my disposal.
Does anyone know how I can get them - the guy at apple said he didn't think he could help?
