AP Check: routing/account numbers not placed at bottom edge of paper

I have moved the routing/account numbers as far to the bottom of the page in the RTF template as possible.
When I generate and print the check output in PDF the routing/account number is 1/2 inch too high on the page. If I adjust the RTF template then it creates new blank pages.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure, if you did the same:
1. Go to Page Setup
2. Click the layout tab
3. Decrease the From Edge "Footer" value to 0.25 if the value is in the footer.
Otherwise - make sure you don't have a footer.
1. Go to Page Setup
2. Click the margin tab
3. Set the Margin - Bottom to 0.5
If that doesn't print correctly, your printer may not support such small margins.

You are mixing different issues. I will address Numbers.
Has Numbers ever been installed on this new Mac? Did you have the Mac App Store version of Numbers or did you have the DVD version of Numbers?
You should be able to redownload a previous purchase of the Mac App Store version of Numbers from the Purchases pane after signing into your account.
If you had the DVD version, then you will need to install that from the DVD media.

Be sure you are checking the email account that you used to set up the Apple ID you used to create the iCloud account. Also, be sure to check your spam/junk folder as well as your inbox. The email you should receive looks like the image below. When you get it, click the Verify Now link.
If it still isn't there, try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage your Apple ID, sign in, click on Name, ID and Email addresses on the left, then to the right look for a link to resend the verification email.

Check for new mail not working on one account

For a number of months now I have been having trouble getting new mail. I have my Apple Mail 2.1 preferences set to check for new mail every minute and play a New Mail Sound when something arrives. This seems to be working for my earthlink POP account but not my dot.mac e-mail account. The only way to get new dot.mac e-mail on my G5 tower is to alternately click on the left most icons for the different incomming tray icons in my in box, then the InBox icon itself. I dont have to do that for my second e-mail account--an earthlink POP account, or on either account on my laptop. Also, When I do click on the specific in box for my dot mac account, it takes forever to load that new mail, and the activity monitor shows that it is caching every attachment that is already in my in box even though it is already old mail.
Also, Mail seems to be following Smart Mailboxes arbitrarily. For instance, I have a smart mailbox set up to display any incoming mail from someone in my Family Group from address book, however it seems to ignore about half of these, but display the other half accurately.
Anyone know whats going on or how to fix it so I dont have to mannually keep checking for new mail? Again, I have my preferences set to check for new mail every minute and to play a new mail sound, and new mail does work fine from my Earthlink POP account.

If this happens to your .Mac account only, try rebuilding the mailbox, i.e. select it and do Mailbox > Rebuild.

Check restrictions. Settings > General > Restrictions

It's Verizon rounding up and a reminder to refill or pay. They do this with data too. It isn't just lag in reporting, it's just the way Vzw does this. A lot of customers don't watch their usage and just go with the alerts as a measuring tool, and Verizon knows it.

Put in a request for another verification e-mail to be sent to you.
Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether. You may also wish to contact your mail provider to see if their spam filters are removing the email before it gets to you.

It's a really bad idea to post your email address - it's an invitation to spam - and I've asked the Hosts to remove it.
You should be able to change your ID at http://appleid.apple.com - click on 'Manage your Account', then in the first pane which opens you will see your Apple ID with an 'Edit' link to the right of it. Click that and you should be able to change the ID to your email address. Then you can sign in with it in System Preferences>iCloud to open an iCloud account and create a new @icloud.com address.
If you are not inextricably wedded to using your existing ID you can skip this step: just follow the method described by IMP68 here:

this will enable you to create an ID which is also the @Icloud.com address which you choose. (You can still sign into iTunes with the old ID if you want to - there is no connection between the two.)

Create a NEW account/ID using these instructions. Make sure you follow the instructions. Many do not and if you do not you will not get the None option. You must use an email address that you have not used with Apple before. Make sure you specify a birthdate that results in being at least 13 years old

Why, is it stopping you? Actually it shouldn't unless you have country specific checks activated in customising.
To check, go into General Settings --> Set countries -->Set country specific checks. For the vendor country, see which checking rule is active. This node is in the IMG (in SPRO) right above enterprise structure (In ECC it is under the SAP Netweaver node).
You may change the rule to 5, but do note that control for all vendors and house banks will be set to this.
