App Builder Download Problem

My downloads are not showing up after I create an app. Worked fine last week. Now just showing a spinning wheel in the downloads area.

Try making a new app and see if that works. If it does, let me know. If it doesn't, let me know

IPhone app store downloading problem

I have iPhone app store downloading problem (iOS 5). I could not download or update any software successfully from yesterday. Every app shows "waiting for download" but nothing happen for two days. The App Builder download is marked as R32, however upon attempting to log in (after install), I am notified that the version of DPS App Builder has expired.

Thanks Neil. My colleague using an old version of the app builder can access the tools. I have the newer download. Seems like the chicken came before the egg in this deployment since I already have the R32 Viewer Builder.

DPS App Builder Download Issue

I guess I hijacked another thread, but I should have posted this separately since the issues are different. Here is my problem.
I am a CCloud subscriber.
In my case, I have do not have any sign-in errors with the Builder...The App building process "works" for a Single Edition App, but then on the final screen nothing is listed under "Downloads." Under App Details it says : Activate App, App Type: Built-in Single Edition App. When you click Activate it gives this message: Activate your Single Edition app by purchasing a serial number from the Adobe Store.
What's going on?
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, here's what I will suggest.
Drag and drop DPS app builder to trash
Empty your trash
Reboot your machine
Launch InDesign and go to the "help" menu and check for updates.
Make sure Indesign is on the latest update
Re-download the latest version here https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/SignIn.html
Login to your folio builder panel with your credentials
Click and highlight your folio and go up to the flyout menu and click "create app"
Let me know the new result

HP app catalog download problem

I have been trying to re-download Advanced Browser for my new 32gig Touchpad (upgrade from a 16gig). All of the other programs from the HP app store downloaded fine. I keep receiving a download error and a box asking if I want to try again. Trying again makes no difference, it still doesn't work. I have tried to contact the developer and have not received any response. I am hopping it is a problem on HP's end and an be fixed.

Firefox and DPS App Builder download

Hi,
if the DPS App Builder is not installed and you if you try to download it in the Digitalpublishing Account within Firefox, the download does not start. It works for Safari and Chrome. Please add the link again to download it wether the DPS App Builder is installed or not.

Ipad2 app update download problem

I started an app update download, then was prompted to connect to wifi due to size of download, wifi is currently unavailable. So I want to use the existing ver of app but app icon states "loading". How do I reset app to be able to use it in it's current version?

Don't think you can - it's started its update process now so I think you will need to finish the update before you can use the app again.

DPS app builder - download and install IPA problem

Please, I would like to know if anyone more have seen this problem.
1 - I created all new certifies - p12 and mobile provision
2 - I created a new app from scratch
3 - At first time I managed download and install the IPA regulary
4 - But, If I need edit the app, I can´t download the IPA anymore - see the image attached
Any tips?
I created new certifie twice already, then don´t tell me to create new ones again, please!

when i am downloading free apps from app store it is showing "your account is not valid for use in the emirati store.you must switch to the indian store before purchasing.how can i correct this

I had the same problem. Go to Store---View My Account and then click edit on your billing information. You may need to retype in your credit card security code. It was blank on mine and after I typed it in I was able to download the app.

Basic flex builder download problem

I downloaded and used flex builder standalone trial version 3 days ago, before removing it to install flex builder eclipse plugin which is what I should have downloaded initially.
Now I keep getting a cryptic message ['an error has occurred'] when trying to download the plugin version. I know other people who are not having this problem. Is it caused by the fact that builder was already installed?
What is the quickest way of sorting it out from the UK?

I have found the solution. Just restore your ipad in the settings. All your apps will remain. and when ur ipad is restored, it will ask for whether to restore all items from icloud. then do it. but i couldn't do it as my wifi connection was slow. so I created new ipad. but my apps remained same. And my podcast started downloading but failed and asked for done or retry. I pressed done and went into itunes and deleted the podcast, following the same i deleted all podcast and downloading apps. Now my ipad is fresh and I am again downloading free apps.

Aperature App store download problem

I have Aperture 3 running on iMac 10.7.3. When I downloaded the new version from the App store I get an erros saying "Check with the developer to make sure Aperature works with this version on Mac OS X. It has been working fine up until now." Any suggestions?

the errorlog you posted shows, that Aperture crashes with a very typical error message: Do you have by any chance installed "Final Cut" lately? The error message is, that a Framework is missing in your system library:
/Library/Frameworks/PluginManager.framework/Versions/B/PluginManager
Open your System Library by using the Finder "GO" menu:
Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder and enter: /Library/Frameworks
Then browse this folder and see, of the framework really is missing.
If that is really the case, either try to restore this Framework from your TimeMachine Backup or reinstall the Operating System - this should restore the framework.

App Store download problem, need to reinstall and can't figure out how?

App Store was interrupted during download and is not usable. I need to reinstall but can't figure out how to since all other items updated after Snow Leopard upgrade. Can anyone walk me through what to do?

Neither Adobe Reader nor Flash Player can convert files. May be possible with Flash Professional; ask in that forum.

Problems downloading in the DPS App builder

I am having problems creating my test app in the DPS App builder.
I can create and send app from (InDesign CS6) the folio builder–to the DPS App builder, but when I reach the final screen nothing appears listed under the "Downloads" area. The app type only appears as "built-in single edition app" and directs me to 'activate app' and purchase a serial number, which is not what i want to do. I just want to download it to iTunes to test it on my personal iPad.

I followed the steps closely (installing updates to InDesign, reinstalling the DPS App builder) but it is still not working.
I'm really stuck, help!!!

Any CC membership will do. You need to firtly go to InDesign and use the create app link from Folio builder Panel, that will launch your DPS App Builder, sign in with your CCM id and create an app. You should be able to download the build, if not then we may need to delete your previous build, send me a PM with your Viewer Builder id.
