I have another speed issue, again!. These are my results and there done ethernet to my HH4 with no other devices running. I get the same results every time, its as if again BT are putting a fix on my line, I have tried to reset my HH4 but I get the same results again and it hits 21.8MB Downstream and will not go any further no matter how many times I try but my max profile says 26.08MB Downstream. I am now starting to think that BT dont like the fact they have given me an estimate of 18.1MB Downtsream on my telephone number and it is very obvious my line is capable of alot more!. Here are my results:-

Dont get me wrong the tracert and ping results are fantastic and I cannot complain but something is a foot with the
downstream!.

I tried a search for "Windows 10" and all it returned was a post about NetProtect.
Has anyone got experience of Windows 10 please ? Is it better or worse than Windows 7, 8 or 8.1 ?

Upgrading to Vista from XP destroyed a very expensive, and powerful 3d graphics program of mine. It's going to cost another £400+ just to upgrade to the Windows 8 version.
It can be run, with considerable difficulty on Windows 7, in Windows compatibility mode.
For Windows 10, there are similar considerations.
There are posts on the Windows, or perhaps Internet Security websites, assuring us that all will be fixed on the day
Windows states that "most" programs compatible with Windows 7 or Windows 8.1, will be compatible with Windows 10.
Just wait for a while. -
I have downloaded what's app but the icon is not on my iphone i have to search for the app everytime i want to use it has anyone got any ideas please???
This makes no sense... if it's not on the phone, it's not on the phone. A search of the device would never find it.
Is the issue possible that the app is simply on another home screen or in a folder? Have you possibly filled the 11 page max of home screens? -
i have an ipod touch 5th gen and when connected to itunes i get a message saying itunes was unable to load data class information from sync services. reconnect or try again later. anyone got any ideas? i've tried most things on most forums but still no joy

My Time Capsule expired and no longer works. My printer (a HP) will now not work as it still wishes to connect through the Time Capsule. It will not allow itself be recognised through a USB connection to my Mac. Anyone got any ideas?
You will need to install the printer on your Mac
Open System Preferences (gear icon) on the dock
Open Print & Fax
Click the + (plus) button at the bottom of the printer list
Wait for your printer to appear in the next box, then click it to highlight it
Click Add at the lower right
Be sure to select the correct printer when you try to print as you will see your printer listed twice. Good idea to make the printer now installed on your Mac the default printer so you do not have to choose which printer to use each time you want to print.
You can also go into Print & Fax, select the printer associated with the Time Capsule and click the - (minus) button if you want to delete that location. -
I used to send photos from my Lumix Tz-40 camera directly to my iPad using the camera's WIFI. It was all working well until I installed IOS7. The connection no longer works. The camera still keeps the iPad in its connection history. The camera's wifi network still appears when I select a WiFi network from the iPad but the Wifi status icon never appears on the iPad. So the connection is never made.

You're running an old version of Safari. Before troubleshooting, try updating it to the latest version: 6.0. You can do this by clicking the Apple logo in the top left, then clicking Software update.
You can also update to the latest version of OS X, 10.8 Mountain Lion, from the Mac App Store for $19.99, which will automatically install Safari 6 as well, but this isn't essential, only reccomended.

I'm trying to update my apps using the creative cloud desktop app. I can't see any apps in the app tab, the wheel just spins round and round and nothing happens. Has anyone got any ideas? I've tried uninstalling the desktop app and reinstalling but it still has the same problem.

My computer sees the auto duplexer on my Epson Stylus PX720WD but iworks says it is not installed. I have contacted Epson and I have the impression that they don't know how to solve this problem. Anyone got any ideas?

According to the hardware requirements, my system well exceeds them, but no joy!UPDATE: I backed up my phone, wiped it (Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings), & then restored it through iTunes. For whatever reason, that seems to have fixed the problem. Movies now sync to my phone like they used to.
That process seems to have corrected 1 or 2 other minor issues, including one where iTunes was 'syncing artwork' for a long time on every sync. -

I have coloured vertical lines about a quarter of the way from the left of the picture when using my apple tv 2. Anyone got any idea what is causing it. Have done a reset but still same. ATV2 is only a month old.
Just to make sure, try a different set of cables. If the problem persists, have the unit replaced by Apple.

I have trying for ages to download itunes 10.3 to my laptop(windows vista 34bit) it starts downloading but at the point every time it freezes and doesn't finish installing. I have tried all sorts of suggestions but nothing doing. Anyone got any idea's. IPhone and IPod touch no good without it

Hi all, I keep getting emails saying my password has changed, I have now reset my password 4 times in the last 2 weeks with stronger and stronger passwords and have also changed my security questions, anyone got any ideas how to resolve this problem?
No. I am a volunteer, not always on good terms with Apple either. I'm sorry I don't seem to have helped but what I told you is what I would tell anyone in your situation.

As has already been pointed out earlier in this topic, the issue is either a repeated phishing attempt (in which someone sends you a faked e-mail, directing you to a faked site, which tries to get you to "log in" so that the hackers can get your ID and password) or someone is repeatedly trying to get access to your account. I'm guessing the latter is more likely... someone's repeatedly trying to reset your password, for who knows what reason, and they're trying repeatedly because they're never getting the password reset e-mail. (Why they would expect to receive that e-mail I don't know... people are stupid.)
Make sure your Apple ID has a good, secure password. (There is no need to reset your own password to do this, just go toappleid.apple.com and change it.) I'd also advise turning on two-factor authentication to further protect your Apple ID:
Apple introduces two-factor authentication
This will prevent password reset attempts, as it will not be possible to even start the password reset process without having access to the device used to receive the code used as the second identification factor.
