Anyone else experiencing difficulties in acquiring creative cloud photography program subscription?

Extremely frustrated.  Called to upgrade my Lightroom 3 and CS5 and was told I could purchase the subscription for $9.99 a month and that would include all upgrades.  Thought this was a wonderful idea plus the idea of not coming up with hundreds of dollars was great.  It's been two weeks since I have ordered and the message below my order is "we require 24 hours to complete your purchase".  I have literally been on hold for 6 hours at this point in total trying to resolve.  Last night was two hours where I was told that Adobe would call me back once they worked out the issue.  They told me I was the only one they were having issues with!  Is this true?  At first they said it was my credit card and that I need to call them.  Called cc company and they said it was not true.  This is ridiculous.  Then I called Sales cause they are the only ones that answer within minutes to be told that my order did go through and I just need to use the download button beside my order.  Thought wow this is miraculous.  Certainly was cause it was only so I could download trials.  But was told my cc was charged so there should be no issues.  I need HELP.  I cannot be put on hold for hours on end and switched from person to person.  I am a single Mom working two jobs.  You are taking away my time with my children and making it impossible to complete my work!  SOMEONE STAND UP AND TAKE NOTICE.

    The previous deal had a FAQ page, that answered most of the quires I had, such as what's included in the bundle, what happens if you cancel your subscription, how many computers can it be installed, what payments methods are available, how is payments taken and all manner of other information that you I would normally read before signing a contact of this type.
    I'm guessing that the answers are the same as for the previous $9.99 deal, for all but the first of those question but without any product specific terms there's no way of knowing for sure.

    What i'm seeking is a FAQ page like the general Creative Cloud one featured in the link below, that's specific to the $9.99 Creative Cloud Photography Program.

    As things stand I can't even locate a page that states everything that's included in the $9.99 package on the Adobe website, the page link below mentions Photoshop CC and Lightroom, but there's no mention of  cloud storage that I believe is included in the $9.99 deal.

    I picked up a new IPhone 5C. The camera seems poor, my pictures are extremely dark even in bright, sunny conditions. I tried using the flash but it actually does very little. I wondered if anyone else has encountered this problem.

    I see there were several missteps both by the reps and yourself in your post. First you should have insisted on returning the phone within the 14 day return policy period. Second which Samsung Galaxy mini model did you purchase? The S3 mini or the S4 mini? Did you do any research prior to deciding on this device. The reps at that time deflected the easiest course of action, by trying to get you to replace the phone under insurance instead of returning the phone. The Early Edge payment option requires the current phone on the line using the early Edge must be returned to Verizon Wireless. Did you once considered going to a third party site like Swappa to purchase a gently used device for your daughter?

    Now that the package is permanent (not an offer), will it be available to purchases from third party vendors such as Amazon (like Photoshop CC is) ?.
    If no, is it possible to purchase 12 months membership (or more) in advance without providing Adobe with card/bank details ?.  PayPal would be an ideal option for me, as I have already had my personal details stolen from Adobe.

  • Why does photoshop cc cost more than creative cloud photography plan?

    I see that Photoshop cc costs $10 per month more than the photography plan, even though the plan includes photoshop cc.  Are the applications different in the two plans?

    The main difference in price between them is because Photoshop CC plan comes with 20GB of online storage space and inclusion Behance ProSite.

    If you updated via iTunes on the computer if synced media like apps and music were not in the iTunes library they they will not be on the iPod after the update.
    If yo updated from iOS 6, iOS added the SHOW ALL feature ins Settings>iTunes and App Store. When on, iTunes purchases not on the iPod will be show in the Music app with a cloud icon by them indicating that they are not on the iPod and just tap the cloud icon to download them to the iPod.

    I had the exact same issue!! Seriously p*ssed me off when I checked out my ITunes purchased items (via my computer) and noticed that most of the additional tracks listed on my IPhone playlist was listed there too. However, I never authorized any purchases!!  (I have actually written Apple Support asking for a full refund of all tracks listed on my purchased list)
    Be careful when you swipe your finger to the left/right on those "additional" tracks on your IPhone playlist... I'm pretty sure that the cloud symbol is an option to download or automatically buy those tracks.
    Solution for the problem:
    1 - go to your IPhone settings
    2 - choose "iTunes & App Store"
    3 - go to "Show All" & "Music"
    4 - turn off "Music" by moving the bar to the left (it should be a white color once you turn it off)
    Should solve your problem :~)

  • Anyone else experiencing Stratosphere dropping Mobile-Data constantly?

    This has been an off and on issue since moving to Verizon and having acquired the Stratosphere.  It seems not to be limited to a single device, as both Stratosphere's on the account experience these frequent drops, and they occur no matter where and what location.
    The drops were somewhat "bearable" until this week, when they seem to drop every 5-10 minutes or so.
    Is anyone else experiencing these problems?

    I've experienced 4G dropping down to 3G and then disappearing altogether on my Stratosphere. I do have to say that it has disappeared less often since the otherwise-wretched update, but I still spend as much time on 3G as 4G in my house.

  • Hi! Is anyone else experiencing issues AT&T

    I have been bouncing between 4g, Edge, and no service all day. I have called both apple and AT&T. The solution is to reset network settings and it works for an hour then I have to do it again. Have an open ticket just want it fixed. Should I tear it down and restore with I cloud backup? Would this help? Love the 5 just want it to work!!!!

    I imagine Keynote Remote uses Audio/Video Remote Control Profile which should be available on both your iPhone and iPad.
    I think you're saying that since you got the new iPhone 5, these two things occur:
    1.  Your iPhone cannot discover your iPad
    2.  Your iPad cannot discover your iPhone.
    If that's true, when you turn on Bluetooth on each of the devices, you might see old devices listed that are no longer used.  If you do, I suggest clicking the white arrow to the right of such devices and clicking "Forget this device".

    Exactly what files are you trying to open?
    Exactly how are you trying to open them (what menu command or button or mouse action or keyboard shortcut)?
    And lastly, what version of Lightroom are you using?
