Anyone else get candy crush saga opening on their app store whenever visiting websites on safari or google chrome?

When I visit websites like reignofgaming.net i always get the candy crush saga opening on my app store and it is really annoying. Tried to contact the support team but did not get much help either.

Settings / Safari / Advanced.
Some websites may not display correctly so you will want to turn Javascript back on once you are finished with that website.

    Just as the subject says, I was wondering if anyone else getting more than 24 hrs on their rentals? So far I have gotten to play my rented movie for over 24 hours. I checked and the file is still on my hard drive. I assume I am not continuing to pay for this movie, but who knows?

    It happened to us with the only movie we've rented so far. I had been fooling around with the iMac remote trying to figure out why I couldn't start the movie with that, when iTunes crashed (a first for me!!). So the next day when I discovered the countdown timer was off, I assumed that crash must have affected the time stamp on it. The movie stayed around for at least 48 hours after we first started it, then disappeared as expected.

    It sounds like an app you installed is not functioning correctly. I recommend starting with these steps from the article named:

    Aha! I have sorted it.
    For those with similar problems, the solution is this:
    Macintosh HD > Library > Audio > MIDI Drivers
    Then delete DigiDioMidiDriver.plugin

         Does anyone else have double the charges on Candy Crush Saga?  My mother and grandmother have enjoyed it but I have now deleted the app off my IPad.  No response back yet from Apple... but I think the game should not even be allowed in the app store if there is such a problem

    Once it occurred to me that I was being overcharged I decided to test it. I upgraded one time only and watched my credit card bill show the amount of $10 or so. A nice 9 dollar overcharge. I went backwards through my card statements and realized that there are a few thousand dollars instead of $100 over the past year and a half. I use iTunes for movie rentals etc and there is zero evidence that someone else has been using my account. This is most certainly an issue exclusive to the candy crush app for me. Customer service has been horrid - they also pretend it's the first they've heard of the issue. I'm not litigious but I'm seriously considering the organization of a class action lawsuit. If anyone is interested in pursuing the matter please let me know.

  • Imac and Trackpad no 'drag and drop' on Candy Crush Saga

    I have just baught an Apple Trackpad on an iMac and love the way it works. seems very easy to get used too. On "Candy Crush Saga" I have not yet discovered how to 'drag and drop' the objects despite being able to do this in other programs.

    I have tried to contact both the developer and Apple.  No one takes responsibility.  This is just an example of a successful developer trying to push the envelope and ripping the good customer off.  Tell your friends to stop funding this ripoff!

    If you check for software updates using the App Store in OS X 10.8 and get "NSURLErrorDomain error -1100" the problem may be with your Software Update preferences. This is particularly likely if you were using a custom Apple Software Update server. To solve the problem, quit the App Store, move the following two files (if present) to the trash, restart, and only then rerun App Store updates:
    /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist
    /Library/Preferences/com.apple.SoftwareUpdate.plist.lockfile

    I was recently trying to upgrade to mountain lion through the app store.  I have unreliable Internet from a cable company whom I will not name, but we all know who they are.  My Internet dropped while downloading the upgrade.  Once I went through the notorious unplug the modem/router and plugged it back in to gain Internet connectivity again, I could not resume. No matter what I did, the app store kept displaying "an error occurred." I am hoping that those with the same issue read this first to save them hours of skimming through the Internet to find a solution.  Here are the steps to take:
    1. Make sure you have reestablished Internet connection
    2. Chances are you got frustrated when you tried to resume/unpause the download and clicked the "X" to the left.  If so, select the "Store" drop-down menu from the App Store and select "View My Account." There should be an option to unhide your purchase.  You know what to do.
    3. There is also an option to  reset all warnings for buying and downloading under "View My Account." Do this, click "Done," sign out of the App Store and quit the App Store.
    4. Open the Preferences in safari and select Privacy.  Select "Remove All Website Data."  Just do it.
    5. Launch the app store and sign in.
    6. Now, if you "Check for Unfinished Downloads" everything works peachy.
    I hope this helps.  Not much I can do for your Internet connection though.

    I did get a "server busy" message when I loaded quicktime, but I'm not sure if it is related or not since I've been seeing that over the last couple of days, I can't remember if it came before iTunes stopped working or not. That message reads "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'switch to' to activate the busy program and correct the problem." My options then are to choose switch to or retry. When I press "switch to" my Start menu opens, and nothing appears to happen when I select retry.
    that's an odd sort of a message (or series of messages).
    hmmmmm. let's try an experiment aimed at working out if there's a program interfering with the QuickTime (which is in turn causing grief with your iTunes).
    try a selective startup using MSCONFIG, with just the itunes and QuickTime background processes enabled, as per the following document:

    does QT open without the strange message after the selective startup?
    does iTunes launch properly?

    Have you tried installing the app directly to your phone by signing in your MS account at https://windowsphone.com? By the way, is this for the Lumia 535? Can you confirm that the phone as well as its system apps are updated? Go to Settings> phone update and go to Settings> applications> store> check for updates to do that. Keep us posted.

    Thank you for your help are you aware of any apps that will work the iso 4.2.1 system that will let you watch movies on the phone. Also I tried to down load something else the other day and got message that Safari wont let you open this is ther any to see if i have the latest safari on my phone?
