Probably update/upgrade iPhoto to iPhoto '11 version 9.5.1 from the app store - but wiht no actaully details that is just a guess
And be sure to backup your iPhoto library first in case of problems

Eu vou ser mais específico ainda com relação ao meu problema:
Imagine que utilizando o firefox você entre numa sala de bate papo (dessas do UOL por exemplo).
No seu firefox, tudo o que você escreveu no campo das mensagens não vai ficar gravado? E basta você começar a digitar que as opções do que você digitou aparecem, não é assim que funciona?
Pois bem, comigo era exatamente assim que ACONTECIA, mas agora não funciona mais!
E mesmo que eu não digite... essa opção do que está gravado não deveria abrir uma janela assim que eu clico com o mouse no campo de digitação? Essa opção não aparece o que significa que não foi gravado.
Tudo o que eu digito nas mensagens e é enviado pra dentro da sala de bate-papo não fica mais gravado. E está exatamente do jeito que sempre esteve, pois nunca mudei as configurações do firefox nesse sentido.
Como eu gravo um video igual ao que você fez pra eu poder te mostrar?

Já era assim no WXp e continua no W7. Além de ser irritante, não consigo fazer um reply decente.
Fiz a alteração solicitada e isso não resolveu o problema, que já vem há anos. Toda vez que o email é enviado, ele muda os caracteres, mesmo enviando para mim mesmo. A cópia que fica na pasta "envidados" permanece com os caracteres corretos. Gosto muito do Mozilla Thunderbird mas esse problema está incomodando tanto que já estou repensando seu uso. Necessito de uma resolução o quanto antes. Segue arquivo para exemplificação.

I want to install my original SnowLeopard (from the installation disc) to a partition I created in the now upgraded Mavericks OSX, How can I install it on the new partition?
That's easy.
2 methods:
1. Change the Startup Disk in System Preferences, then restart:
2. Hold down the "Option" key while starting or restarting the Mac. Then chosse the partition that you want to startup from.
The 1st mehtod is the quickest, because you don't have the additional step of choosing the drive. Plus, whatever you have selected in System Preferences becomes the default startup drive. -
My Macbook is slow down after installing Maverick OSX...!!!!

When I updated Maverick OSX from Mountain Lion 10.8.5, boot up speed is increase and my battery is discharge very fast.
Also I use this command to Quick Sleep:
sudo pmset -a hibernatemode 0
But when I put my MAC to sleep, it is about 50 ~ 70 seconds long but in Mountain Lion it is done in 4 or 5 Seconds.

Officejet Pro K5400 printing problems after update to Mavericks OSX 10.9
Hi,
I have printing problems with my Officejet Pro K5400 after update to Mavericks OSX 10.9.
Now after printing 1 page the printer prints an extra page with '2345X' sentence on it. As this problem started right after updating, I suppose there is a problem with an update.This patch did solve our problem with the K5400 feeding a "blank sheet".

Mail box font is TOO BIG (maverick OSX)

i sadly just upgraded to the new osX. all sorts of problems and as usual no simple chat to ask direct questions.
even though i got it from app store. no chat options are showing... for me. apparently they are suppose to.
so maybe someone in the community can help me.
the FONT on the mailbox panel + the message listing panel, are TOO BIG. and no matter what i do in the properties under font, it has no impact.
the properities/font appears only to impact the email message itself.
I need to change the FONT back to what it was before i upgraded to maverick OSX from snow leopard. its way too big.
since upgrading to maverick OSX, the font in my browswer (firefox) is still OK. nothing apears to have changed.
but in the apple mail app - A MESS.

your answer is for the 3rd pane, the email message itself. i have no issue with that. properties has not changed in teh upgrade to maverick OS.
the 2nd pane (message listing) and 1st pane (listing of mailbox) HAS CHANGED in upgrade to maverick OSX.
what i learnt from apple support is:
pane 2: listing of what is in mailbox. -- was possible to change font in classic style. can continue to do this in maverick osx ONLY if you choose the option retain "classic style" under properties/view. else changing the setting in your screenshot has NO IMPACT in the new user interface. so that in my book is bad coding. defect.
pane 1: listing of mailbox -- not possible. and got uglier in maverick OS as now the font is even bigger. plain ugly and needs to be retified. i have about 10 mailboxes so all my screenspace is gone with just the mailboxes and requires scrolling to folders. boring.... -

Your data is there, but in a different user. To access to your first user account, go to > Log Out, and log in the old account with the data -
DNG will not open after Maverick osx
After installing Maverick osx, many dng do not open and I get the message:
Could not complete your request because the file format module can not parse the file.
The error occurs randomly on files that have always worked well.
I already tried to reinstall Photoshop CC and Bridge but the problem remains.
What can I do?

If using DNG files only there should no XMP files. With DNG they are written to the image. Only if you edit RAW files should you have XMP files as they contain the edits. -

This JamPack is no longer sold separately by Apple. You could search for the boxed retail version of the JamPack at eBay or Amazon.
But it is much more economic to install MainStage 3 instead. You can buy it at the Mac App Store. MainStage 3 will install all five JamPacks for a price much less than the price of a single JamPack used to be. Afterwards the JamPacks will work with Logic and GarageBAnd as well.
Just launch MainStage after installing and use the command "MainStage > Download additional content" and select the JamPacks you want to install.
