AOL Radio App - ever going to be updated?

Anyone know if the AOL radio app (or it's sister apps, the CBS radio and Yahoo radio apps) will ever be updated to support multitasking?
I have the AOL radio app and have continued to use it on my iPhone 4 because of all the bad reviews I've read about the CBS Radio and Yahoo Radio apps. Still none of these 3 can even mulitask which is pathetic.

Only people to really ask is them.

Just wondering if Apple is ever going to delete this app's existance and move everything back to the music app or at least improve this one? I hate the app and don't use it so that means all podcasts have to be downloaded in iTunes and sync'd...I can't download anything new while mobile. Thanks

i have same problem in UK - my phone no longer works with my car cable - it will charge the phone, my ipad works fine, as does my old itouch so I know that the cable is ok. It comes up with no connection even though it is charging it. It used to be fine I dont understand why this would happen?

Ever since the latest update on my ipod alot of my apps don't work. Screen turns black and it bring me back to my home page.

IOS 7 doesn't work on iPod touch 4g, so does the mean its the end for this device? Or are they going to make updates specially for lower devices an apps that are compatible ??

Which apps remain compatible will be up to the individual developers who sell those apps. There will be no further iOS updates, but those aren't really necessary to continue to use and enjoy your device. I still have an iPad 1 running on iOS 5, and it is fully functional.
The App Store has an app called VintApps 3.1.1 that is specifically geared toward iOS 3.1, however, you would probably be able to run most of those apps on your iPod, and considering that there will be a rather large market for iOS 6 apps users, it is not likely that you will see a significant reduction in choices any time soon.
It is not the end for the device in any sense except that it is at it's ultimate iOS level. And again, I have an iPad that is at it's ultimate iOS level (iOS 5), and I get new apps all the time that work for both my iPad and my iPhone that runs iOS 6.1.1

it could be that youll have to delete and reeneter your email onto it.
go to settings>mail,contacts,calanders>tap on your email.
scroll all the way down. tap the big red delete button.
go back into mail contacts and calanders and tap on add account and re add it.

Apple is having server problems affecting App Store, iTunes, iCloud, etc…
Check the Apple Service Status(***) page… http://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ Wait for all systems to show green.
Here is what Apple's message says…
Multiple Store Services - All users are affected
     Customers may be unable to make purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store,
     iBooks Store, or Mac App Store.
iCloud Mail - All users were affected
     Users may have been unable to access iCloud mail.
iCloud Account & Sign In - All users were affected
     Users may have been unable to sign in.
This means no downloads, updates, iCloud and other issues. You may get pop-up windows asking you for password for iCloud, etc…
Try again after it's all green on status page.

The process may vary among phones, but on the Bionic:
Power down phone
Hold volume up/down & power simultaneously
Use volume down to navigate to 'Recovery', use volume up to select
Should see screen with triangle and exclamation point next to an Android
Press volume up/down simultaneously
Use volume rocker to navigate to 'wipe cache' and use power button to select
Once finished, use volume rocker to navigate to 'reboot system now' and use power button to select
