Anyone else getting adobe AIR error 2032 when trying to download Adobe max companion?

Hey;
I'm attending max for my first time and am psyched. I've tried downloading the Adobe MAX companian at http://www.max.adobe.com/companion but I keep getting error 2032. I'm wondering if I'm the only one experiencing this problem and if so what can I do to fix it? Thanks for your replies in advance.

Thank you for responding. I found the problem. No it isn't a flash player
issue it is an AIR issue. I didn't know there was an AIR forum. I will post
the answer here instead of duplicating posts. If you are a developer and
have a virtual server on your computer you most likely will run into the AIR
error 2032 when trying to download the MAX companion for the conference
starting tommorow-Wednesday (Monday-Wednesday). You need to either add in a
chunk of code to your server that allows AIR to run or use a different
computer. I used a different computer but I read that someone found the
solution to this error is to add the code to their virtual server. I use
XAMPP, which is a rather popular Virtual Server. Okay well I hope this helps
anyone in the future.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down the page in case one of them applies.
The further information area has direct links to the current and recent builds in case you have problems downloading, need to revert to an older version or want to try the iTunes for Windows (64-bit - for older video cards) release as a workaround for installation or performance issues, or compatibility with QuickTime or third party software.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there also links to backup and recovery advice should it be needed.

  • Is anyone else getting a message to login when trying to open Photoshop CC 2014?

I have a current fully paid up annual (paid monthly) Creative Cloud membership.
At least Adobe keep emailing me thank me for my monthly payment lol.
However when I went to open Photoshop CC 2014 this morning, Creative Cloud is letting me down once more,
by asking that I log in and something about "Terms and Conditions for Trial Software".
    TRIAL SOFTWARE?????
I have had Creative Cloud pretty much since it came out, It's wonderful, but my Asprin intake has gone up
to combat the headaches lol. Perhaps I should switch to Tylenol
I am thinking to myself "what are Adobe up to now?"
It does not help that the system is down for maintenance and support cannot help right now .....
So is or has anyone else been experiencing this condition?

    vickiblue,
I hope you were able to resolve the issue and if not I used the suggestion below to resolve it for me.
If you are getting the "Trial Panel" popping up click the "License This Software"
    John.

    Hi John,
If your membership is active and showing as trial, normally all that is required is signing in with your Adobe ID on the trial screen that appears at start-up. Look for a button labelled at "License this software". If you find it, try signing in with your Adobe ID/password and see if it helps.

  • Error Message When Trying to Download Adobe Media Player

I can not download Media Player. I've tried using Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. I receive an error message that says . . . "Sorry and error has occurred. The application could not be installed. Try installing it again. If the problem persists, contact the application author. Error # 2032". I called Adobe customer service who informed me there is no technical support for Media Player. Anyone have this same problem?

Yes, I have had the same problem but I don't know what to do for it. Did Adobe customer service tell you what to do for the problem? It's to late at night for me to call, no one is at the customer care center now. If you could please tell me if you got the problem fixed and if so what did you do to get it fixed??

  • I keep getting an error message when trying to download i tunes. It says it's looking for MSVCR80.dll and I find it on my computer so I don't know what else to do. Any suggestions?

I keep getting an error message when trying to download itunes. It says it can't find "msvcr80.dll, but when I search for it on my computer it is there. My itunes was working just fine before I got the message to download the latest upgrade. I've not had any problems doing that before now, so don't really know what to do.

Go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs (Win XP) or Programs and Features (later)
Remove all of these items in the following order:
    iTunes
    Apple Software Update
Apple Mobile Device Support (if this won't uninstall move on to the next item)
    Bonjour
    Apple Application Support
Reboot, download iTunes, then reinstall, either using an account with administrative rights, or right-clicking the downloaded installer and selecting Run as Administrator.
The uninstall and reinstall process will preserve your iTunes library and settings, but ideally you would back up the library and your other important personal documents and data on a regular basis. See this user tip for a suggested technique.
    Please note:
Some users may need to follow all the steps in whichever of the following support documents applies to their system. These include some additional manual file and folder deletions not mentioned above.
