API to update 'Text' at Formula Header and Lines level

Hi
Can someone please tell me which OPM API can be used to update the 'Text' for Formula headers/ lines? From the application, this can be entered by going to Formula page and then clicking on Actions -> Edit Text from the main menu bar. I have to update this information using an API and couldn't find it any document. This information is stored in FM_TEXT_TBL table.

    No I am still working on it and Problem is NOT solved. I took this project from the middle. Initial definition of Open Order was to report by tracking "Goods Movement Status" anything other then C as an Open Order. We were using 2LIS_11_VASCl and 2LIS_12_VCITM at that time. This process failed to track the "Partial Open Order"
    It was soon realized that this definition is inadequate. Delivery Status in combination with Goods Movement Status should be accurately define an Open Order. I realized that if we install 0SD_C03 and supporting 7 exractors (Order: 2LIS_11_VAHDR, VAITM, V_ITM , Delivery : 2LIS_12_VCHDR, 2LIS_VCITM and Billing 2LIS_13_VDHDR, 2LIS_13_VDITM) - it will capture an Open Order more accurately. Also the design will integrate easily with future SCM Analytics more easily. I am still working on it and trying to install the Business Content.
    I would like to get feedback and wisdom of someone who had done the same in past. I also want to get a feel, if it needed any additional customization of extractors etc.. If you could share any detail on this forum, it will be a help. You can also share the same on my e-mail: [email protected]

    I request you to please help me in finding out the XML tags for the PDF PO Release Header and Line Attachments? I tried to get the XML data by running the 'PO Output for Communication' program with the parameter as 'Debug' but its completing normally without giving me the XML data in the log file.
    Please help me in finding the XML tags for the PDF PO Release for the Header and Line Attachments.

    Also note that, while running the program in Debug mode for a particular PO/Release the status should be INCOMPLETE, otherwise you won't be able to see the XML tags.

  • Displaying header and line items

    Hi,
    i) i have a fieldname i.e text and its value to display in the bodypage  (body)..
    i want to display the text and its value only if the value is there.. otherwise it should not be displayed and a blank line also should not appear
    in smartforms we can handle that in conditions in the corresponding node, how we do the same in adobe forms?
    ii) suppose i have header and line items and for each header item i want to display the line items, both r in 2 tables how can we handle this

    Hi Shekar,
    The following solutions useful if you are using printbased forms.
    1. To display the field if the value is there.
    ->In the Context you can define the condtion on the filed.
    ->You can write a script on the subform superior to the field

          endif [/code]
    2. Header and item table
    In the SFP context drag the header table from interface.drag the item table from interface on the DATA in the header table. it will placed at the end of the header table. Now select the item table select where clause in the properties ( at the bottom of the screen ).there you create a line for condition using create button. drag the field from header table field ( say header-matnr ) on the right side and then drag the same field from the item table ( say item-matnr) in the left side.This will filter the item records relevent for header record.

  • Help in Reports 6i - Header and Line

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a requirement that I need to pull the Header and Line information in the custom oracle apps report.
    If header record is not there for the filter criteria then I should display 0 in the header and print the corresponding lines for the header.
    If header record is present and there is no line record for it then I need to pull the header record alone and no lines for it.
    If both header record and line records are there then I need to pull the header record and corresponding lines for it.
    I am pulling the header record from the table prior to the parameter <period_from>
    I am pulling the lines record from the table based on the parameter between <period_from> and <period_to>
    Pls note that header record will have always only one record for the lines and the line record may not have or may have 1 or more line for each header.
    Kindly could you advise me as to how to make this happen.

    Hi,
    I created a "Formula" in order to retrieve the image. The File Format type set to Image, Read from file set to Yes. Use this "Formula" in the layout module and the image display on the report.
    Remarks: In my case, the images are stored in a physical drive.

  • How can we revise the pricing both at header and item level of sales order?

      Now there's one issue of the pricing to me. i want to revise the pricing both at header and item level of sales order. but after i finished the cutomize and tested it, it's more different as i thought. i found that the pricing can revise at the one side only,for example, if i revise the pricing at item level and it's grey and can't be revised at the header. on the other hand, it's the same result what's happened at item.
      So, in my opinion, we can't revise the pricing both at header and item, right? if not, please give me more advices and teach me how to solve the problem. thanks a lot.

