I was just curious, if anyone tried to install or download any Iphone app ? (with new icon on the wallpaper) or people are just using web url ?

What are you trying to download? If you are referring to the recent security update, just ignore the error and select the option to open the installer. It's fine.

Hello, I've got a Upgrade-Version of CS5.5 for Windows and changed to a Mac. Now I need the Mac-Version. I tried to install the Download from Adobe. Unfortunatly it didn't accept my password. I'm having problems installing OS X update 10.9.2. Twice I have tried to install, and both times I get the message - Update could not be verified. Can anyone advise ?
Are you updating from the App Store when you get that error message?

I'm using a 15" Macbook Pro running OSX6.8 and cannot upgrade. I have a subscription to Adobe CC but none of these work on this so I was on with Adobe for 5 hours trying to install and launch Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Muse, and Acrobat Pro from CS6. Well, InDesign is the only one that works and I have a ton of work due! I don't have a serial number for Photoshop or Illustrator except for CS3, and they don't work. InDesign gave me no problems. Illustrator says it can't work on this machine. Photoshop needs a serial number. I'm stumped and getting anxious and freaked out. Can anyone help? Adobe Chat is down right now.

I am sorry to hear nothing has worked yet. I have looked up some additional information and possible solutions. Follow the steps in this document to perform a level-three uninstall, register the Windows Installer Service, and then reinstall the HP software. An uninstall and reinstall of the software deletes and overwrites any of the files that might cause the error and resets the Windows Installer. HP recommends that you download the latest software from the HP Web site to remove any files that might be causing this error.

Note: The title of this document is not specific to the issue you are experiencing or the operating system you have, but the 3 steps and instructions are what I suggest we do to resolve the issue you are experiencing.

Anyone tried to install Aperture on older G5/G4?
Has anyone tried to install Aperture on an older PowerMac G5 or PowerMac G4 that **has been upgraded** to a compliant graphics card? If anyone has had success in this regard and has done so on a PowerMac G4, could you also indicate whether or not you're using a processor upgrade?
I know the compatibility checker indicates such installations won't work, but it's important someone actually tries it for real -- maybe someone who has Aperture on a supported machine but also an unsupported one sitting around.How do you know? And, if you don't own or have access to unsupported hardware or know of a case where someone has failed or succeeded in installing the actual application on unsupported hardware, I have to wonder why you submitted this "answer"; it's not helpful.
Since I made the original post I found, thanks to MacSurfer, a blog in which the author of the blog reported he had succeeded in installing the application on a PowerMac G4 that did not have Core Image support -- a 2003 G4 with "1.4GHz dual processors" (so I assume the 1.42GHz dual Firewire 800 model), and a boring old Radeon 9000 video card. The only requirements he officially met were the 1GB of RAM and 5GB of hard drive space. If this is a) true and b) typical, it means that not only is the application not blocked against certain processors or systems (not too surprising), it is also not blocked against non-Core Image graphics cards (a huge surprise to me).

Good start.
Only two things I did differently. I used a new admin account. I opened a .mov file freshly downloaded from Apple's web site.
Log into a different account with admin privileges (create a new one if necessary)
Download a .mov file and store it on the hard drive.
Open the .mov file.
Move that same file to a temp folder on hard drive and assign rights to problem user.
Log off and log in as the troubled user.
That same file should now open
Try opening one of the files that could not open before.
If that doesn't work, (I didn't do this, it was on another Apple support forum post elsewhere)
Fully uninstall QuickTime
Download the K-lite Codec pack (I downloaded the full version here http://www.free-codecs.com/Klite_codec_packdownload.htm)
Install it and accept its changes it will make
Once K-lite is installed, now you can re-install QuickTime
Try opening the file again

Version 13 Photoshop is also knows as CS6, and Version 14 is known as CC, so you have to ensure that you have the appropriate version of Extension Manager installed that corresponds to your version of Photoshop. It sounds as though you are trying to install Beauty Retouching Kit via Extension Manager CS6 but using Photoshop CC. You can download Extension Manager CC a number of ways but to get the latest version, you can use the CC Desktop App (free) to install it. Hope this helps. -
Hi..I have just recently got an iPhone and I had installed some apps already but now when I try to install and download any apps it just sits there on "waiting" and will not download.. Im able to erase it but no apps will download now. I have tried logging out of the app store but it still did the same thing. I also tried resetting it and that didn't work either. I have tried to install and run Captivate 4 but it tell me I have this product installed on 2 other computers. I do not have this installed on any other computers.
How do I solve this issue so I can use the Captivate software?- You can only sync with one iTune library but you can manually music music and vides with different computers. To do so go to iTunes>Help>iTunes Help>Sync your iPod....>Sync You Device>Set up Syncing>Sync your device manually and follow the instructions.

For general advice see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps in the second box are a guide to removing everything related to iTunes and then rebuilding it which is often a good starting point unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach. Review the other boxes and the list of support documents further down page in case one of them applies.
Your library should be unaffected by these steps but there is backup and recovery advice elsewhere in the user tip.
