Anyone know to change slide build order in Keynote?

I am using Keynote on ipad
I have a slide built from four objects and I want to change the order that they appear. I can get to the dialogue box which shows the order but haven't found a way to change it.

you will tap and hold on the slide in side bar you wish to promote or demote, and slide it above or below the frame you wish to promote/demote.

Yes use Quicktime. Try to create a presentation that uses a widescreen aspect 1280 x 720 would be good, then export it at full quality which should give you a movie of 720p at 24 fps and should be just fine for the tv, if you have any problems with exporting it this way, you could try manual settings or simply run the export you made at full quality through itunes using advanced/create an Apple tv version.

Anyone know how to move the order of songs around within a playlist?

I'm am trying to put songs in a playlist in a specific order (for an exercise routine). Anyone know how to do that without deleting them all and dragging them over in the correct order? Seems like you ought to be able to drag and drop to change the order but that doesn't seem to work.

You can drag them in the order that you want using iTunes, I just tried doing it and it worked.
You can also sort using the column headers. Whatever order you have them in the playlist, they will sync to the iPod.

Does anyone know when a Scene Builder update is going to be released?

The issue you linked to is marked as fixed.
You don't need wait for an official Scene Builder release (I have no idea when such a release may occur).
You can build Scene Builder from source and you will pick up the release.

How to change build order in Keynote

I've imported an existing Keynote file from my iMac to iPad2. There were some pics in the original file which went missing after importing into iPad2. I've then deleted the missing pics in the slides, and tried replacing them in iPad2. However I could not reorder the "Build In."
Plus, why did the pics go missing in the first place? Does it thus mean that in order to reinstate these pics, I've to import them into iPhoto on my iMac and then sync them with iPad2? Some of the pics were from Photoshop, and some downloaded from the Internet, which I've dragged-and-dropped to the original Keynote file.
Looks like the Keynote version for iPad2 still requires some further tweaking to give it that impressive look as per the Mac version.
Any advice/suggestion?

You can't set a default font.
Instead use a custom slide master with the font you want to use.

WordPress takes a LOT of web server space. If you have adequate bandwidth, that should not be a problem.
In your source code, this is the path to your first banner image which cannot be found.

I have a slide with a number of bullet points on it, and I want additional text items to appear underneath each bullet point with every click. How do I do this in Keynote, or is it not possible?
I can figure out how to make each bullet point appear in sequence, but I don't want that. I want all of the bullet points to be there as soon as I move to that slide, and I just want the additional text items to build in.

Create two text boxes, one with the bullet points and the second with the additional text.
Place the second box over the first, and set the line spacing to 2.

Change template list order

Hi,
I would like to change the order in which templates are shown in the combo box that is used to select a template.
I have confirmed that the default order is based on the CREATEDATE column of the WWPOB_PAGE$ table.
Does anyone know how to change this, without changing that field?
If not, does anyone knows if changing that field could be dangerous?

Reordering the My Community list requires code customization. Take a look at GetMyCommunities method in the NavigationModel class. You could create your own version of that method that arranges Communities the way you want them. Although, there is no easy or performant way to assign a numerical property to a Community that could be used for sorting. The simplest method I can think of is to make a list of the Community IDs in the order you desire in NavigationSettings.xml (this way you can reorder the list without having to change code). Communities can then be ordered according to your list. Refer to the UI customization guide for instructions to retrieve data from NavigationSettings.xml.

Disable mouse click change slide

I am making screen casts and would like to be able to actually click on a keynote presentation without the transition happening. I would like to be able to just use the arrow key to change slides/builds. I use screen flow and it allows for some neat features when a mouse is clicked in post production.

if you're referring to the renderer, that isn't a real component at all. The component is used only for rendering -- drawing -- the cell.
The editor, on the other hand, is a real component.

Yes - select the book and duplicate it (Command - D) in case of problems - open it and click change theme and select the theme and the new style of binding
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

Theme change re-orders Bullet build order

I have used KN'09's "set timing and order for each build" to create bullets so that each bullet is accompanied by its own graphic. This was done by manually interleaving the graphic in and out builds in the build order, within the list of bullets. Something I have always wanted to do, so that is great.
Only downside, when I change themes for all pages, bullets are reordered together again. For your info the first theme chosen is LetterPress.
Any ideas?

Sorry, I missed this earlier. No, the tab reordering bug is not a problem with Acrobt 8, it uses the other method I've mentioned. On my Windows 7 Pro machine, I've set up a virtual XP installation using "XP Mode", and have Acrobat 7 installed on it so I can set the tab order of forms I create with Acrobat 9. You may be able to do the same if your client's machine is Windows 7 Pro or better.
I know a very experienced Acrobat forms developer who still uses Acrobat 5 Pro on the Mac to do a lot of forms authoring. Things have gotten worse in a number of ways for Acrobat forms developers over the years. This whole tab order issue is in my opinion the worst.

I'm not affiliated w/ the developer, just a happy user that gave up fighting the apple podcast app a while ago. I used to have a bunch of smart playlists in itunes for my podcasts, and come home every day and pathologically synced my phone as soon as I walked in the door, and again before I walked out the door in the morning.
Since my wife was doing this too, we were fighting over who's turn it was to sync their phone.
Since I've switched to Downcast, I no longer worry about syncing my phone to itunes at all. I can go weeks between syncs.
Setup a "playlist" in downcast (ex., "Commute") and add podcasts to that playlist. Add another playlist ("walk" or "workout") and add different podcasts to that one.
Set podcast priorities on a per-feed basis (ex., high priority for some daily news feeds, medium priority for some favorite podcasts, lower priority for other stuff). Downcast will play the things in the priority you specify, and within that priority, it will play in date order (oldest to newest).
Allegedly, it will also sync your play status to other devices, although that is not a feature I currently use and can't vouch for. It uses apple's iCloud APIs, so to some extent may be limited by what Apple's APIs can do.
