Anyone else having trouble with the music player with the iOS 5 upgrade?
When I play music on shuffle some songs won't play on my phone. I'm guessing it's some kinda bug. just wondering if anyone else has had this problem since upgrading to iOS 5

Some of us were actually having major issues after the IOS 5 upgrade without music. Here is one solution.
Altered from original solution from Emily P:
Okay, mine now works here is what I did.
plug in the iPhone, iPad etc
in iTunes select the phone or iPad
Under Summary uncheck "Sync with this....."
Under "Music" uncheck the "Sync Music"
Sync
Let it remove all the songs, dont worry it will come back no problems.
Once that is all done all the music on the phone or ipad should be gone.
Now check them both back on, sync, and everything should copy back onto it.
Working now !!!!!

Anyone else having trouble installing ADE4 onto PC with Windows 8.1?
Adobe DigitalEditions will not install. Freezes after beginning installation but never finishes. When I try to delete attempt it tells me that it is running but I can't end task. Help!

Yes, it happens to me all the time. I deleted an app because it froze the. Tried to redownloading it but it wouldn't let me ivd tried all of my cards and nothing works. Is anyone else having trouble sending mail on an iMac running 10.6.8. I get a messsage that the server can't be accessed. Apple help suggests using a different port from the one that was originally set. I have a Mobile Me account. Any suggestions?
I had major issues with the iPhone 4s battery, however it’s resolved.
The tech who set the phone up at the Apple store did so with little training.
if you have a mobile me account. First go and move all your data to the cloud by going on your computer and logging in at me.com/move. The cloud has replaced mobile me, so there is no need for those two accounts
Also make sure that for any of your email accounts you set them up to fetch, not push. My tech person set them all to have the email servers push data to the phone. The new iphone4s antenna is extremely strong so it will continually try to access stuff that is pushed–***** a lot of battery life doing this. It makes it worse if you have exchange 2010 accounts. Something about changes made to exchange really suck battery life from devices that access such accounts.

Anyone else having trouble with Hard Candy Cases?
I ordered a Hard Candy Case back on 3/22. I subsequently received an e-mail from HCC stating that my case order was changed to the newer 'Kickstand' model. Fine. Just want my case. Now after 60 days of being on the market, I still don't have my case even though HCC debited my Paypal account on 3/22. I can't seem to get a response from them either.
Anyone else having trouble with HardCandy? I hope I'm an isolated case (sorry!), but I am curious if there is a trend.

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)

• In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Note - When troubleshooting wifi connection problems, don't hold your iPad by hand. There have been a few reports that holding the iPad by hand, seems to attenuate the wifi signal.

Is anyone else having trouble with their bookmarks in the Windows version of Safari 4? The Bookmarks Bar imported when I upgraded from Safari 3.2.2. But the Bookmarks menu can't be seen when I click the icon that looks like an open book. The History & Bookmarks Menu present in cover flow (which by the way I love and have found very useful). But the Bookmarks Menu option remains blank. At first I thought it hadn't imported - but I've realised they have imported, just aren't displaying.
They are definately imported because the same Bookmarks Menu is still present on my iPhone through MobileMe synch. Also I can get to the bookmarked pages by clicking Alt-Bookmarks. All the bookmarked pages are there (along with being on my iPhone). So they've imported - they just don't display in Coverflow (or any view at all) when I click the open book icon.
Does anyone have any solutions please.Ok I have a fix for that....

Delete BOOKMARKS.PLIST
( Now I have to warn you this WILL DELETE your bookmarks from Safari so back them up before you do this )
NOW........
go back and IMPORT your bookmarks
take all your bookmarks from the "IMPORTED ON XX/XX/XXXX " folder and drop them into the BOOKMARKS MENU at the top ( not the folder just your bookmarks)
NOW DO NOT DELETE the Imported on xx/xx/xxxx folder
for some reason when you delete the IMPORTED ON XX/XX/XXXX folder.... It causes them to go missing under BOOKMARKS MENU
SO as long as you dont delete the IMPORTED ON xx/xx/xxxx folder they will stay in the BOOKMARKS MENU where you can manipulate them
ALSO... DO NOT DELETE the IMPORTED FROM INTERNET EXPLORER
or IMPORTED FROM NETSCAPE/ MOZILLA FOLDERS
that will also cause your bookmarks menu bookmarks to go missing too
I guess this is a temp. fix for now
