Anyone get Play Movies to Loop a sequence more than twice?

Has anyone got Play Movies to loop more than once (show twice) using a folder of movies inputted via Get Specified Finder Items. It seems like a bug as it resets the loop number to 1 when saved or show action is selected. I doubt that the number field is passed or saved as a variable.
If it is a bug, I really need some sort of workaround if anyone can suggest one? My intent is to use an iMac as a self running theater for student film projects--to turn on in the morning, play movies all day long, then turn off at night.

I am having a similar problem with iTunes 11 on a Windows 7 box. I was able to rent and play HD movies befor "upgrading" to iTunes 11, however now when I try and rent a movie in HD I get the error: "This cannot be played in HD on this computer. You must rent and watch the HD version on an HD-compatible device. Or, you can rent the SD version and watch it on this computer."
Guess i'll be renting movies from XBox from now on.

How can I get a E3000 or E4200 to manage more than 5 devices? Come on Cisco, lets get real. EVERYONE has more than 5 devices to manage. The average family of 4 has 3 or 4 computers, 4 smart phones and at least a couple of tablets and maybe some TV or game consoles. Setting access control policies is a must for anyone who is a parent.
Does anyone know of a good router that has a reasonable set of access control features? I've always loved Cisco up to this point, but I'm frustrated by this significant limitation.

Fuggedaboutit. Cisco apparently has retreated from the more advanced Internet Access Policy (IAP) to leave users with their paltry Parental Controls (PC) instead. For example the E4200v1 had IAP+PC, and the E4200v2 has only PC.
And good luck trying to find a E4200v1. I spent the last week, ordered 3 of them from different sources, and every one of them was a V2 inside of a V1 box, even the last one I ordered directly from Linksys!
That's a very bizarre marketing scam they're pulling there. The sad thing is that I actually want to keep using their product line, but they are doing their best to push me away.
I too am now regrouping and looking for a competitor who does 2 things well:
(A) High performing dual-band wireless access point, w/ pswd-protected guest-mode
(B) Reliable & fairly full-featured Internet access control (parental control)
My basic requirements for "B" are:
(1) Allow restrictions by IP or better yet MAC address (Cisco PC's hostname list didn't work for me)
(2) Device list of at least 12 devices (obviously family size varies but Cisco's 5 is a joke)
(3) Restricty by days of week and time of day (hourly or half-hourly would be nice)
(4) Restrict by URL's and keywords, at least 12 per device or policy/rule
I wonder if there's a home router whose stock OS, meets these requirements. Otherwise I may have to look into using DD-WRT or similar.

How do you get the integer of a number with more than 10 digits

I can't seem to be able to get the integer of a number with more than 10 digits.
ex:
integer(12345678901.3) returns -539222987 when it should really return 12345678901

You can write a Parent script to represent Big Integers. I wrote some code to get you started. It consist of two classes - "BigInt" and "Digit". At this point you can only add two "BigInts" and print out the value with a toString() function. Note that you pass a String to the "BigInt" constructor.
In the message window you could enter something like:

Loop step creating more than 1 workitem in PO release wf

Dear Experts,
I am using copy of std workflow ws20000075. I have three release codes (three approvers - L1, L2, L3). So i added a loop step in my workflow that is until bus2012.releaseindicator = 'R' the loop will iterate. Now problem is that for first level i am getting one workitem for his release. In L2 level i am getting 2 workitems for same PO. In L3 level i am getting 3 workitems in inbox for his release.   I have in tcode SWEL. There instead of single RELEASED event for BUS2012 there are 3 entries for a single approver level. This is SWEL output i get for L2 approver level.

Thanks a lot for your reply. I went to the following path Olme(Tcode) -> Goto Purchase order -> release procedure for purchase order -> define release procedure. There for three levels of release codes L1 - creator, L2 - Checker , L3 - approver.
I have given below settings in under each button.
Release Prerequisite : There are six checkbox. three on top right and three on bottom left. All three boxes in bottom left are checked.
Release Statuses: There are four rows with three check box in each row. First row no box is checked. Second row L1 is checked. Third row L1, L2 are checked. Fourth row L1,L2,L3 are checked. In input help for release indicator first three are set as B and last one is set as R.
Classification: When i click this i am getting message as Error in classification (class Z_RFQ class type 032).
Release Simulation: Release Group input is set as PO (PO release) and release strategy input is set as 02 (PO Release strategy),Release ID is set as B.

I can't sequence more than 24 hours of footage in Adobe Premiere Pro

I'm trying to put together 25 (full) days worth of video in Premiere Pro. Is this even possible? I can't get anything past 24 hours to sequence together.

