APO - /SAPAPO/SD_DOC not showing the fields

Hello..We did set the field "FIXMG' and its value in US_CATALOGUE structure on ECC side and after ATP run (sales order) we are not picking up field value on APO side in table "/SAPAPO/SD_DOC". Please advise. Do we need to add any BADI or userexits on APO side to populate this table.

Hi,
The FIXMG field is usually transfered in the requirement table and not in the field catalogue. If you want to have it in the field catalogue you need to add this in the userexit in R/3 (please check note 379196 and 385039). Afterwards you will find the additional fields in table /SAPAPO/SDFIELD. The table /SAPAPO/SD_DOC contains just the "standard" fields.

Hello, I use lsmw recording for employee hiring.
I use 'PA30' transaction and 'Z0' Action.
I need to hire employee with 0% employment (persons which in the maternity leave),
but I can't do that becase Infotype 1000 in the 'Z0' action does not display the employment filed (p1000-prozt). It sets 100% by default, That happens only in the batch entry, do you know how to hack it ?

Why do you hire the person with 0% employment? Why can't you post maternity leave for those employees?

Field Explorer in Crystal Reports does not show the same names as Bex Query

I have crystal reports, I can retrieve data from BW Bex Query. But in the field explorer it does not show the names as in the Bex query designer.
In the Bex query designer a field will have the following technical name 0Debitor and the description is Customer.
It shows in crystal reports in the field explorer twice as D[0DEBITOR]D and D[0DEBITOR]D. It also does not seperate key figures and characteristics.
I would like it to display the field explorer as shown in this blog.

make sure you are using the MDX Driver and what happens is that you will see several fields per characteristic. example: one for the key, one for the description, several if modelled for the display attributes

On OSX 10.6.8 Mac Mail sent items do not show the Bcc field. Adjusting settings in mail/prefs/viewing/custom/bcc has no affect on Mail, ie Bcc still does not appear on sent items. Anyone got a fix?

Dont use the quantity field same as that it come from interface Fm declare one field for quantity in the global settings and write the logic to pass the value to that field and pass that global value to the particular texts...same is the case with currency fields also.

Input Screen fields are not showing the description

I have copied a program, generated using SQVI, to a Zprogram, say Ztest, and when I execute this Ztest the description of the fields on selection screen are coming as SP$00001, SP$00002 and so on.
however if I execute the query made using SQVI the field description are the field descriptions.
Can anybody help me resolve this, to show the field description in ZTest also.

Hi khanna_rahul,
since quite a long time (10+ years) I do not use SE38 any longer - partly to avoid such errors as you are confronting now. In SE80 object tree, right mouse click on report, copy, in the popup mark everything, give new name(s) and that was it.
For you it will be easier to just copy and paste between two sessions of report texts. Don't worry, system will ask for transport.

I am using jdev 11.1.1.3
.i i dragged an adf table from data control.it has got 3 columns.i changed the name of first column as Lang grades.when i run that it is showing the column name as lang grades.then in that table two fields r mandatory.so in the property inspector i put the show required as true.but after that on running it is not showing the column name as lang grades.there is only the star sign for showing the attribute as required only.

not enough information. So from your description, a column that is not marked required on its cell renderer component is not displayed at runtime. I am not aware of such a problem and suggest to try a later version of 11g R1 (11.1.1.6) to see if this reproduces. This allows you to exclude a probelm with 11.1.1.3 only

Use BCC. That's blind carbon copy. And copy paste the address into the BCC field. It really depends what e-mail program you use how to enable BCC.

Not showing the available contexts?

When I am running a report in WebI, its running fine. Wehn I open the report in Edit mode, in the query's its shown the context name in the query properties. When I try to edi the query, and even though, I restore the same objects in the query panel, its asking for context. But its not showing the actual context. Its showing other contexts.
Could anyone faced this kind of problem?

Hi Gawtham,
I would suggest you look at the universe and check that the objects are being defined correctly i.e by checking the class and source table.field and double check that the contexts have been defined correctly.

Am creating IBASE using my standalone program. Its creating properly. My problem is its not showing the Description for the Ibject ( ie product ). While creating component i update the field descr in i_comp_data. But no use.

The percentage completed UI is not showing the correct data

Hi All,
I have received complaints from one of my larger customers that a very long form we have created is not showing the correct % completed at the bottom. They get to the penultimate page (the last page only have three text boxes on) and it state that only 41% of the form has been completed.
It looks to me like the UI is not updating as the questions are being completed. Rather it waits until you move to the next page.
This is what makes our form look rubbish - you are being told that you have only completed 41% of the form only to move on to the next page and bam, you only have three more boxes to complete.
Can somebody help me out here.

I can take a look at your form but you are right that only the pages are accounted for in the percentage and not the form fields so it can be far off from reality. If there is skip logic in a form that can make it vary more. It is likely that it is working "correctly" (considering how we calculate) in your form but if you send me the link to your form at [email protected] I can see if it is not.

When bookmarking it does not show the list of folders that I have in bookmarks to place new bookmark into. I reset firefox and still have the bookmarks from the bookmark tab, Just bookmarking new ones the folders do not appear to place new bookmarks in, only a few folders show

Click the arrow at the far right (outside) of the Folder field (i.e. not the one in the Folder field) in the "Edit This Bookmark" window to access the complete folder list. 
This full folder list also opens if you click the drop marker in the Folder field and click the "Choose..." item. 
If folders in the list aren't expanded then look for a possibly faint arrow icon to expand/open the folders.

Do not show the # values should be replaced with blank at report

Dear All,
There is a requirement do not show the null (#) values at report level for characterstics fro example for onedocument there is no notification type in report for that document it is coming with null value but i do not want that null value in report it should be blank
any suggestions please,mostly provide the information at report level,but at cube level any options at the time loading( through start routine)

There is one tcode where u can keep ur symbol defined say blank to show in report when null values occur... i didnt rememeber tcode i will tell you as soon i get it....
but it will effect not only this query but all the queries so it is upto u....
and at cube level u can write a routine to check ...
if this field value is initial .
change it with blank
else
leave it.

Go to SU01, look at your authorization profile for which roles you are given. Then, go to PFCG and check out the roles and how they are defined. It is possible that you are not authorized to view application area, infocube, certain characteritics etc.

Not showing the Data in VC application

Hi I have developed the application in VC.
It is showing the data some times , it is not showing the data. Can u please let me know what is the problem.
when i checked using the Test Data service . It is showing the data. Then i have developed step by step, in between the time i use to run the application , it was showing the data. finally i have assigned to some role and user id. then also it is showing the data.
Next day after i run the application , it is not showing the data. displaying the message .
"No Data Found".
But when i run the BAPI at the back end R/3 it is giving the data properly.
Can u tell me what might be the problem

Hi Krishna,
check the logs in the NWA. It seems that your connection is broken down sometimes, maybe a timeout. How many records does your data service return?
Check it with external debugging of the BAPI, when you can reconstruct the error.
