Anyone downloaded Devon's WordService? I need help.

I downloaded Devon's WordService, or I think I did. How can I tell if it's really on my computer? It's not in my applications folder and when I got to pages and open a document, I can't find any anything new added. I looked on the web for instructions, but I simply don't understand what they are saying. I tried rebooting my computer. That did nothing. The only reason I downloaded this is so I can easily alphabetize a multi-page list.

BlackBerry World Music Downloads Failing....Need Help

I just purchased a song to play for a kid who was asking to hear it but the download keeps failing. I have already paid for the song but I am unable to download it.
I have since tested BlackBerry World apps and they are working as usual. I've searched all over the Internet for an answer, but I'm having trouble finding any information.
Anyone have any thoughts on what I might need to do? I've tried refreshing BlackBerry World and I'm going to do another battery pull once I finish this post.

if so, check your task manager (win) or activity monitor (mac) for a hanging adobe process (esp an adobe help install). terminate the process and installation should proceed.

Cant download Aperture Demo on Powerbook need help

Im trying to download the demo version of Aperture on my PB G4 17". I checked out all the specs and I should be good. My PB has 2GB, 1.25GHz and at least 15 Gigs left on my Hard drive. I used the Aperture Checker and it says I dont have the minimum requirements but I do.Thanks for any help.

i think the problem here is the 1.25GHz G4 processor ...
there are ways around the install checker ... and it will run afterward, but the installer balks at the 1.25GHz G4 ...

If your country's iTunes Store allows you to redownload purchased tracks, I'd delete your current copies of the dodgy tracks and try redownloading fresh copies. For instructions, see the following document:

Just bought Halion, and i think i installed it incorrectly.
I installed the steinberg key first and then when i installed halion I left the usb key connected which i read later was supposed to be removed untill after installation. "If all else fails read the instructions"
Also during installation it never asked for the serial number
Now when i open halion it "uexpectedly quits", another thing, where does it need to be installed so that Logic will find it when it launches?

As for the video specifications for your HP D3000. From what I read, you are either shooting 1280 x 720 at 30 frames per second or 640 x 480 at 30 frames per second. And, your video is MotionJPEG.avi. Can you confirm that?

If you are shooting 1280 x 720 at 30 frames per second, I would suggest the following, whichever works:
a. transfer the video from the camera to a computer hard drive save location.
b. Open Premiere Elements 11, go to File Menu/New/Project and in the new project dialog set the project preset YOURSELF to NTSC HDV HDV 720p30, making sure that you place a check mark next to "Force selected Project Setting for this project". Then via ADD MEDIA, Files and Folders, browse to an bring your MotionJPEG.avi into the project (Project Assets).
or
a. if doable, attach at USB cable from your camera's USB 2.0 port (it has one according to what I read online) to the computer USB 2.0 or 3.0 port
b. then open a Premiere Elements 11 new project - File Menu/New/Project and in the new project dialog set the project preset YOURSELF to NTSC HDV HDV 720p30, making sure that you place a check mark next to "Force selected Project Setting for this project". Then via ADD MEDIA, "Vidoes from Flip or Camera"/Video Importer and its Advanced Dialog bring your video into the project.
In these cases the project preset will match your source media (no black borders in the monitor space when you edit). If the program has a problem selecting the project preset, as it wants to do, you will probably end up with the default 1080i30 instead of 720p30 unless you step in and do this project preset setting yourself.

SO I CLICK ON THE ASSISTANT . AND IT ASK ME DO I WANT TO OPEN IT, I CLICK YES. AND THEN IT COMES ON MY DOCK. AND THEN AFTER I CLICK OPEN. IT JUST DISAPEAR FROM MY DOCK. AND DON'T OPEN. I HAD IT WORKING LAST NIGHT.

Yeah, right. I spent an hour trying on 'chat' and got nowhere. They don't seem to know anything about the dl assistant.
I tried to install from here:

the dl assistant comes up and it downloads cs5 flash pro and then prompts me that my system is due for a 'restart' which I select 'ignore'. Then it starts the installation and part way thru it prompts me to terminate ie and chrome. Okay, soon as I do that the installation terminates altogther and I have to start all over. Since it takes a long time to dl each time, all i want to know is where did the 'exe' go. when the install starts it seems to be running something called pdapp. i can't find the trial exe. i did this yesterday with the flash builder and everything worked as expected but it looks to work completely diff with flash pro. Why??? Where is the exe?

I had assumed that the Disk Image was somehow persistent, part of your AdWare / MalWare problem and you were having trouble Trashing it [see #4]

If this is a mounted Disk Image, it should be easy to check, here's an example of the typical way of "Ejecting" Disk Image and trashing its associated .DMG in the Finder
Click the " > " button next to the DI to Eject / Unmount it
Drag the .DMG file to the Trash or type CMD + delete
Verify that the .DMG is in fact in the Trash > Empty the Trash by your favorite method
If there is an error at this point, take a screenshot and insert it here
