Cannot Access Apple ID from iTunes or Apps/Cannot Update/Download any Apps

Ever since upgrading to 5.1 OS on my iPhone 4S whenever I try to update or download an app I get a message that says 'unknown error has occured. When I try to access my Apple ID I get a error of 'cannot connect to iTunes Store'. Anyone else getting these error's or have any idea on how to correct.

Why is my new download of DPS App Builder still coming up with the notification that I still need to update to the latest release when I already have??!!!

Is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

There is no "release 32" of DPS going out today, and there are no updates to the InDesign panels. We are pushing out a minor update to release 31 with some new features in the Android and Windows viewers and some minor bug fixes elsewhere.

Updating my .ipa in DPS App Builder for testing is not working

I've build my .ipa file in DPS App Builder for testing on my iPad before I publish it to the app store. No problem. I tested it and saw some modifications to make. I made the changes on my folio, updated it in the folio builder of indesign (on the cloud). Then I get back to DPS App Builder and rebuild an .ipa file from the "Manage" and "Modify" windows, it download and test my certifates, seems to work ok. Then I've created the new .ipa file (after erasing the old one on my desktop and iTunes) but when I synch it back on my iPad it's not updated. It's still the first version of my folio without the changes.
I tried to create a new app from the beginning but the single edition serial number does not work anymore. So my only solution is to update my folio, right? But what is the right way to do it? Am I missing something? I didn't find any answer in the step by step guide about that.
Or is it possible to delete completly the first version in DPS App Builder to recreate it without losing my single edition serial number as I didn't submit it to Apple yet?
Do I have something to do in the Folio Producer?

Single Edition Serial is one time use thus modification is not possible from your end directly in case you wish to use the same serial number. For such cases you need to contact DPS Support, who can get an approval on a serial number reset after reviewing the need.

Problems downloading in the DPS App builder

I am having problems creating my test app in the DPS App builder.
I can create and send app from (InDesign CS6) the folio builder–to the DPS App builder, but when I reach the final screen nothing appears listed under the "Downloads" area. The app type only appears as "built-in single edition app" and directs me to 'activate app' and purchase a serial number, which is not what i want to do. I just want to download it to iTunes to test it on my personal iPad.

I followed the steps closely (installing updates to InDesign, reinstalling the DPS App builder) but it is still not working.
I'm really stuck, help!!!

Any CC membership will do. You need to firtly go to InDesign and use the create app link from Folio builder Panel, that will launch your DPS App Builder, sign in with your CCM id and create an app. You should be able to download the build, if not then we may need to delete your previous build, send me a PM with your Viewer Builder id.

DPS App Builder Download Issue

I guess I hijacked another thread, but I should have posted this separately since the issues are different. Here is my problem.
I am a CCloud subscriber.
In my case, I have do not have any sign-in errors with the Builder...The App building process "works" for a Single Edition App, but then on the final screen nothing is listed under "Downloads." Under App Details it says : Activate App, App Type: Built-in Single Edition App. When you click Activate it gives this message: Activate your Single Edition app by purchasing a serial number from the Adobe Store.
What's going on?
Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, here's what I will suggest.
Drag and drop DPS app builder to trash
Empty your trash
Reboot your machine
Launch InDesign and go to the "help" menu and check for updates.
Make sure Indesign is on the latest update
Re-download the latest version here https://digitalpublishing.acrobat.com/SignIn.html
Login to your folio builder panel with your credentials
Click and highlight your folio and go up to the flyout menu and click "create app"
Let me know the new result

Updating the folio of an app in App Builder

Hi,
as a need to update my activated app in the App Builder due to some changes in the article of my folio, I do have some questions:
After updating the article of my folio in InDesign I do have to create a new app to be able to use the update in the App Builder, right?
How can I use my serial number for single edition again to activate this new app and to download my developer data? Should I delete the first version?
Until now I downloaded the Dev-App only not the Distribution-File.

Problem with scrollbar after update with App Builder 32.4.4.

I just created an app update with the new version of the DPS App Builder (32.4.4.). After the update the scrollbar (of the viewer – no scrollable content) moved from it's original position. (see screenshot)
Any ideas?

Could you tell me more about the article? Is it an HTML article or a PDF/JPEG/PNG?
The issue appears in every article, in every folio. It doesn't depends on the type of article.
Is your Multi Folio app a Newsstand app as well?

Was the previous version of the app already installed on the device with downloaded folios in it, and then you upgraded it via iTunes? or was it a fresh install on the device?
The previous version was build one week ago with the previous App Builder and installed via TestFlight on the iPad. Today we created a new version with the new App Builder (32.4.4) and updated the App via TestFlight.

Are you sure you have a 4g/3g iPod? If you don't have a camera, it's definitely not 4G. If it has no camera and is 8 or 16 Gb it is a 2G and can't go beyond 4.2.1.

Apps updates/downloads saved in wrong folder

I have just transferred my iTunes library to my new NAS (WD MyCloud). I simply copied over my entire iTunes folder from the iMac internal hard drive to the NAS, deleted all the content from iTunes and added everything back from the new location/folder. I also changed the iTunes Medial folder location in the Advanced Preference settings.
Everything seems to work fine with the exception of the App updates/downloads. Whenever I update an existing App or download a newone it will be saved in the old folder on the internal hard drive of my iMac.
This drives me crazy...please help!

I think you mean +command shift s+ (Save As…).
When you *Save As…* you need to choose where to save your initial document, after that just saving will save it in the right spot.
Inside the *Save As…* dialog box you are free to navigate to other locations either within the column view or by clicking on the folder name at the top of the window, which will reveal the sets of folders enclosing the one you are in ie higher up the hierarchy. To go up the list, just scroll down the menu and let go at the folder you want to move to.
Also on the left of the *Save As…* dialogue box is your sidebar of frequent locations, you can click on those. To add your own folders to your Sidebar drag in their icon in Finder.
Also there is a *Search field* to the right of the folder name in the *Save As…* dialogue box, where you can look for folders or files to move to.
To help you move around more and have more choices at your finger tips, try:

*Default Folder X* is an enormous assist if you don't quite get the computer file system. It lets you click outside the Save dialogue on the folder you want to save to and it jumps there.

I even switched credit card it keeps saying the same thing....... THIS IS NOT FAIR........ I WANNA UPDATE MY APPS!!!!! Why not simply remove yoru payment info by selecting None at top?

Why can't I update/ download apps from the app store after upgrading to iOS 7.0.3?

I have an iphone 5 and updated my phone to the lastest version (ios 7.0.3) last night. I can't download/ update any apps from the app store using my cellular network. The only error message is that the app cant be downloaded at this time. As soon as I click the download button, the image of the icon shows up with "Waiting" underneath the icon. I tried tapping on the app icon to pause the download but that isn't working. I have disabled Wi-Fi setting and enabled"the use cellular data" option in the itunes and app store setting page. Memory is not an issue because I have a lot of memory available. In the cellular setting page the App Store is enabled to use cellular data. It seems like it is a setting issue. What can be done to fix this problem

Thanks for your suggestion. Not long ago before I saw your response I tried to download the app and I seemed to have some progress (I had 5 bars and 1x). It looked it was 3/4 of the download complete only to have the same error message.
Since then I reset the phone and I have tried downloading the app when there 5 bars with 3g. Every time the icon has waiting underneath it and I get the same error message.
