Anyone get FCS 2 upgrade box ? Hardcopy manuals included for all apps?

Subject says it all... anyone have the $499 upgrade box yet? I am hoping for manuals for all apps... ( well except DVD Studio Pro 4 - it has not changed).

Still waiting for it to arrive in my local Apple store...

I received all the manuals with my FCS1 upgrade box.
They weren't included with the CROSSGRADE, but they were with the FCS1 upgrade.
Haven't bought the FCS2 upgrade yet, so I can't speak to that, but they were in the FCS1 upgrade.

Since upgrading to 10.8.3 I keep getting a pop-up box requesting a password for my BTYahoo email.

Since upgrading my IMac late 2012 to 10.8.3 I keep getting a pop-up box requesting my BTYahoo email password. Prior to the upgrade it worked fine.

Try signing out and then back in again by going into Settings>Store>Apple ID:>Sign Out>

Got a new IPAD and was charged 200.00 for all apps previsouly purchased!. Has anyone else had this issue? I went thru the appstore and clicked on already purcahed apps and "installed" them on my new IPAD and got about 50 charges all at once from ITUNEs

After setting up my new IPAD2 I went into the APPStore and noticed there was an already purchased section, which showed all my previous purchases I had made and installed on my IPAD I. IT gave me the option to "install" them onto my IPAD2 and there was not visual "COST" associated with it and it never prompted me for a charge althought I had to enter my account password each time. Additionally I didn't get any emails like you usually do when buying an app. A few days later, BAM! 50 charges or so totalling upwards to 200 bucks with no description other than ITUNES on my bank account so I can't even tell which apps they were for. Is part of the public BETA cloud testing?! I hope to god not, it caused my bank account to go negative and now I have many NSF charges. I can NOT affort this. I know apple has a disclaimer "No refunds" under any circumstance. But as far as I"m concerned. THIS IS THEFT!
Please note the IPAD os version is 4.3.3 (8J2) which isn't a drop down option for my OS below... Figures.

More update on y situation. Now on both the IPAD and IPAD2 I can not got to view my purchase History, it says it can not connect to the ITUNES store, but yet I can still d/l apps and can view my account etc etc etc.

How can I undo manual syncing for all three of my apple devices on one Itunes account?

Recently I attempted to create manual syncing for my 3 devices on an itunes account. I didnt really know what I was doing, and now have nothing on one device. How can i restore itunes to normal again?

Apps are tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them. Your ex should, if he has not already, change his password, which will make it impossible for you to update any apps he purchased. Technically, you do not own them and have no right to them. Create your own Apple ID. and set your phone up with it. Preferably by using Settings>General>Resets>Erase All Content and settings. Failing to do so could give your ex access to your contacts, calendars, etc. without your knowledge.

Kernel Upgrade for all App systems

Hi,
I have to do a Kernel upgrade soon. I have one CI DB cluster and 4 App servers. Do I have to upgrade the kernel on each app system and the CI? I mean, do I have to copy the files to the RUN folder for each App server and for the CI?

SAP releases Support Package Stacks, including kernel patches, on a regular basis (2-4 times a year). Therefore, we also suggest you create a strategy to implement these stacks periodically.In special cases, you may need to use a more recent kernel patch than the one shipped with the latest Support Package Stack for your product like in case of traces.
Yes you need to update the patch level of all the servers in the system.

I redeemed the itunes voucher on the same Apple ID I want to buy the gems with?
What do I do from here.

You will only be able to buy items in an app if you are signed into and use the same account that you originally bought that app with - is that the account that you are signed into ?

Does anyone get this? I can't open facetime at all

10.8.2 mac mini - have face time, but when launched, I can't access the preferences. Face time screen has a camara with a line through it? Help!

To my knowledge, and the Apple specs indicate that the mac mini does not include a built in Facetime camera, although an external camera can be plugged into it for FT use.

How can I get rid of the crop effect in iMovie for all of my photos all at one time?

I want to be able to make a time lapse video using still images that I've imported using iPhoto. What I have been able to do so far is import the pictures and make the time per photo shorter. However, I cannot take off the crop effect that iMovie does automatically for them. I know how to take the crop effect off manually one by one, but that would take decades. Is there a way so I can select all of the pictures and take the effect off all at once?

This error occurs mainly due to the reason that particular plugin is not there in the NWDS.
So please try to reinstall the NWDS or try tracing out whether that particular plugin is there or not.

HT201272 There were not enough pages for all apps to appear; so now I've made more room with folders but still can't get app to appear on pages.

Need to make app appear on iPhone screen; previously, wasn't enough pages, but now have created folders. Still app won't show up unless I search for it.

Ah wait, I can make the text primary storyline just for applying the transition and then go back to where my other clips are primary storyline? That would solve the issue (and some others, too)! Great!
I will play around with the copy/paste.
Oh, one more thing. This seemed to be a bug, a very frustrating one .
I made my item in several projects before glueing the 5 parts together. The first two I could just do by copying and pasting from another project. However, the 3rd copy-paste just wouldn't work. FC continued to paste the former edit. Even when I quit FC and restarted. Even when I deliberately emptied the clipboard by pasting some line of text from another program. Even when I turned the part of the project that I wanted to transfer into a compound clip. In the end I solved it by exporting the project and importing it as a file into the Events so that I could paste it, and this worked. (2nd time round because the first time all my text effects had resetted).
The next copy-paste, part 5 of the video, worked fine again. I've no idea why this happened, but it is probably too specific.

On my mac mini, the old 2.0.0.9 version is the default browser even though I downloaded v.3.16.19. How can I get rid of the old version once and for all?

I would like to eliminate the old version completely, as it comes up automatically and I don't see a way of deleting it from the mac.

I think the problem lays with Last.fm. I had the same exact problem as you. In your processes screen, end the task "lastfmhelper.exe" Last.fm still scrobbles. The tracks don't skip, although I notice there is still a bit of a lag in the first part of the song - but if you can deal with that, no skipping. I think you will have to end that task everytime you boot up your computer, or uninstall last.fm completely until they fix it; it is a bug in their software, as opposed to iTunes.