I would load a clip into the Source Monitor, pick the first frame you want to use, press Shift+E (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+E (Win) to Export Frame, then on the NumPad, type +80000 and press NumPad's Enter key to jump forward. Then repeat until you reach end of clip. If there's a way to automate this, I'm not aware of it.
Note that to amass enough frames for 3 minutes @ 30fps, you'll have to do this 5400 times (30x60x3); 2 minutes at 24fps = a mere 2880 reps. And once you're finished grabbing all the stills, if you want to import them as a frame sequence, you'll need to batch rename them with the same base name and an incrementing number. The challenge there will be to make sure all the images are in the right order before batch renaming in Bridge.
To me, this seems like a painful approach.

Recently purchased the movie Wolverine in HD but i cant play it on my ipad for more than ten seconds without it stopping. Can someone explain what can i do.

Im having trouble watching a movie on my ipad and it wont play on my computer because its not HD. My ipod wont take the new movie into its drive whne i try to sync it. Is there something Im not doing.

it is now set just 2 bars after the 15 minute mark....i'm gonna leave it here as it defaulted to this after i restarted it. it's probably not optimal, but it'll work for now. both slide bars have the cursor set between 15 mins and 1 hour (closer to the 15 minute mark actually). if i have issues, i will try something different. do you have any idea what caused this to begin with? i didn't actually touch these preferences at all.

Does anyone know if it's possible to have more than 1 SCO in a Manifest when using Presenter 7?

I have several presentations that I want to be able to distribute to a third party SCORM LMS server. I want to have one Manifest and then have each presentation / quizz as an individual SCO so that I will end up with 1 course rather than having a manifest for each presentation. HELP!!!!!!! I have called Adobe Support and haven't been able to get any help at all. Well, I did get some help on working on my patience I've even called Sales thinking I may be able to get some help there - no such luck. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know!!! I've already spent about 40 hours trying different things and am at my whits end (or nearly). I am desperate

Unless you find a way to modify the manifest file such that it accounts for each presentation as a separate SCO, then I'm afraid that the answer is no.
Unfortunately as a default, Presenter "sees" each PPT deck as a single SCO even if you have multiple quizzes within a PowerPoint deck...and because the slides contained within one presentation equate to one published "course," the net effect is a single SCO per deck.
I'm hoping that others will weigh in here, but at this point, I really don't think you'll be able to consolidate multiple presentations and come up with a multi-SCO course....Presenter just doesn't provide it.

In part of a larger workflow I copy 5 files to my iDisk. In the next step I select one of those items again using 'get specified finder items' from the same location, add a date to its name in the next step with the 'add date or times to finder item names' then finish the workflow.
However what is happening is the 'get specified finder items' I'm using to grab the file to be renamed, is actually grabbing all 5 of the files from the previous step. Only the one is showing in the 'get specified finder items' list but it grabs all 5 anyway.
Anyone see this before? Know a way to fix it?

Buying a movie in iTunes store in more than one language

1. If a movie is available in multipule language can I buy it and have the two audio track ie..: french and english
2. In the old Apple tv if i buy a movie i could get multiple audio track why cant it be done in the iTunes store?

The content owners/copy right holders dictate what content the iTS can sell. If the content is provided with multiple soundtracks then that is what you get. It is not up to the iTS what options come with the purchase. The iTS is a method of distribution.

Using screen capture, I cannot move the brackets to cover more than a small strip of screen

I wish to download a video that I can only view on line. 'Download Helper' does not operate. 'Screen capture'' seemed to be the answer. I press the red button and two flashing brackets appear. Not able to get the data from variables contained in more than 1 mxml file

I have got 5 Bindable Public integer variables in total in 5 mxml files (Pages). Each variable is assigned it's value in a Public function in each of the mxml files.
What I need to do is add up the values of the 5 variables. The way I approached this was to create a public function add5Variable in my main mxml file (Page1) as shown below.

I have got a TextInput field on Page5 where I display the varTotal. The function add5Variable is called when moving from Page to Page.
The results I am getting is that the varTotal will always be the value of variableP1. When I tried some debugging in Flex Builder it showed me that the other 4 variables had a value of 0.
Why is this the case and do you have any suggestions on how I can get the correct total for varTotal?

How do I get my 4th gen iPod to synch more than a handful of songs?

I have a 4th gen iPod clickwheel (20GB). At one point I was able to synch most of my music library onto the device. Now every time I try to synch, it will take about a third of my songs and then the battery runs out and I get the message that the iPod cannot be synched. When I charge up the iPod again, I have a total of about 10 sings on it. What's causing this? How do I fix it?

It has the dock connector on one end fro connection to the iPod and then two connectors on the other end, one for connecting to the firewire charger you use and the other to connect to the usb port on your computer to sync the iPod. You can sync and charge at the same time.

I have been using Firefox for many years now. I like this browser better than Safari. However. I have a problem when I have connected to a homepage over the web and want to write the content out to a pfd-file. The pdf-file does sometimes contain only one page. The material is good enough for two or more pages of output. I have checked that using Safari browser. I´d like to continue using Firefox so please tell med what to do!