      I didn't notice the way that you reminded ago therefore I also saw the button at the condition tab. And your suggestion makes me know more.
      And I had tested the way that you said, I met with a question. Below is my opinion for my testing.
      I had created one SO and the pricing was $10, then I revised the pricing from 10 to 15 by VK11. It can't be updated automatically at SO and I must update it manually by clicking the "Update" button. This is OK for my testing, but I have another question to disturb you for the use of "Active" button. When I click the button and nothing is responsed, it's quite different what you said. So, please give more detail for the Active button. Thanks a lot.

  • BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2, Header and Item Level Ship-to

    I have a situation where I want to have different header and item level ship-to accounts on a sales order. When I use the BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 to create the order by passing the Ship-to for header and Item in order_partners table, the header ship-to is not updated.
    This works fine if the header and item level ship-to are same.
    Any ideas.

    put a breakpoint at the BAPI and check your PARTNERS table
    e.g. in the case, i am using iterms partner for line 10 & 20 that is different to the header table (000000)

  • Delivery tolerance at header and item level in sales order

    Dear All,
    My client wants to maintain delivery tolerance at both header and item level. NOTE: The tolerance at sales order header is different than the delivery tolerance at sales order item.
    eg if i maintain 3% plus and minus tolerance at item, the header level tolerance can be 2%.
    Also if there are more than 1 line items, the system should give warning message, when it finds that the delivery tolerance at item level can be maintained but that of the header level cannot be maintained and vice varsa.

    Delivery tolerance can be made in the customer master,sales org data ---delivery tab.
    Delivery tolerance is always at item level.

  • Different division at header and item level in Order

    Hi Gurus,
    i am facing this issue where while creating quotation in CRM i entered sold to party, selected the org data ( OA/DI/OP ). i entered the product with quantity. now at item level in Organization tab my sales area is showing as ( OA/DI/01). system is picking the division maintained for product which is 01) so division is different at header and item level. i need the header division to be used at item level as well.
    how can i achieve this?

    Hi Sudhir,
    Make sure the settings in the SPRO>CRM>Master Data>Products>Special Settings for Sales Operations--> Define Division settings is activated with Header Div. Act.
    Also check the details in the IMG activity documentation for define division settings.

  • Same condition type on header and item level = printing problem

    I have a customer using some condition types on both item level and header level in quotations, orders, invoices ...
    In the pricing procedures it is customized (V_T683S-DRUKZ) that the conditions must be printed on header level (that is at the bottom of the documents).
    My job is to make the Smartform to print the documents, and I want it of course to be as close to SAP standard as possible.
    SAP standard will print these conditions on header level even if the conditions are at item level, but my customer wants the conditions created on header level to be printed on header level and conditions created on item level to be printed on item level.
    I'm no pricing expert, so my question is:
    Will it be fair if I tell the customer that using the same condition types on header and item level is bad practices - or at least bad karma?

    I have no problem understanding header vs. item conditions, so I really don't see anything in oss note 876617, that is relevant in this case.
    Madhu - I do not agree that everything is fine. My issue is that I want to stick as closely to SAP standard customizing as possible. In SAP standard customizing of a condition type you can use the flag V_T683S-DRUKZ to determine if the condition should be printed on header OR item level - you can not choose both header AND item level.
    I have a SAP standard smartform using two functions modules for reading header and item conditions. RV_PRICE_PRINT_ITEM and RV_PRICE_PRINT_HEAD. These function modules are based on the DRUKZ customizing flag and a condition marked for printing on header level will be supplied by RV_PRICE_PRINT_HEAD even when the condition is on item level.
    My point is: SAP standard customizing does not support printing of same condition on both header and item level. I can of course write tons of code to work around this problem, but that would be bad practices

    Note:
    1.     It doesn’t store the Business

          To get the Business Transaction No  
          link the table with
          CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    2.   This table can be used for search
          based on the Partner No
    CRMD_ORDERADM_I     Stores the Item information for a Business Transaction. The scenarios where we have a Contract Header and within contract we have Line Items for the contract, this table can be useful.
    E.g. Service Contracts
    CRMD_CUSTOMER_I     Additional Site Details at the Item Level of a Service Contract

                   You can maintain the  Fright condition type (KF00) in your pricing procedure and maintain the condition record for that as per your requirement, or you enter manually at Sales Oreder it will come at header and item level.
