AP Invoice Check - print down-across - how ?

I am working on multiple AP invoice checks. The one common problem with all is they all have structure like below

We need to print the invoices in the first 3 columns till they are like 25 of them and spill over to the next
3 columns if they are more. All the XML publisher templates i have seen so far talk about listing invoices
one after another or printing blank rows if there are less than 25 etc.
How to force XML publisher to print DOWN-ACROSS(like in Reports 6i) with fixed set of lines ?
Any help would be much appreciated.

How to change font size in check printing program in AP Invoice

I would like to know how to change font size in check printing program in Oracle Payables Module for Invoice printing. We are using Oracle standard
report to print check.
Concurrent program short name : APXPBFEL
Prt file : APLASP.prt
I modified prt file for code 199 like below
code "199" esc "(8U" esc "(s0p12.00h10.00v0s0b3T" esc "&k11.75H"
Font size changed for last page only which prints checks, for Void pages its printed with default font. For Page 1 printed with default font and page 2 has reduced font. This change is not intiallized for all pages.
Please let me know if you any of you know how to change fonts.

Can any one you provide some information on below questions.
Check printing by XML template (XML Publisher).
1. When printing checks, how do you print the checks from one printer tray and the overflow remittance pages from another printer tray?
2. When printing a large batch of checks using XML and PDF output, how do you split the print job across multiple printers to shorten the print time?
I appreciate if you could give some information on above 2 questions.

How to ristrict 10 line items in Check Printing Form F110_PRENUM_CHCK

Hi,
I have requirement in Check Printing form F110_PRENUM_CHCK. I have to print only 10 invoices (line items) for the corresponding Document number. If there are more than 10 invoices (line items), 11th invoice onwards should print in another printer in plain papaer. But upto 10th invoice should print in actual Check form.
How can we handle 10 no of invoices restriction in actual Check Form ? If more than 10, 11th invoice should print in plain paper.
I copied F110_PRENUM_CHCK into Zform.
Pls suggest me.

I assigned in custumization, Still I am not able to display when we have morethan 10 line items. If we have 20 line items, It should display 10 line items in Actual check form and 11th line item onwards should print in another plain paper or 1st line to 20th line in another form.

Can u please help me for check printing ? Actually i write code for printing the invoice wise gross amount tds amuont & net amuont nut it is not getting printed.
I have code it in main window. But it is not printing multiple invoice. ABAP Program code is same as standard code. Somewhere i need to change it in standard program code or not please help.

Actually I want to print the mutiple Invoice on the First Page.
Like when we are payment to one vendor against the multiple invoices, we want to print the all invoice on the first page of script & at below of page i want to print the check.
How i can loop on script for multiple invoice printing. AtNew command will work on script or in some other ways.

For 50 Rs, you take Bank Charges account through GL Fast entry.
Account Entry
Vendor Dr (Spl GL): 1000

SBI Cheque Issue clearing Account Cr 1050

The SAPScript name used for Tcode: VF03 is S_DOCU_PRINT
Goto VF03, Give any Billing Document No.
Menu Bar> Billing Document> Issue Out put to,
Select the line item RD00 , click on Printpreview.
If SAPScript not attached to Tcode:- VF03
Goto Tcode:-NACE
Select V3, Click on Output types,
Select RD00 , click on Processing Routines
Attach the Form to it check it in VF03
OR just want to see the Form
Goto SE71, give Form Name S_DOCU_PRINT

How to set the Title twice for Down/Across Repeating Frame?

Hi All,
I'm using a repeating frame with Down/Across value for Print Direction Property, and make it's size small enough to show the data twice in columns.
But how to specify it's titles? Even it is shown once or twice?
If the data is shown once I need to show the titles once and if the data is shown twice I need to show the titles twice
Don't hesitate to ask me any thing if there is something not clear please!
Note:
I'm using Reports 6i.

So, you would like it like this?:

-----------------I don't think tihs will work, since the title above the repeating-frame will never know about the number of columns.
If your repeating frame has horizontal- and vertical-elasticity = fixed, you could do it like this:

| no. 1 | no. 2 |
|       |       |
| no. 3 | no. 4 |
|       |       |
-----------------You then have to create a format-trigger on "title" with the following code:
IF( mod( :rownum, 4 ) IN ( 1, 2 ) )
THEN
    return( TRUE );
ELSE
return( FALSE );
END IF;The "4" stands for the max number of repeating-frames per page, the "1, 2" means the number of columns per page.

