Aperture cannot find referenced RAW files

RAW files imported to my local hard drive since installing Leopard cannot be found by Aperture. They are there, I can get a full resolution view, but I cannot make any edits as Aperture complains that the file is "offline". I cannot delete the photo for the same reason. It suggests I connect my internal hard drive and try again.
I have found that by using the reference manager, I can reconnect the file to its original (even though Aperture says it finds it in the manager); after this, I can edit it. However, I cannot seem to do this en masse, and must do it one file at a time. Obviously a tedious step I didn't expect would be required by $300+ software.
I have all latest software updates.

Also, it only does this with RAW files; not JPEGs.

I don't know -- sorry. I don't think it matters -- once your camera is supported, you can easily force a re-processing of the Masters. If you can import them as RAW+JPEG pairs, I would. Set the JPG as Master until Aperture can convert the RAWs.
I don't use RAW+JPEG. Can someone who does offer some suggestions .

And _always_ back up your files. In this case, if you have to, you'll be able to re-import them.

Why should i risk my health due to the Aperture developing team negligence?
If i don't have this issue resolved easy and fast, it's gonna be another complain to the BBB.

the class needed is located in htmlb.jar which can be found under <irj-root>/WEB-INF/portal/portalapps/com.sap.portal.htmlb/lib
You need to integrate this jar in your .classpath

I was trying the "How to BI JAVA SDK in a Portal iView and get the following error.
The project was not built since its classpath is incomplete. Cannot find the class file for com.sap.portal.services.api.connectorgateway.IConnectorGatewayService. Fix the classpath and try rebuilding this project.
I have the following in my portalapp.xml file

and i have also added the jar file "com.sap.portal.ivs.connectorservice_api" in the set of lib's

OSX 10.6. created an external library for aperture to make space. created 32 gigs on my internal disc, down to 8oo megs overnight. when I disconnect from the internet the available space seems to stay stable. ran disc utility and fixed permissions. firewall was on. last software download was OS5 for iPhone which should not have any effect. any ideas? thx

If you use Windows Explorer (My Computer) to check that path, is the Mozilla Firefox folder there? That is the normal installation location, but I think it's worth checking.
If the folder isn't there or firefox.exe is not in it, I wonder whether some other software might be interfering. You might want to run some supplemental security scans. These two tools are highly regarded:

Since when did this happen? Directly after you upgraded to Aperture 3.3.2?
If it happened directly after the upgrade the problem may be, that the raw support for your camera got lost. For some posters it helped to register the raw support again, see this post by Alan Roseman:

If this does not help, you may need to reinstall Lion to bring back the raw support.
But if the problem occured independent of a new installation, ypu may have a problem with your camera or the card you are using. Have you tried to use a different card or to reformat the card in the camera?

If you made backups of all of your photos and your catalog file using some third-party method (i.e. not using the PSE catalog backup command), then you should be able to restore everything.
Step 1. Put the photos in the EXACT SAME LOCATION as before. For example, if they were in subfolders of C:\Users\<username>\Documents, then they must go into the exact same subfolders of C:\Users\<username>\Documents.
Step 2. Move the catalog file to wherever you want it to be, and then double-click on it.

i have a ear application containing a web app and a bc4j module deployed on the embedded oc4j instance inside JDeveloper 10.1.2 (build 1929). Inside the model i have a topic durable subscriber that, when a message is sent, invoke, by reflection, a java class to perform the job. Inside the java class i need an Application Module so i write

If i invoke the java class (the task) by command line inside jdev all works fine.
I've read all the stuff about this exception but they do not apply to mi problem (I run the adf runtime installer, i try with an oc4j extended and standalone....)

This program is an example of basically what ADFBC will be trying to do to open/parse the bc4j.xcfg file. Can you incorporate the same lines into your test program to see if it also behaves the same in your JMS-initiated Java class ?
Of course, you'll need to substitute "sample/common/bc4j.xcfg" with your relevant path name.

Where is the code you posted? Running in a separate project, I assume? Does that project have a dependency on the project containing the app module specified?
And just to check (although by default, JDev should do this for you)--the app module project has been compiled since adding the configuration, right? You need to check to make sure the config exists not only under Project/src, but under Project/classes.

Oh, and BTW--I assume this is not a typical ADF application, right? In a standard ADF application, you would very rarely need to instantiate an application module in code like this; you could just let the data binding facility do it for you. The technique like the one you're using is most appropriate for purely programmatic, no-UI cases. (e.g., once I tried to implement an SMTP server backed by business components. That was an appropriate case for ditching databindings and doing the sort of thing you're doing, because it had no view layer (because it had no UI to render).

This homogeneous copy is a part of a TDMS shell creation.

In the exported dump directory, we truly cannot find above TOC files.
We did not have any ERROR during the export phase.
According to my experience, this might be caused by the fact that this ABAP BW system has a JAVA add-on
on a different server with a dfferent SID than the ABAP SID -- but the JAVA DB is in the same database as the ABAP but with a different schema. Therefore when we do export source system->central system->ABAP based, those TOC files could not be created. However I do not have the document created in my previous project, I cannot verify my impression.
Are SAPDDIM and SAPDFACT standard SAP objects?
Please help input your opinions.

Unfortunately no - Photos use extensions and the vendor (adobe) will have to implement the extension to allow external edits in PS or PSE
For now you must export the photo, edit and then import - not great but a work arond
And you can continue to use iPhoto until Photos meets your needs - launch it in your applications folder - if you need assistance on this see Why won't my iPhotos open?