[Urgent] How to print Line items Twice in Check Printing ??

Hi Experts,
We have got a requirement of printing the vendor invoice info(Line Items) above and below the actual check.
Eg.
Page 1
1-8 Line Items
Voided Check
1-8 Line Items
Page 2
9-16 Line Items
Voided Check
9-16 Line Items
Page 3 ..... (last Page)
17-20 Line Items
Actual Check
17-20 Line Items
Now, All the things are printing fine except dual printing of the Line items at the below of Check.
Please help me..... i am using Check print program RFFOUS_C.
If anyone can has done something like this before than please send me the code for it.
If someone requires more clarification, please ask me.

we have done check printing here. but can u pl tell me why is the line item required to be printed below the check also??
u must have observed that in the check sapscript ( F110_PRENUM_CHCK), the main window is situated above the check window.. n the line items are coming within the main window...since the line items are dynamic data( not fixed), u have to create a window below the check n that has to be a MAIN window again for it to display multiple data.. so wen ur last page is getting called ( u need to find that out that wen is the last page getting called ), u can insert a write_form for this new main window along with the other write_form( for the earlier main window).
it can get very complex though as i dont know if this will certainly work...
is the requirement reaaly to print the line items below the check or anything else will do?? as it wud greatly reduce ur headache...

R12 - check printing : How to set RTF template for preprinted stationary

Hi all,
We are on R12 instance and have requirement of check printing on preprinted stationary. For this requirement we are customizing standard RTF template.
Preprinted stationary layout is like upper part ( check nmber, check date) then body part ( invoices details ) and then trailer part ( check amount, supplier name)
Problem: When I am printing check against only one invoice then print is coming properly but if I print check against more than one invoice then trailer part (check amount, supplier name) is moving forward. I want trailer part to be fixed on same position.
If anyone have already done this please guide me.

Try to put them in a Table Columns.

Cheque printing. How to avoid last page in case of check printing in F110?

F-68 prints only one page whereas F110 prints 2 pages.
How to avoid last page in case of check printing using F110? Is there any other option than changing the Script.

and devloped a z to add the company logo
the problem with the printout is that it displays an additional sample printout on first page
followed by the required print on the next page
how to avoid the sample printout .
the check printing is done through f-58

Hello Darshan,
In F-58: "Output Control" block there is a checkbox for "Test Prinout".
Plz uncheck the box & you will not get the sample print out.

Footer for a report with 2 repeating frames with down/across print directio

I have a report with a frame for title shown in first page. the content of the report is shown on two columns in a repeating frame(R2) which enclose an other repeating frame (R1). In R2, just after R1, I have a frame for totals. Both repeating frame have down/across print direction. All repeating frames and title frame are enclosed by a regular frame(let say frame A) that have vertical elasticity fixed. at the end of the report i must display an other frame(frame B) with signatures. I put frame B in frame A, just after R2. If I set vertical elasticity to fixed or contract for R2, when the title frame is missing i get an empty space in the bottom of the page(except the first page, where the title appear)(R2 is anchored to title frame). if I set vertical elasticity to variable for R2, the frame B is not shown on last page with records, but in next page. I need a solution to keep the frame B in last page of the report which have records. the problem appear only when I have records in second column.
Can somebody help me, please?

I think without using Across/Down instead of Down/Across this is not possible. But then the output is
1 2 3 4
5 6 7 8
If you need to have
1 3 5 7
2 4 6 8
then you had to add some logic in an additional column for sorting the output. (sounds easy, but the logic need some work depending the count of records and their position.

How to print Signature stored in a flash drive on to check print program?

Hi,
I have a check print program template and have the following requirement. I need to print the signature image which is stored in a flash drive that will be inserted in to the check printer (HP laserjet 4250 series). The vendor sent the escape sequence to activate the signatue image. I'm familiar with how to print images stored in $OA_MEDIA area but not in a flash drive.
Has anyone done this before? If you did, could you please let me know how and where to put the escape sequence the vendor sent on the .rtf document to activate the signature image while the check print program is run (Format Payment Instructions - in rel 12) ?

Hi,
This is an interesting problem, and not something I have considered before. I do not know of an exact solution, but as your printer is on a network, theoretically it will have an IP address. When your flash drive is inserted into the printer I would assume that is is treated like any other drive in a PC, so you would be able to use a URL to get to it.
Using a dummy image and a URL to the printer flash drive you should be able to pick up the image.
Not entirely sure if this would work, but it may be food for thought, and help you along the way.
